Apartment exactly as described. Spotlessly clean. Central location close to restaurants, shops, beach. Great views from balcony. Secure underground parking beneath building essential for anyone with a car. Host Enrico was friendly and helpful - gave lost of good tips on restaurants and bars.

Was a bit noisy at night but this came from a couple of small bars (not nightclubs) which did not stay open very late.

The Appartment is 1 Minute away from the beach - perfect location for dinner, sports and beach days. Enrico was very nice and helped us with the best local markets and car rental stores.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Los Cristianos, beautiful view of the beach and all the modern comforts one could wish for. Enrico was a kind and attentive host and went out of his way to ensure our stay was unforgettable, will be back again some day!

central location, lots of space, big terrace to work and drink glass of wine. kitchen has all you need to make dinner or breakfast, good thai restaurant downstairs.

old bed matress, when people go for vacation they want to at least sleep on a normal bed, not the one that moves if you turn on another side while sleaping. old furniture, bad smell from bathroom, need renovation for sure. dont choose if you want silence, location is very noisy at night/evening and all day.

Location

The apartment is centrally located with a quick access to the beach and restaurants. There's a nearby supermarket. The view from the balcony is very relaxing and we enjoyed having our breakfast. Enrico the apartment manager was super helpful and took care of a few issues that we reported. We were told the apartment is due for a major refresh soon.

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that we could never eliminate even when leaving the window opened. Other than that everything was perfect.

it’s location to the beach

directly over bars and restaurants very noisy . no English Channels, fridge not working. sockets hanging off wall . apparently apt is getting a refurb which it needs as it’s very dated and tired

Very clean, spacious and comfortable with a lovely sea view. Close to good restaurants. The Manager Enrico was exceptionally good. Friendly, so helpful and readily available.

There is no safe available, which I think is a necessity.

We liked the location and the sea view. Nicely furnished with comfortable sofas and bed and the kitchen was very well equipped. Close to restaurants and bars but quiet after 11-00 pm at night. The wifi was really excellent and we were able to do Zoom and video calls to overseas family and friends. IThe apartment was very clean and also the communal areas were well kept. Enrico was a very helpful host and we had a lovely holiday.

We would have liked a safe but probably not required.
