Our family enjoyed our stay at the condo, it beautifully decorated and everyone was comfortable! Private deck was awesome!! We will definitely be back!

Dock access and slips available for a minimal cost. Only suggestion is a better walkway to dock. The slope is steep when lake levels are down.

Loved that we could walj down the hill to the waters edge!Swimming off the peir was so nice! Loved that we could rent a boat right there too! ( very nice pantoon.) Just the best location to the grocery store and to all the sttractions on the stip! Would definately stay there again!

Had a great time fishing from the dock, cooking out on the grill and enjoying the semi outdoors. Everything is provided except food and paper goods for your stay. This time we caught some fish as well as a turtle!

Condo has 3 bedrooms and can be opened to adjoining condo, so great spot for family events. Price per night is based on number of folks, so less expensive if there are only two, but condo and accommodate many more folks for a small increase in rent. Definitely recommend.

From the moment you meet Colleen (who is a total gem of a manager) until you sadly must leave this beautiful lake our family of five enjoyed our stay immensely. The boat slip was brand new and extremely easy to maneuver. The beds were extremely comfortable. The balcony is a great place to sit outside and enjoy a cocktail and play games and grill. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Take a visit to Eureka Springs if you can. 50 minute drive and well worth it!

They also offer several other options for your use like kayaks, swim docks, and fishing. Collene is wonderful to accommodate your needs and very efficient. We were told about Vickery Resort and decided to try it. Absolutely wonderful! The condo we stay in was clean, had everything we needed (maybe could use 1 more chair in the living area), was quiet as it was an end unit and love being on the top floor. The boat dock was clean, had a great swing and they have some fun lake toys! The management team were great. Extremely friendly and helpful! Will be back next year for another 2 week visit!!

There could be one more chair in the living room. Little things like no bathroom rugs and no paper towel holders and the pots and pans and cooking utensils were lacking.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 for a short vacation to Branson. Location felt remote being near the state park and on the water but was pretty close to all the amenities/attractions of Branson. We could get just about anywhere we needed to in about 15-20 or less. Condo was spacious and clean. We couldn’t ask for more.

We loved our stay at the condo. It’s a top floor so you don’t have to worry about people being loud. We loved the view and the balcony. Would stay here again in the winter.

Property manager was incredibly helpful and kind. Our stay was Better than expected and overall had a great experience.

This was a great condo for our family of 4 (9 and 12yo kids). Everything was very clean, spacious, the kids loved having their "own rooms." The balcony was clean, spacious, and relaxing. Only about 15 min drive to the Branson Strip and 15-20 min to Silver Dollar City. Didn't get to use the lake or the kayaks due to the cooler temps and the wind, but it's nice that they are available. The only thing that I would suggest is, in the master bathroom, to have some hooks to hang towels and bathrobes. The master bedroom could also benefit from some darker curtains as there are only sheer curtains up in the condo we stayed in (hard to take daytime naps after getting up early for trout fishing). Overall, VERY nice condo, easy check-in and out, and we will defintely stay again. I highly recommend!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at, clean, roomy and a quiet area by the water!
