I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the location was perfect for the beach. All I had to drink was walk across the street. It was great to watch the tide from the comfort of the balcony.

We basically parked our car after loading up on groceries. There are great places to eat, shop and just stroll all around the area. The beach access is just a walk across the road. There is washer/dryer to use which was such a blessing since we flew into Florida. The whole experience from booking to checking out was super easy. We plan to visit again.

It was a very cozy condo in a convenient location, across the street from beach access and a trolley stop. Bridge street is within walking distance or a very short trolley ride if you don’t feel like walking. The front balcony had a great view of the beach.

My mom and I spent 5 nights here. The place was perfect, very clean, and everything we needed. Steps from the beach and a very short walk to the shops and restaurants on Bridge street. Owners were super helpful with questions we had. Thank you !!

Unit was greatly stocked. Anything we forgot was supplied. Stairs were unexpected and a challenge, but manageable. Very comfortable - great location. Beach chairs, boards, etc. were a pleasant surprise.

We usually stay on Anna Maria Side of Island in a house but we decided to come for a shorter trip and found this condo on Bradenton Beach side. Great location with the beach being stored away. Public beach access directly across road from condo but was not an issue at all. View of ocean from front balcony was great. Condo was very well stocked and very clean. Had to speak with owners about internet which was fixed quickly…quick response , very nice people. Bridge Street within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if opportunity arises.

Everything was very good

The property had everything we needed and was very clean! We were steps away from the beach and a short 10 min walk from restaurants and stores. My whole family had a great time!

My family of 5 rented the condo for 4 nights. We loved the location, walking distance to Bridge Street and just across the street from the beach. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable that we slept like babies. I love having a kitchen while we are vacationing and this kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend bringing baggies/saran for leftovers etc. The house does have about 5 beach towels and 3 chairs that are easily carried over to the beach. There are a few beach toys, buckets and shovels. We went shark tooth hunting about an hour away and purchased two hunting baskets that we left there as well. Overall, we loved the house and would stay there again if we are ever back in AMI!.

Great, can not wait to return.

So close to the beach!

The condo was the perfect size for our family. It was nice to be across the street from the beach and there were chairs provided. Beach towels and tennis racquets were not provided. The condo is on a busy street, so it is a little loud when sitting on the deck. It was easy to walk to the beach and watch the sun set. It was nice to be near Bridge Street. We took the free trolly to get around the Island. Overall a really nice vacation.

Great location. Well stocked. 2 floor walk up, no elevator. Nice pool and tennis court. Right across street from beach. Would recommend.

Owners were so easy to get ahold of. We were able to check in right when we got there since no one was there in front of us. Beautifully decorated. The beach was busy at times due to the condo being located by public beach access. We’d for sure return in the future!

This was a great vacation for our family of 4. The rooms were large and the condo is very well stocked - chairs, umbrellas, boggy board, and even balls for kids. The pool is perfect for a dip after the beach. You are also really close to a walk to ice cream places, mini golf and restaurants. It really couldn't get more convenient than this. The only negative is that it is near a big public beach area, so it could be crowded at peak times. We were mostly there on weekdays in the summer, so at times pretty private.

We spent great time and we loved the property. Very clean tidy and had everything we needed. Location was excellent.

Condo was much larger than the pictures showed! Location was incredible, 100 yards to the beach/Gulf and great views of the Gulf and Bay. We loved all the extras provided both in the kitchen and for the beach (towels, umbrellas, chairs). The kids loved the pool and hot tub right outside our window, 30 seconds from condo to pool! I especially loved all the hooks and places to hang towels and clothes. My only complaint was the beds were a little soft for my liking, but the extra queen futon in the 2nd bedroom was just right!

The unit was clean and comfortable. The owners included lots of extras from beach toys, beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking. Will definitely return!

We loved our stay! The condo is beautiful and fully supplied with everything you need for a great vacation. We really appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrellas to use! The beach is a few steps away. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

This condo was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. Although the climb up 2 stories was a bit of a challenge I highly recommend this rental. Contact person for check in was helpful and accommodating. Would return.

We went with our two small children my mom and her husband and it was perfect for everyone. There were amenities for all ages, the location was perfect and the condo was very clean and nicely decorated! Everything we needed was available at the condo it was a perfect setup for our family. The beach was across the street so everyone came and went as they pleased. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well kept and the bay in the backyard was beautiful. There was a lovely cross breeze from both bodies of water. Overall a very pleasant experience we hope to go again next year!

We have had the pleasure of visiting this condo for the past 10 years. It is a beautiful place, especially with the recent updates. It is seconds walking distance from the beach. Very close to many great restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing get away! We can't wait till our next stay!

This condo is lovely as is the area where located and where we will be spending our fourth winter break. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, post office, library and weekend farmers markets. The beach is directly across the street, fishing pier on Bay side in back. Pool and hot tub are so relaxing for us. The condo itself is well stocked with amenities: beach towels, bed linens, comfortable living room furniture, full size washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, TV in all rooms, beautiful sunsets. There is a free trolley bus that goes up and down the island which services we've used rather than driving. There's a covered garage for tenants. Also, the people in the adjoining condos were pleasant, many returning year after year. We absolutely love this place!!

I have stayed here twice; the first time with my girlfriends (we're 30-something moms), and another time with my mother and two young sons. I was extremely happy both times! The condo is beautiful! We found it to be plenty of space, everything you need and more, gorgeous furnishings and amazing views of both the ocean to the West and the bay to the East. There are two bedrooms; the master has a king and private bath. It's huge. The second bedroom has two beds (one queen and one double) and plenty of storage space. The condo complex is quiet and the pool/hot tub is wonderful - very clean and relaxing. The beach across the street is perfect: not too crowded and the water is shallow and clear. Booking/entry was easy - everything was above our expectations! I love the island. I've para-sailed, explored the island via a free trolley, enjoyed the ocean-side restaurants and the live music at night. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit. I will be back!
