Stay was pleasant. Went for rest, relaxation & a little adventure.
Very relaxing area steps away from the beach. Found a beautiful coral garden about 100 yards out. Close enough to Rum Point to enjoy but far enough out (a few kilometers) to relax in the evenings with minimal exposure to others.on the afternoon of arrival, i went straight down to a beach chaise lounge & didnt see anyone for 3 hours while soaking up sun & watching the ocean.
One minor issue: There was a large water spot on the floor between the living & dining area which didn't appear to have been mopped during cleanup. Other than that, beautiful view, relaxing & adventurous.
Close by are;
Rum Point (Starfish Point just down the road). Geat place to meet people & enjoy the beach. Free access with lounges, umbrellas, & lots of water sports.
Queen Elizabeth Garden (check out the blue iguanas)
Cave Exploration
Shortest of all boat trips to Stingray City & snorkeling.
Not many restaurants near, except Rumpoint, but enjoyed venturing out to other restaurants. Check out Czech Bar and Grill (don't let appearance fool you). Rum Point has good food, too.
South side of island;
7 Mile Beach (not as impressive as expected and cost 3X+ for accomodations.
Camana Bay
Lovely area, lots of restaurants, shopping & live music
West end of island had some good restaurants.
Drove around the island multiple times without having to fill up on gas.
Great experience. Will likely return.
South to mingle.
North to relax.

Wonderful north side location on the water. Snorkeling out the back door is the feature we most enjoyed. Easy access to restaurants and other beaches too. Very quiet and respectful neighbors in the complex - just a great place to stay!!

Loved this side of Cayman, quiet but food and bars were drivable, beach was beautiful just wear water shoes, shore was walkable for 2km. Nice touch pan to rinse your feet by door. Size of the condo and layout was great each room had an ocean view and access to the lanai. Breeze was amazing throughout the condo. Jenn was great and answered all our questions location felt very safe.
We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo! Very clean. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen had everything we needed for a week. Charcoal grill outside. It is close to Rum Point and Starfish Point. The rest of the activities require driving. The pool was very nice. Sunrise beautiful from the beach. While we were there, it was quite windy and the ocean was choppy on that side of the island. My husband tried to snorkel but no visibility. We did find several other places to snorkel though. The area was quiet and we felt very safe. Host responded to questions quickly.

Property is nice and clean and well maintained--just need to change the front door handle. The beach behind the property is too rocky to really be useful as a beach for swimming--but it looks nice. Just know that it's about 45 minutes of decent driving to St George, where most of the great beaches and excitement are. Our hosts were great--no complaints.

We enjoyed the property. It was suitable for our party of three. The condo met all of our basic needs. The enclosed patio was a godsend.. the mosquitoes were an issue late at night, so we enjoyed being able to get outside but be protected from the bugs. It was quite a drive every time we went out for an excursion, but the relaxed atmosphere was worth it!

We had such a wonderful time at this that we didn’t want to leave! We all had a relaxing experience, the views from the screened porch were amazing the pool and beach was very calm and empty, the area is close to Rumpoint, Kaibo and lots of nice restaurants. The owners were also very nice and responded quickly from the webpage. We are looking forward to another stay there.

Wonderful spacious 2nd floor condo perfect for two couples. Gorgeous ocean view from screened in lanai to enjoy coffee/beverage listening to the waves, always a nice breeze. Comfortable furnishings, kitchen has coffeemaker, blender, toaster, microwave, stove/oven. We picked up frozen mango pulp at Fosters and made the best frozen drinks. Bring spices/condiments if you plan to cook at all. The cleaners empty everything out of the fridge. There is salt/pepper and coffee filters but that's it. Lots of VRBOs leave items to share, this one does not. The pool is heavenly. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pool and beach. We did not use the beach here. It was rougher water most of the time than Rum Point and quite windy. Seemed calmer early morning and we saw another guest snorkel here. A couple suggestions: add a memory foam topper to the king bed, provide a few folding beach chairs and umbrella for visiting other beaches. Snorkeling at Rum Point was great. We saw lots of sea turtles grazing in the sea grass on both sides of Rum Point pier. So cool! And gorgeous water w sandy bottom to the left at Rum Point: you'll see lots of boats anchor here. It is a 45min drive to get to Georgetown or Seven mile, an hour to West end. 35 min to Savannah and the closest big grocery (Fosters countryside). Chisolms is a convenience store and super high prices.

Conveniently located near Rum Point and away from the busy touristy part of town. We enjoyed driving around the island discovering various beaches and attractions.
The condo was clean and comfortable and accommodated 4 adults nicely. Some of the furnishings are a little dated but didn't stop us from appreciating our stay.
The small kitchen worked for our meal preps, but make sure to bring your condiments/seasonings en route as nothing from prior guests appear to be left behind. (Unlike other rentals we've been to. Always a nice surprise/bonus, we left several items to "pay it forward")
We loved the lanai, It provided us a wonderful daytime ocean view and we spent evenings listening to the waves crashing on the shore. We did try some swimming and snorkeling here but found other beaches better. Definitely go to Spotts Beach!

This was our first vacation as a family since having kids and the first time our boys have ever been out of the country. This place was perfect for us. More than enough space, gorgeous views, great amenities. The kids loved the pool and it was so nice that just a few steps further was the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We had a blast!

The condo was great! The accommodations were lovely. The directions were easy to follow to get there, but we did not know which unit number was ours! Finally I saw the Wi-Fi password and connected with the sign on the door. It might be helpful to say it is unit number 200.

Paradise stay
From the minute we got there until the minute we left it was all perfect! We had good directions from airport which were helpful since our phone navigation didn’t work and very few road signs! The cond was even better than the pictures! It had everything we needed and was very clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was amazing and the view from the lanai… absolutely breathtaking!!! Loved reading by the pool and walking on the beach. Very quiet and we had the place to ourselves most of the time. Great little grocery store just down the road which had everything you might need. We were disappointed that rum point beach was closed but found many other areas to explore including star fish point, kaibo( great food,drinks, and beach), botanical gardens (saw a blue iguana), eating at Tukka (watched them feed the birds), the blow holes at sunset!! It was all so beautiful and peopl very friendly. We loved exploring east and north ends and only went to seven mile beach one day. So much to do everywhere else and much less crowded. Owners were very fast to respond to any questions we had. Only recommendation would be to have some beach chairs and snorkel stuff available! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Just what we all needed!

The condominium was great and spacious. It was definitely a quiet beach except for the groups of locals netting very small like fish. One day there were 8 people going up and down beach netting all day. There is tons of sea grass that washes onto the beach but walking is doable.

We loved our stay. Very clean condo and well stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen materials, and toiletries. Lots of books to read if you forgot your own. We loved the view and appreciated the large couch to accommodate a 5th person sleeping. Could use a couple extra pillows for sofa sleeping. We willl be back for sure!!
Quiet side of the island made it perfect for chilling and minimal road noise. Rum Point is minutes away if looking for something to do. Suggest booking excursions from Rum Point to save 1 hour drive to points on 7 mile beach.
Only complaint would be the beach is not groomed which is ok if you plan ahead or enjoy walking in seaweed. If not, suggest water shoes or dive boots for beach strolls.

Perfect location for a quiet, beautiful family getaway!
Our family of 4, including 2 young children, stayed for a week in this condo in March of 2019. The area is quiet, and beautiful. The ocean in front of the condo is choppy, and still nice to snorkel. There is quite a bit of sea grass right in front of the property, so not really nice ocean to swim in right at the shore, but it's easy to swim over the first few feet of sea grass, to where the small bits of coral are. Turtles also love sea grass areas, although we didn't see any right there. To be fair, we only snorkeled there once, and it was beautiful. We loved our entire week in Grand Cayman. The condo is perfectly appointed, with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, well equipped kitchen for basic food preparation. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and we enjoyed it too. It was simply a week in paradise! Thank you so much!

Accommodation very good
Condo was very good. We enjoyed our stay. Property clean, well maintained. Definitely quiet, there is nothing around for a few miles. Mature guest only. Property manager Roy was very helpful, our luggage was lost and he was quick to provide his contact number so we could get out and enjoy our vacation and when there was a problem with the fridge, he was prompt in repairing. Two large bedrooms for plenty of privacy. Sitting area fine, except could use a larger TV. We only used it later in the evening since there is nothing to do on the island when everything shuts down, except restarants. Drinking glasses were very old and faded out. There was a sign in the condo not to drink the water as it is collected rain water and sits in a cistern. So pick up jugs of water as you come in as the nearest small store is a couple miles away. The sandy beach is steps from the pool but the sea in this area is not really swimable due to the coral (very shallow) and currents. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the friendly cat!

Beautiful except
Wonderful location right on the ocean. After our 1st night there my friend noticed bug bites on her arm. The 2nd morning she sees more which are obviously from bed bugs. We contact the unit manager who shows up with a pest control contractor the next afternoon. Instead of doing the right thing and moving us to another unit - he denies the problem and has a the contractor spray the heck out of the unit with noxious chemicals. Nothing offered in compensation what so ever. The whole experience ruined what should have been a fantastic stay in this beautiful country.

The condo itself is wonderful. Spacious and has everything to make your stay easy. We had a problem with no A/C which made it a bit uncomfortable. Saturday we thought it was hot just because it was off. But Sunday morning, still hot. Didn't want to bother people on Sunday so waited until Monday. The information needs to be updated on Refrigerator phone #'s are wrong. Call Jay and he said no problem he's get someone out thereand a rep from office would come with them. Got back to condo 6:00PM 84. Called Jay ...he'd check & call back. Around 6:20PM Todd shows up said A/c guy on the way.by 8:30 A/C was blowing cool. Next day A/c still on but getting warmer. Wednesday 9:15AM A/C guy comes unannounced to replace A/C but no representative from office. We had to stay with him from 9:15AM to 3:30PM. Pretty much shot the day! Then Saturday we were eating breakfast at 9:20Am getting to leave by 11:00AM as stated on our papers. Maid shows up and told us we needed to get out at 10:00AM. Very confusing. We hurried as fast as we could I even showed her paper that said 11:00AM but she said that only works if no new people are coming in??? So how would we know that?? That being sad having 3 days with no A/C, having to waste a day babysitting A/C guy and being hassled by maids it could have been a better vacation.

Just the perfect spot! The condo was everything we wanted it to be.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Northside is so much better than the hustle, bustle, and crowds of Seven Mile Beach. The views were spectacular and the coziness of the small complex just added to our enjoyment. There was plenty to do and, while remote, driving to the great restaurants nearby was a lot easier than struggling with the traffic on 7 mile beach. The condo was well appointed, cozy, neat and clean. Definitely on our list of places to return to!
