We very much enjoyed our stay in San Diego. From the time
we made our reservation to check out the staff is amazing, responsive and helpful! The check in was perfect. The accommodations are wonderful and comfortable. Clean, updated and have every amenity you could wish for…extra towels, blankets, pack and plays if you have little ones, games, beach umbrellas and toys. The property is exceptionally well maintained. We have two rentals ourselves and are critical when it comes to this. The only thing we would change is a designated parking spot but in San Diego, not sure that is even possible. Thank you 😊. Will surely stay again.

Nice location for what we were looking to access - downtown, zoo, and Petco Field. House was well supplied and landscape kept yard and deck secluded from others but still able to view skyline.

This home was a great place for our family to stay! Clean and well organized. We will definitely be back to play some more Taboo, Yahtzee and Cornhole! Thank you for the great stay!

Great location to enjoy all of San Diego’s great attractions. It was nice to have a comfy home away from home. I liked playing in the back yard with my 3 year old granddaughter and making great food for the whole family. Thank you for all the attention to detail

Our stay was great. The cute house in a quiet neighborhood near the Gas Lamp district in San Diego worked perfectly for our needs. Allowed us to walk to the convention center and be close to the action.

Our family spent almost a week for a vaction in San Diego. The house was a perfect fit for us and we enjoyed the stay. My son loved the board games that were available. The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to the freeways.
The only negative was there a few dirty dishes but no biggie and we ran into a homeless man upon checkin going through the trash and recyclables.
I would recomend stay here to orher families.

We found the house had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Very clean. We took public transportation quite a bit, bus stops close by. Convenient location. Would stay here again if we returned to San Diego.

As host myself, I truly appreciated our stay at your place. While we enjoyed the overall experience, we found the location to be less than ideal due to the presence of homeless individuals in the neighborhood. This made walking to nearby stores or going for a quick coffee a bit unsettling.
I would It would be nice if that is mentioned in the listing description. Additionally, it would be helpful to inform guests in advance about the limited parking availability in the area. My daughter had to park several blocks away near a lot of homeless tents, which was challenging. The house itself was clean and nice just not in the best location.

The owner was communicative and helpful. The property was clean and a good value for the rate. The kitchen was well stocked, and the place was generally quite comfy.
The location is good for getting around. The neighborhood is what you'd expect for being near downtown. Parking on the street was hit or miss, with spots within 400 feet of the property being available most of the time. I had to park around the corner a couple of times.
In general - would recommend.

Great place for the family we were 8 mins from the base for family day and graduation and only 10 minutes from San Diego Zoo. Beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me since family did a lot of traveling. Kitchen has everything you need to make dinner. They also had alot of nice touches that made everything easy to figure out.

We absolutely loved this house and the hosts! The location was central to everything we did in San Diego—the zoo, whale watching, Balboa Park, a Padres game. We traveled no more than 10 minutes to all our destinations and were able to walk to Petco Park!
The house was cute, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were extremely reachable—sending out a text prior to arrival so we could easily communicate. And they provided many necessities in the house so we didn't have to go out and buy everything upon arrival—laundry detergent, dish detergent, and even coffee and creamer!
This was our first time traveling across country with our three boys and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect home away from home!

Loved this place! The only thing i would recommend is more counter space in the bathroom that includes the shower and ottoman(s) for the room with the TV.

The house is truly a Gem!
It has obviously been well taken care of and it was modern and updated inside and out. The back porch and lower yard were very enjoyable both in the daytime and at night. The view was everything it said it would be and more!
The neighborhood was quiet and safe! People are friendly and it is an active but not busy experience with several amenities with in walking distance.
I will look to stay here again in the future!

Very difficult to find on street parking. Lots of homeless in the neighborhood. Outside lights did not work - so scary to come home to dark house.

We loved staying in this sweet historical home! The home was well appointed with all the conveniences of home (coffee and snacks!), and was very clean. The historic neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Parking is street parking but we never had an issue finding a spot on one of the nearby streets. Owners were very communicative and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything.would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this house, from furniture to small details like a set of spices in the kitchen, is top quality and style. It goes above and beyond hosting for profit - there is a sense of love and care that i have only seen in houses where people actually live. It felt like staying at a dear friend or relative's place, who love their house and love having guests.

We were in town for an event at the convention center. The home was close enough to walk in the mornings, but take an Uber or Lyft during the night. Street parking, never had to park more than 2 blocks from the home. Super cute fences in back yard. Open concept home with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

There was a high chair, infant bathing tub, playpen bed, just what we needed for our grandson. Parking was on the street. It took a little effort to find overnight parking but we managed each night. We had to Uber to move around to the hotel areas by the waterfront as parking there was expensive. Overall a very nice stay.

The property and owner/management are great! The house was very clean and well furnished. The owner/manager was very responsive to texts. We were to checkout on the day tropical storm Hilary arrived and they were so kind to let us stay into the evening until time to catch our flight. They even offered to stay an extra night if our flight got canceled.
Home is super close to Gaslamp & Petco park and easy FWY access.
The only negative is the homelessness around the neighborhood.

The hosts for this listing were excellent. Very responsive and helpful. For example, arrival was easy except the door code hadn’t been changed yet so we couldn’t open the door. The host was super responsive though and the situation was resolved in minutes.
Interior of house was great. Backyard was perfect. There were four of us total and space felt very comfortable.
Location was about a 15-20 minute walk to Petco, though not through the greatest neighborhood.

This house was really an Urban oasis! This is a great house, very clean, nice furniture, new appliances and decorated cute. Also a nice fenced in front yard and back yard. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! Will definitely use again, if in San Diego.

The property was lovely. Very clean. Easy access to everything. Parking was a bit of a challenge but there was a lot going on in the area that weekend. Never had to park more than a few blocks away. Hosts were very attentive and quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It had everything we needed - bedding, towels (including beach towels) and even soap/shampoo/conditioner like at a hotel. I appreciated the tasteful decor, and the cleaniness of the home. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to cook in. The location of this home is great. It's right off the highway, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches etc. We were always able to find parking within the block, and sometimes right in front of the home. The property managers were attentive and available to answer questions, and they responded quickly when we realized the air mattress didn't work. Overall, I was so happy our family could stay here and we look forward to returning here!

The house is super cute, exactly as described in the listing. We didn't have a car - we walked or uber'd everywhere. It's about a mile from the main downtown/Gaslamp district, walking distance from the Convention Center, baseball stadium, the downtown waterfront, and all the Gaslamp restaurants and bars. A few blocks away there's homeless encampments on all the bridges but no one bothered us, they're just living there.
