We had a wonderful time at the house. Loved the pool, perfect for small kids and adults.

Easy check in and check out. A pretty far walk to the public beach. It is advertised as a 9 minute walk but that is to a private beach. The beach shuttle is great but only runs 10-12 and 1-5.

Property wasn’t too far from beach or from shops. It was clean and had plenty of space. Management was quick to reply to questions and very respectful. I would have no problem staying here again.

The location of the property was nice; however, the reviews and pictures were VERY misleading. All the furniture is very dated and some covered and the coverings dirty. The floors were filthy and the carpets appeared to have NEVER been cleaned. The amenities suggest a kids play ground and a lazy river. None of these existed. The ice maker/water on the refrigerator didn't work. The refrigerator wasn't cold at all. When I called to report it I was questioned if it was full. I sent a picture showing a barely full refrigerator which shouldn't have been a question. They sent someone the next day to look at it. The washing machine made such horrible shaking noises that we thought it was going to explode. This was my 17th year coming to this area and I will not book this residence again. Very misleading the entire resort could do well with upgrades on the entire property.

The property was just as described. House was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great with stores, restaurants, beaches, outlet mall less then 15 mins away. Would stay at this location again.

Property needs to be updated and a handicapped accessible bathroom on the first floor. The bathroom on the first floor should have a walk in shower instead of a high tub and shower unit. Elderly person’s cannot get into the unit to take a shower. Also, they cannot walk up to the second floor to access the walk in shower. The home needs to have carpet steamed cleaned or removed! Downstairs furniture needs replaced preferably with a stain resistant material (leather). Property pool area was very nice but the beach is a little far.

The house was very spacious and could accommodate our large group of 12. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. However, upon arrival, we noticed that the floors were a bit dirty. We did see a few pat here and there but overall we had a good stay and would stay again

Loved it!!!
The house is large enough for my family of 11. Only a short walk from Crystals Beach (15 minutes or so) or take advantage of the shuttle service and you’re there in no time . Kitchen is well stocked and the kids loved the community pool. All in all a great property!!

It was a short last minute stay. It defiantly needs a few new appliances like a hand blender and some new dishware, but overall a great place to stay.

Great week for 3 families!
We had a group of 14 and had a ton of room! The house is in a good location. We loved the pool and shuttle service to the beach, but wished it went later than 4:30. We were also surprised the house didn’t have an outside hose to prevent tracking sand inside.

Joint Family Vacation
We rented this house with some friends and we had family come in from Louisiana. The kids had the entire 3rd floor to themselves. It was a dream! The beach pickup/drop off was easy to arrange and the beaches are gorgeous!

Although we didn’t need RealJoy’s assistance while on property, they were always reaching out to make sure everything was good. You would even see them driving through the neighborhood. Property was nice and in a good neighborhood and location. Easy walk to the beach.

Nice and spacious
The house was very spacious and more than enough room for 8 adults. The temperature on the 2nd floor was a little warm, cause it would not let you change the temp below 70 degrees. Other than that very nice house.

Very spacious and well designed floorplan. Great for large groups!
We had 15 in our party, 7 adults and 8 kids, and it was a good fit, some kids slept on the couch in the 3rd story living room, but, that was perfectly fine.
The house was well equipped, and we had a great time. the only things that i would recommend you bring is some trash bags, toilet paper, and soap (dishwasher/handsoap) beyond that it was well stocked (although no condiments/spices etc) which was to be expected.
I have to say the 2nd story master bed matress was rather uncomfortable, its due for a replacement. but other then that. great house at a reasonable price.

GREAT FOR LARGE GROUP
We used the entire house to accommodate our large family gathering of 15. (The bunk room is tiny but doable and the pullout sofa was very comfortable. The queen bed was deemed uncomfortable, as one side sags.) Overall the house is clean, but furnishings are dated. Some appliances like the microwave and ice maker work, but are on their last leg. The walk to the beach is manageable as long as you have a wagon to carry beach gear. The shuttle is very nice but beware it stops at 4:30. We ended up driving to the beach and parking across the street (used a phone app and paid 5 dollars for 5 hours). Our kids loved the pool, which is big, clean, pretty, and well maintained ( a huge plus for beach venues). We enjoyed using the dining table that accommodated a large number of kids and adults.

Destin
This was a nice property in a good location. Not close to the beach but they do have a shuttle. The only complaint we had was there were no cleaning supplies or trash bags. When I say no supplies I mean Laundry detergent and Dish washing liquid and trash bags not house cleaning products. Overall the house was in good shape and served us very well and we had 9 people. I would rent here again for sure. The pool was great and everyone there was super friendly.

The house was perfect for our group of 13. Parking was an issue but other than that everything was fantastic. We usually cook most of our meals at home and this was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered in a rental.

We thought the house was back door to the beach and we thought there was another bed in the room with the bunk beds. But overall we enjoyed this home and will rent again!

Amazing Customer Service
The Customer Service from Real Joy was exceptional. We had a snafu regarding the AC Unit and the team was amazing scheduling a maintenance person repair it prior to them closing. She called me every half hour to make sure we were okay and reassure the arrival of the tech. I am sold on their service and will always rent via of Real Joy. The home was also great and the location was amazing.

Great home, great location
Home was beautiful but there were plumbing issues causing first floor bathroom sink and second floor guest bathtub to drain slow. Third floor master bed had been urinated on and sheets were not washed. Second floor master shower also smelled of urine and had to be cleaned prior to use. Floors were sandy upon arrival and all the blinds were covered with dust. Called maintenance out for slow drains and were told to expect repairs to be made the following day but no one ever came back. The home is beautiful and spacious and if it were not for the cleaning and plumbing issues I would give it 5 stars.

Our favorite little get away
Any issues we did have managers we quick to respond. They the property is centrally located. The shuttle for the beach is amazing and highly recommend using it.

It wasn’t GREAT but not bad at all!
The pictures made the property look a lot bigger than it actually was, but overall the accommodations were ok. The water never got cold although we had 15 people taking baths and showers so that was a plus! The WiFi sucked!!!!! That wasn’t good for teenagers but again it didn’t kill the trip. There were not nearly enough wash towels but being we were able to launder the towels that were available, it was ok. Also, they charge a cleaning fee but leave notes saying u have to clean it so not sure what the cleaning fee is for.....

GREAT VACATION HOME & EXCELLENT LOCATION
This home was perfect for our large group and first family trip. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and the amenities were on point to all of us. A three-story home gave me anxiety at the beginning but, it grew on me. I just wish the parking space was a tab more wider to be able to fit 3 vehicles. Other than that, this house was great to us and made our first Destin experience a memorable one. Will definitely be returning SOON!

Great for family reunions
The property is great. The house is beautiful and the location is great. However, the floors of the house were extremely dirty and made our feet turn black. The house was said to accommodate 15 people but we were only given 6 towels and a few hand towels. The shower in the master bedroom does not close and some of the bathrooms had drainage problems in which we had to buy some products to unclog them.
