No breakfast. One non-working coffee pot in the main office.
Rented at $200/night for us. Normally $50 per night. Dirt parking lot. No lock on door. Had to move ancient sofa to block front door. Neighbor's front door was open with neighbor passed out on bed. Another menacing tenant appeared to be smoking crack.

Sheryl the host was very pleasant and accommodating
No air conditioning, no outlets close to the head of the bed, shower pressure very low, parking was terrible, refrigerator was noisy and ran all night

The room was larger than normal. In addition to the 2 queen beds, it had a couch, table with chairs, and a glider chair. The extra room was amazing!
The beds were very soft, to the point where they were not comfortable. Felt like a hammock, left me with a sore, stiff back. Lots of things need fixed or improved.
*Edit to add* - tried to book the same room and was treated extremely rudely by the staff. I was criticized for having an opinion on a bed...guess that's what happens for honesty in a review. I have since cancelled the upcoming reservation and have already booked at a different motel. If you stay here and leave a review, it better be a 10/10 or be prepared for rudeness from the staff.

It was quiet. It served our needs for one night.
All rooms were to be non-smoking. THIS IS A MUST FOR US. During the night, we could smell cigarette smoke, likely coming through the ducts. It was very strong. I do not blame the motel for the issue.

Location
Internet is bad. Tv with minimal channels. Very old place.

Others staying were playing loud music all day and after 9pm I had to listen to them talk and bang stuff around until 1am. Got locked our of my room and the front desk was gone for 2 hours so had to wait for her to get back. No coffee in the room, and have to go to the front desk for ice

Close to everything and easy to find. Very clean and nice staff.

Needs new sheets mine were torn and had stains on it.

no way to regulate temperature in room, could not find a thermostat and channels for television was very limited

Altho the motel was older, it was very well maintained and very clean. The lady at the front desk was very nice and answered all of our questions about the local area. She even offered us some ice before leaving.
The furniture was a bit older and springs were over used in the chairs.
