It was close to the train station and all the shops as well as places to eat. There’s a grocery store basically under the building. The room is like a studio apartment and has good amenities. What I really loved was the view! It was just lovely! The hosts were helpful and responsive. They waited for a long time for me to arrive because my train was late.

Some construction was going on which partially blocks your way in and out of the building but not a big deal. The biggest issue was having to take out the trash/recycling on specific days. For instance if I had food that I put in its container it had to stay there until the appropriate day to throw it out which was annoying and sometimes smelly. Plus you can’t take it out until after 9:00pm. I wish the rain head shower worked but these are small things that didn’t detract from my stay.

im honestly so happy to write this review because our host carlos was so nice to me and my group. the house was super clean, carlos was super punctual, polite and spoke Perfect English and Portuguese so our group felt like home. grazie mille!

- large, clean apartment with balcony and seaview - the host (Marco) was very friendly and tried to help us with everything (so the not-so-positive things bellow are not related to him, but to the owners, maybe they will update the information on booking) - walking distance to the turistic port where you can find a lot of very nice restaurants with amazing food - fully equipped kitchen

- for the breakfast you have to leave the apartment and walk to a near by coffee shop where you will get, based upon a voucher, a coffee and a croissant - as the apartment is located at the 5th floor, and the elevator is after you have to take 25/30 stairs (equivalent to two floors) - it could be a challenge if you have luggage and a baby stroller - there is no parking around the location - you either leave the car at your own risk on the street or you have to find a parking somewhere else

Very nice stay, it's literally in front of the sea, so you can have a swim before leaving. Very good service and communication with the staff, I will recommend it for 1-2 night stay, supermarket is around the corner too and it's very close to the train station by walking distance.

It will be nice to improve the TV system and some minor details in the bathroom that will make the stay more comfortable for a longer stay. You enter the flat in the same main entrance as the other small flats, therefore might be not for everyone, however, it's very similar to a hotel's room experience but with the friendly staff to help you and home feeling. Breakfast is at the bar.

As it’s a residential building the walls are thin and you can hear everything, very noisy. Also be careful while booking all the rooms say it has a balcony but doesn’t explain the view, the room I got had nothing to with sea view instead we got a courtyard view, with 100 other windows front of your balcony and has horrible view. It’s a private apartment so has no reception and for late check in you have to pay extra so make sure you kow this before booking. Organising keys is a pain in the ass if you are on a spontanous trip and don’t have local sim. Would never go back.

The room was very confortable and it has mostly everthing what we needed. The location is also great, everything is near what we needed.

The name of the accomodation is misleading. I wanted to book a room with seaview and we received a courtyard view. There are 3 rooms, 2 with seaview and 1 without. I would suggest to highlight at the rooms this.

Facilities were as per description and in good condition, room was pretty clean.

There is no self check in or reception so you have to coordinate your arrival with stuff to let you enter but they need to understand holiday is a spontenaous process so your arrival/departure schedules may change. Manners of stuff were sort of rude, at least not kind. First time we heard one host is saying not to call/text him at evening time since their shift is over. For sure we would never disturb anyone after their working hours but highlighting this to a guess is odd. Also jokes about “stealing their coins from locker” is totally not cool. Welcoming person should be more professional and polite with guests. We could not see any politeness from house keeper as well.

The apartment was clean and delicate. Good space. New kitchen, baht and furnuture. Near the center of Salerno, the trainstation and the marina. Walking distance, about 10-15 minutes. The bed were good. The hosts were flexible. A good choice for us! Åse

The apartament was clean and tidy, the view was amazing and Marco was also very kind and helpful.

Would’ve been nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony, otherwise you can’t really use it unfortunately.

The location was perfect as well as the view from the windows, everything seemed clean and tidy considering the price of the accomodation. Marco, our host was very helpful with tips to nearby attractions and amenities which really helped, knowing there is someone local that you can get help from is a blessing!

Probably the only thing we missed was having small things in the kitchen, as there is a kitchen some would expect cooking oil or salt and pepper etc. Which is a hassle to get and wasteful knowing you are in a foreign country.

The guy who received us was very nice.

We should have had a sea view, but unfortunately we got the room without a sea view. The name of this guesthouse is a bit blurry due to "sea view", there are 3 rooms, 2 with sea view and 1 without. We received the only one without ... that was sad for us, because we were expecting the view at sea ...

Well equipped spacious apartment.

The building has a concierge who spends much of his time smoking in the corridor.

The apartment was very comfortable. There were kitchen utensils more than we expected. There were tea bags, sugar & a coffee machine. The staff member was friendly and guided us with everything in the apartment and gave us some suggestions to visit in Salerno. I booked a normal apartment without sea view because all the other apartments were booked. But I asked them to inform me if there was any chance to switch it for an apartment with sea view. And they really did it without any extra charge.

Excellent facilities! The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. It was easy to find a public parking spot nearby the building. Highly recommended!
