The beach and all around town of Mexico City is wonderful. It small, quiet, not touristy at all! The beach itself is gorgeous! Good: The home wa spretty clean. They did supply the home with towels and supplies for the beach. It was bigger than expected and seemed to have enough games and such for rainy days. Not so Great: The host was very communicative in the beginning. That made me feel really good about booking here. What did frustrate me about the communication was the lack of knowledge given to us about things not working. The freezer did not keep things as cold as it should have. Our icecream never became frozen even after 6 days of being in there. The ice machine did not work. Then the microwave... I emailed her in a panic, not wanting to be blamed for the microwave and her response was she knew about it. The microwave was above the oven and when we opened the door of it, it flew open barely hanging on by a screw! It also never heated the food properly. We made a lot of meals at home to save money and this was super frustrating for left overs and making instant meals for the kids.

The cottage is beautiful and the perfect size for family of 7. It was clean and comfortable and would reserve again.

The space was perfect for our family. The up stairs was just right for all the kids. We love the pool, boat slip is a plus, and location to the beach is great!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Short walk to the beach and everything you could need in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi gave us some trouble but the homeowner was prompt in helping us get that fixed! Overall wonderful stay!

We loved the home. It was decorated nicely clean just like it was shown on line. Easy walk to beach! Owner responded promptly when I had a question or 2. Would definitely recommend and go back!

This was a great property, perfect for our family. The house was roomy and bright, and very comfortable. We had one small problem with the dishwasher, but the owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue. The beach was a short walk away. Sand was sugar white and the water was so clear. All beach items you could need were supplied by the host, wagon included. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to Mexico Beach.

Our family had wonderful week at your house. Best stocked kitchen, nice garage with plenty of beach equipment ( chairs, beach buggy, beach toys, crab nets, etc.), nice dock on canal out back for fishing and crabbing. Did not do as well in the surf as usual with only a couple of small flounder. Also best sleeping beds. Every thing as advertised and more. Loved the house, location, and beach. This house was great! Plenty of room and close to the gorgeous beach!

Went for scallops with a group of friends. Had a great time but wasn’t our day. The home is exactly as advertised and is very comfortable. The only negative this review will get is that for a group of guys on a football Saturday in the south, ESPN is a must and the Direct TV package at this home did not offer that. They did offer internet TV but on this weekend the internet was very hit and miss and streaming was not possible. Other than that great place to stay. Would definitely come back.

The house is unique having the canal to park a boat behind it and the beach across the street. Our kids loved the bunk room on the third floor. We love everything about our stay here!

The unit itself was very good. Amenities, appliances, TVs all great. The disappointment was mostly cleanliness and maintenance. Sand on floors under tables, couch,etc. Water control handle on master shower falling off. Common bathroom toilet minor leak. And the board walk to the pool was in poor shape. Rotten and Missing boards, protruding screws and nails. I made the kid’s walk around through drive way to get to the pool do to the danger.For the price I paid, I expected it to at least be clean

It was a great property. The Refrigerator had a fish smell and there were candy wrappers under the bed that made Me a little uneasy about the cleaning before check-in. But it was a well stocked unit and very Visitor Friendly with beach supplies.

Property was perfect for the family and excellent mix of everything you would want. Plenty of space, very clean, very updated. Beach was directly across the street with plenty of space to spread out and the beautiful beaches of the area. Pool was great option, never too crowded. Also could fish from the back dock for some fun. I did notice many of the other houses allowed access to the garage which would have been very usefull as this one was locked for trike storage. Also noticed many other houses had nice grills, this one had a tiny charcoal Webber. I know owner had a bad experience but just a heads up in case you like to grill like I do. The beach toys/chairs and cart provided were really great though. Mango Marleys and nearby shops were nice. Even grabbed a fishing charter that was a good time. Overall would stay again and had a solid week.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo at Mexico Beach! The location was perfect with just a short walk to the pool, the beach and dinner at Mango Marley's. We could not have asked for a better vacation!

Beautiful 4 bedroom home. 2 minute walk to the beach. Very kid friendly , tv in every room and nice decks off the front and back. Very quiet beach town. Cant say enough good things about this home and town. Cant wait to go back!!!
