The room was lovely,.clean and very comfortable.

On our first morning there was not much available for breakfast. We arrived 30 mins before the end but there was no fruit, juice, eggs, cereal, cheese. In comparison to the following morning it was clear that the first breakfast was significantly lacking.

Everything was just perfect! Perfect location, very comfortable room and very clean! Excellent breakfast served outdoors at the terrace! Very pleasant hosts Ninni and Fede we have arrived earlier and our room was ready!

Unfortunately we could not enjoy our stay as it was only for 1 night and there was a power cut in the whole establishment. We booked this b&b only for one night as we were on a road trip 7 days and went to la riserva dello zingaro. We needed a place to stay, eat,shower,charge our phones and ecc. We woke up at night because the emergency light in the room just opened by itself, this lasted from 1h30am to the next day and after we checked out. We could not use the wifi, nor the toilet properly, nor shower nor have breakfast in the morning before taking the road (included in the rate). There was no electricity, water and internet. We tried to contact them at night and early morning but their telephone/mobile was completely turned off until 8am, therefore it might have been also dangerous as they leave their guests with no emergency contact. The town was completely empty, low season . I travel often and I do not put bad reviews but the way this was handled and the fact that the owner had the telephone off is preocupying and I wish to let other people know. Not only they were rude when we complained about the telephone off but gave us so many excuses without giving us in any moment a compensation. Eventually they apologized but seemed pretty forced to do so. It's simple, we paid for a service that we didn't get. I hope they rectify their mistakes handle and treat better their guests when there are issues and emergencies. It's very easy to have good reviews when everything goes well.

Everything was new and perfectly clean. The breakfast was also very good. The couple who owns the place is very welcoming and they also helped us when we stupidly locked us out of the room! It could have been a very unpleasant moment but the lady immediately came to help and, always with a smile on her face, she lost her time without complaining in order to find a solution. Totally recommend!

Such lovely owners. Helpful and kind. My 21 month old loved them and they were so good with him. They accommodated my gluten and lactose free breakfast, which was much appreciated. Perfect location. Stunning area.

Beautiful room, comfortable bed, loved the bathroom and backyard. The location was ideal, next to the city Center, restaurants and beach. The breakfast was very good, the best we have had so far in Italian B&B. It was served outside in the beautiful backyard, what made it even more special.

Everything would have been perfect if the wifi would have been working. We needed to plan some things ahead, and we couldn’t connect to the wifi.

Had an amazing time here. The room is great, as the bathroom. Perfectly located close to the centre with free parking included. Superb breakfast in the morning (best croissant we had in sicily). The owners are very nice and helpful. They let us leave the luggage until late after check out so we could do a boat trip in the morning.

One of the reasons to choose Ninni e Fede was breakfast included... but in fact there isn’t, and you receive a ticket to go to a coffeeshop where you can only choose 1 eating item and 1 drinking item... if you expect more from breakfast better consider
