This was a great little get away from the big city. We were able to fish off the dock and catch some nice sized catfish. The boys kayaked all over the lake and had a great time. Look forward to coming back.

This listing was great - it was a quiet property right on the water with a dock for the kids to swim off of. All around awesome!

House was nice very clean and lots of room. Yard needs a lot of help. Trees need to be trimmed. You listed 2 bathrooms but one was so hot you could not use it. Screen doors need to be fixed the were all torn. The handle inside the front door kept falling off. We did enjoy our stay. The dock was awesome kids had fun fishing. Price was good as well.

Myself, my two best friends, and our seven children all fit comfortably and had an absolutely wonderful time. We hope to be back again soon!! Every detail was lovingly thought of and the amenities were perfect.

This property was the perfect "overflow" home for our family gathering. Everything was in order and very clean. The waterfront back yard and boat dock were comfortable and useful!

Had a nice stay - only issue were the kayaks. 2 of them were taking on water but talked to owner about issue. Large group next door but you won't have known it . Very quiet and restful.

Our family two adult sons and families get together for vacation every summer. For the past three years we've been staying here we have boat and jet skis and this is a perfect place for us

Wonderful time with kids and grandkids. This was the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, boating and relaxing. Our grandkids loved it. The waterfront views and access were perfect. The kids swam all day in the beach area behind house. Accommodations were perfect. Everything we needed for a fun filled vacation was provided. Can’t wait to come back. Owners was so very friendly and helpful. Overall perfect vacation!!

The property was very clean and it had everything you would need for a great time. We loved the location with the beautiful views of the lake. My family also loved the ping pong table and the kayaks. The price was very reasonable for all the charm it came with.

Two nights with our 9 grandchildren. The house met our needs and expectations. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend the property for anyone looking to get away and relax. Also, Brenda was very helpful in answering the few questions we had.

Our family enjoyed our time together ringing in the new year and waking up to a beautiful sunrise. It provided all we were looking for and we look forward to the next time.

We loved all the activities to entertain our family. Plenty of space and everything you need is there. No internet, so you can totally unplug!

This is just what our family needed after being stuck at home all summer due to the COVID 19 scare. Had a blast playing in the lake. The house is nice and clean and very welcoming. It was nice to be able to have our dog with us. Would deffentily recommend this place. Its is out in the middle of the countryside which makes it perfect for us. Very clean inside. No spiders.

Overall experience was good. The hous e cleaning lady could have cleaned the dead insects off the window sills. Otherwise the house was in good shape

Second year for our family vacation at this vrbo. Grandparents parents teens children. We bring boat jet skis enjoy kaiks. Something for everyone. Caught a lot of fish definitely a good vacation

The house was old but ok. It was not clean. There was months of dirt and cobwebs behind the furniture. The second bath is in the garage and does not have a/c. The outside was the worst. Not kept up, dock is in terrible shape. Location is nice but property needs some TLC

Our family had an awesome time here! Such a nice & clean home and very relaxing atmosphere!

Get to the home and the code for the door does not seem to work. Turn the knob and the house is unlocked, it never locks through out our stay. The house smells like it’s been closed for months. Turn on the lights to the house and it has cobwebs everywhere . The dining room fan is dripping with dust. Go to plug my phone in and find our first spider. The linens smelly musty, so I decide to call the manager. This house has no WiFi, and between five cell phones we have no service. I could not call text or even email for help. Making the best of it we go to bed and wake up to a day filled with killing spiders, they were everywhere. I go to the grocery and buy food and spider spray. I spent the afternoon vacuuming and spraying. That’s how I know the house was not cleaned, because the vacuum left lines everywhere, and I never saw vacuum lines when we arrived. Next I go to make burgers and fire up the grill. It’s filled with dirt, debris, leaves. Clean that out, replace the tank with a new one furnished by the owner and the grill is dead. Dead Dead, can’t ever get it working. Next day my kid almost rips her toe nail off on the transition between the carpet and the tile. A huge metal white transition is not nailed or screwed down it’s just sitting between the two floors and my kid was lucky enough to find that. My three year old wakes up screaming from her nap and she was bitten by a spider. An hour later it turns out she was bitten by a brown recluse spider. Later I was trying to figure out why a burner would not work on the stove, pull the burners off and lift off the top of the stove To find it filled with solid grease. The last night we stayed in our Class A RV to avoid anyone else from being bitten. I have documented photos of how filthy this house was. Would have loved to call for help, could never get service to call for any.

Cannot tell you how much fun we had staying at your house! It was one of the best vacations we have had! The house was perfectly located with all the amenities we could ask for and more! Thank you so very much and we will definitely be back to stay with you again!

It was great...everything we needed was here and the location on the water was amazing!!! Owner answered all questions very quickly and was very welcoming and helpful...we’ll definitely be coming back!

The house is located in a perfect cove for tubing, wake boarding, etc. We loved the boat dock and kept the boat in the water the entire stay. A boat ramp is conveniently located in the sub-division. The owner has plenty of lawn furniture, and everything you would want/need for an enjoyable stay. The kayaks were definitely a lot of fun paddling around the calm waters of the cove. Brenda (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with and very nice.

Had a fun time fishing and swimming on the lake. The house was great and slept all of us easily. If the dock was updated it would be perfect. Good time though.
