This apartment is in a fantastic location making all Le Touquet's fabulous shops, restaurants and beach easily reached on foot. The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard with a very comfortable bed and lovely shower room. The whole place was very clean and with plenty of kitchen equipment, towels etc. it really is a home from home. We had never visited Le Touquet and really enjoyed it, we only had time for a short break in France and it really delivered for a long weekend.

The information on parking was a little confusing but once we arrived it made sense. There is payable parking on the street outside and once we arrived we ditched the car for the remainder of our stay.

once we had booked , we found it very difficult to arrange the key collection as the hosts do not speak English and we do not speak french, this was a problem, we finally communicated by translation text, but very frustrating . once this was achieved , we were able to arrange the delivery of the key!. Also we were not prepared to pay the deposit required by the host of 500 euros, this would have been alot easier if we had know, so we were prepared with the cash ready!

The apartment was perfectly positioned for local walk to the sea and the shops and market on Saturday's. the apparent was immaculately clean and very well presented in a very modern design with comfort most pleasing. The host Chantel was wondaful and met us with the keys on arrival and when we left...We will differently be back. thank you.

Beautifully appointed property and extremely comfortable in an excellent location. The facilities are first class and there was great attention to detail. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything. The price is high but we much preferred to stay in this first class apartment rather than a hotel equivalent.

Great stay, the flat is fantastic, very central to Le Touquet, clean and nicely decorated. There are many little attentions which are welcome such as a very well equipped kitchen, a booklet to advise where to go or even a raclette machine (which we didn’t use). Super !

Very cold: We were quite cold and didn’t manage to turn the radiators on as the thermostat remotes were hidden. After alerting the owner, they brought us an extra blanket (!) as they didn’t want to turn the radiators on. Really unexpected when you pay 240€/night without accounting for parking. I appreciate the cost of energy is now very high but although the weather was good during the day, it was freezing at night in the bedroom on this first weekend of October. The owner told us she doesn’t want the guests to have control of the radiators as it leads to high energy bills. Greedy: We arrived on a Friday night at 5.30pm and left on a Sunday morning at 10am. We parked only the Saturday at the property as it was more advantageous to park in the street for Friday night and Sunday morning, yet got charged for 3 full days of parking… for a spot that is literally on the property and so that costs 0€ to the owner. At check out, we offered to pay 10€ for the one day of parking we used but the owner started screaming that we were here for 3 days so 30€. We didn’t want to argue so we paid and left. We appreciate owners need to make money but that was pure greed. Unwelcoming: So the sense of luxury is here with everything Mamoune branded…. but we would have preferred to feel more relaxed, have their parking spot included (or just a fair price), heating (as basic as it sounds) or fair cleaning fees (65€!!! for a 60m2 flat when there is a number of notices in the flat telling you how to clean the property). So great great place but disappointed by our stay and how unwelcomed was our gently brought up feedback to the owner when leaving. We will be back in Le Touquet but will choose a place that puts less pressure on us and without unfair costs.
