Five friend couples with our kids stayed for the weekend for the 4th of July and had a fabulous time! 9 adults and 9 kids slept comfortably. The cabin was clean and spacious. Beds and sheets we’re comfortable. The kids bunk room, gaming space, and media room all on the third floor was genius for the kids to have their own space! The extra large covered porch was our favorite space! Great location and communication response time. The only issues were the patio fans not working (which you addressed with me day one as soon as I reached out to you, and I get things happen, so totally not a big deal, especially since one of our friends brought two monster misting fans, which was a saving grace!) The patio door handle broke on night one, but was an easy temp fix. It was loose when we got there. Not a big deal. I meant to leave you a note about that! Sorry I didn’t message you about it. The main issue we had and the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars across the board was the septic system seemed to spray/empty into the forested part of the property occasionally and the smell was less than pleasant. We hadn’t been made aware of that. Again, I didn’t contact you about that or the door during our stay, my apologies! I was having too much fun to “complain”. All in all it was a fabulous 3 night stay and was everything I thought it would and more. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!

We had such a great weekend in Broken Bow! We loved this cabin so much!

This Cabin had it all It was the perfect place to stay with 15 people! And the outside porch was the best there was enough seating for everyone . The movie room was a plus we had a blast

Really had a fabulous time ! No real complaints except some of the kitchen “ supplies “ were pretty dirty( appeared like some of the dishes/cups were put up dirty) . It gets very warm on the upper floors however the main floor would be freezing ( we just opened windows to make it cooler) 🤷🏼‍♀️ One more suggestion - the cabin would Not be comfortable with 20 people … I would say half that amount is more accurate ( there were 8 of us) Will definitely rent again 😊

I would not recommend this property for entertaining a large group.

We were a large group of 11 adults and 4 children. We like to come in November for a family get together. This cabin won out on all the others, due to options available. Before writing this review I contacted Creative Escapes twice, because they are the company that manages the cabin. I had ZERO response from them, so I'm going to post the issues with the cabin. 1. The AC constantly froze up and the temperature upstairs was 80 degrees. Way too hot to sleep, play or enjoy your stay. 2. One of the dryers was not working. 3. Lightbulbs were burned out in one of the downstairs bathrooms. If the cabin had just been cleaned, then the cleaning crew absolutely noticed this issue. 4. Mattress on the first floor squeaked so loudly it was impossible to sleep. If you dared to even move on the bed it was like thousands of crackling papers being crunched up all at once. 5. Playstation would not turn on, 6. No Foosball table as shown in the pictures. If the table has been removed, then change the pictures. 7. Sleeper sofa was made out for someone to sleep on and mattress was literally a piece of cloth and springs. It is not possible to sleep on the mattress. 8. Overall the house needs a good scrubbing, inside and out. 9. No measuring spoons (I left a set), skillets are so old and scratched that one should definitely not cook on them. All of the skillets need to be replaced. 10. Master bedroom headboard vibrates against the wall while the AC is running, so that's disruptive to the people sleeping in that room. 11. The third floor toilets were hard to flush and sinks were hard to drain in most of the bathrooms. 12. The written directions need to be changed. The cabin is NOW the 5th cabin due to construction I'm assuming. 13. The games that are available to play are not useable. The majority are not in the correct boxes, many are intermixed, and pieces are missing. They need to be replaced if you are offering games as an option for families to use.

House was for a work team retreat and it was perfect.

The house was beautiful. Unfortunately got no email giving address to property, lock code, trash day. The hottub only worked when it wanted to. The 3rd floor air conditioner did not work. The gaming room with the games didn't work. Had bean bags that were busted instead of removed from the house.
