The condo has everything you need and more! Very clean and comfortable. The pool was great too! The location was perfect! Walking distances to grocery stores, convenience stores, many restaurants and fantastic shopping. Loved everything about our stay except that it was too short!

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at this property. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of space in the kitchen and main living area. Nice quiet neighborhood and great pool area. Definitely recommend this property.

This property is nicely located— short walk to the pool and fitness area. Trash receptacle very close. Pool is very nice. People (residents & renters) are very friendly and helpful. Shopping is a nice walk away. Wonderful restaurants in Kierland Commons as well as great shopping. Enjoyed our stay!

Our condo was perfect for a holiday trip to Scottsdale. The unit was clean and ready to go by the 4:00 check-in time. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and beautifully furnished living space. The owner provided several extras to make our stay easy (soap, detergent, paper products). The condo is located in a beautiful community. It is a short, scenic walk to golf, shopping and fine dining.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Kierland Greens condo. The condo was exactly as pictured inside, quiet and very clean. The gated community was lovely and it was a short walk to a grocery store and many great restaurants and shops. Deb, the property owner, was very kind and helpful and was easily accessible. Thank you for one of the best vacations we have ever had!

This unit has what you need and the extras to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is excellent, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, wine fridge, kitchen utensils and cookware… that any owner would use, not cheap things. Nice throws to use while sitting on the sofa watching the large screen TV. Ceiling fans. Great a/c. Easy to walk to Keirland Commons shopping if it’s not too hot. Garage parking so your car doesn’t get hot. I had a question and the owner was quick to respond. Very clean so that started our stay off 👍. We would definitely recommend this unit and we would stay again when visiting. FYI, if stairs are difficult, this unit isn’t the best choice because you enter at the lower level and walk up to the living area.

This condo has everything that you need for a wonderful stay in Scottsdale! It's within walking distance to Scottsdale Quarter, Kierland Commons and Safeway. The condo is immaculate and well equipped if you decide to stay in and cook. The complex was not crowded and not many people used the pool or workout facility. The owner Deb is extremely nice to work with. The cleaning company was late in arriving to clean before my scheduled check in so she called to let me know that it would be a little later before I could check in. She called again when it was ready. It was a pleasure working with Deb. I'll be back in September for another week. Can't wait to stay here again!

Diamond in the Rough
The Condo exceeded our expectations. Everything you need for your stay is there. Pool right next to condo. Stores and grocery are in walking distance. Work out room on property, garage attached and so much more. We will give the unit a 10 + 10. So happy we picked this unit.

We loved our stay at this condo. Everything about it was wonderful. Beauty and comfort abounds. Loved the pool, the garage access, the comfortable bed for a great night's sleep. One of the most relaxing and stress-free vacations we have been able to take in a very long time. Appreciated how responsive and available Deb was for us. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Fantastic Property
What a beautiful Condo! This was such a wonderful, relaxing, stress free vacation. It could not have gone better. Beautifully decorated, high end appliances, and furnishings. The bed was really comfortable. We loved the pool and access to a garage for parking. We had a bit of an issue with the washer, and Deb was on it to help us out. Very responsive and available. Not one negative for this property. We hope to return and don't feel the need to look elsewhere.

Great place to stay!
Conveniently located near the Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. It's only a ten minute walk to several restaurants. The town home was spectacularly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our thanks to the owners for everything that made for an excellent stay!

Just perfect
Super easy check in process... you just show up. This is a very quiet area that is about 25 steps from the pool. The access to shops, restaurants and trails is wonderful. The condo has everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. We will be staying here again!

This is my go-to place when visiting Phoenix. The property is conveniently located right next to Kierland Commons. (You can pay double and get a fraction of the space and amenities and the Westin next door.)
Deb, the owner, has taken great care to make sure all of your needs are met, including coffee, beach towels, etc., plus the beds are super comfy, as are the living room furniture.
Not much else to say except I have stayed in other units on this property when this one wasn't available, and would advise against it. This one is hands-down a better choice, and I think the difference lies in the consistently positive interactions I have had with this owner. Five stars all the way around!

Beautiful home away from home
We came to town for my birthday and a wedding! The condo was beautifully decorated and clean! We do not eat out and depend on the amenities available to us. The kitchen was set up with all the things we needed to meal plan and prep! As well as was the rest of the condo. Most grateful to Deb for her communication! We highly recommend this beautiful condo and location to anyone visiting the area!
