The bed was comfortable and the private balcony was the best part. Balcony view was nice.

We were in Room 15 which has a window next to the bed with wood slat shutters. Right outside the window there is an exterior light that stays on all night. Since there is no blackout curtain on this window like the sliding doors have, our room was lit up all night long which caused us to have very poor sleep. When the mini refrigerator in the room kicks on and runs it is a bit loud, which also didn't help when we were trying to sleep. The toilet had issues flushing and would cycle water randomly. The water in the shower had extreme fluctuations in temperature that could not be controlled. The area rug in the room had stains all over it and looked like it either needed a professional cleaning or should be replaced.

the only thing that we were disappointed in was that there is no breakfast included, at all. For the price range a general continental breakfast would have been nice. This is the only place we have stayed in New Hope in the past 15yrs that doesn’t include breakfast. That being said the property and staff were top notch, we would definitely stay again.

Elle who works at Carriage House was truly amazing. She was so accommodating and made our stay perfect. She also watched our little dog Bently for a few hours and treated him like a little rock star! She really made my trip with my Mom special and is truly an asset to the Carriage House for all the extra attention she gives to quests. The Carriage house is just a beautiful place and the bed is heavenly!

My spouse and I stayed in room 14 at the Carriage House. We chose it primarily because of the balcony overlooking the river. The sound of the waterfall was a bonus! Also, the bed and bedding was amazing!!!

Overpriced even for Hew Hope.

I enjoyed that Karla’s Restaurant & Bar was across the street. Just walking distance from the Carriage House. Location and atmosphere was essentially important since I was celebrating my 33rd. Wedding Anniversary. We wanted conveniences and a cozy rustic and aged look and feel. The town of New Hope offers all of that plus more!!!

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like! Everything was perfect!

We came for my husbands 50th birthday.We had an amazing time and the Carriage House was just amazing.

The staff was so accommodating. Because of the flooding, our room wasn’t available but they moved mountains to get us in . Parking was very challenging, especially when there was a show going on.

We celebrated our anniversary there - manager left chocolates in our room as a gift which was an unexpected pleasure. The room was perfect. View of the river and small water falls, close to everything you'd want to do in New Hope. The downstairs common area was lovely.

Beautiful suite in a great location. Perfect for a getaway.
