Great place to explore San Clemente and gather with family

Home was perfect for our family. We loved the way the house was laid out perfect for those that want to sleep in and stay up later with spit living areas. Loved the cozy fire pit area for hanging out and hot tub area was really nice too. Really nice get away. Owner always responded fast to questions and gave great suggestions. It was a little hard to walk up hill to house after a long day at the beach but worth it.

The location was awesome for access to all so cal beaches. The owners welcomed us graciously. The house was super well stocked with all essentials. No need to bring anything. The beach equipment provided was amazing and the house was packed with games and musical instruments to keep the kids engaged. The tv and internet access was superb and we loved the front deck with the fire pit for evening family gatherings. I would return anytime. This was a wonderful staycation from our local home in lake forest to enjoy the beach with our kids and grandkids. Thank you Cassano you are tremendous hosts and we appreciate all you do to provide for an amazing family holiday.

We LOVED our stay at Villa Victoria!! The home was even more beautiful than the photos, and the space was fantastic - very spacious and comfortable, it felt so luxurious and relaxing! My family was thrilled with the home, and everyone in our group exclaimed multiple times throughout our stay that the very best decision of our entire trip was to stay at the Villa rather than a hotel - they said it made all the difference in the world! And the Cassanos were wonderful hosts - they were so easy and professional to work with, and they were always available and extremely helpful. We were so grateful for the thoughtful extras such as the awesome basket of snacks and a refrigerator stocked with treats awaiting us after an extremely long, late day of traveling when we arrived in town! (They even notified us after our stay that we had left behind a camera, and they shipped it back to us - so very kind!) This home included so many awesome extras such as a wonderful kitchen, multiple decks with lots of windows, a fire pit, grill and ping-pong table, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and wetsuits, that we were almost disappointed to be gone 90% of the time we were there! The location was fantastic, and we loved the quick walk down to the Pier and beach - such an absolutely gorgeous view as we walked down the street to go to the wonderful little restaurants along the Pier area! We were always just a short drive from so many wonderful destinations and activities, and there were so many super fun things we were dying to do right there in San Clemente but just couldn't fit in - we would love to go back again and stay at the Villa next year! Beautiful home with everything we needed, a fantastic location, lots of windows, great entertainment extras - what a terrific place!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Victoria and we plan to go back next year! The home is spacious with a lovely kitchen I enjoyed cooking in, and the large dining table accommodated our family perfectly. Plenty of thoughtful extras, such as a cabinet of family friendly games, magazines and books for leisure reading and an indoor and outdoor fireplace. We loved the ping pong table and also used the grill, and enjoyed gathering on the charming balconies to watch happenings on the street. Comfortable beds, including a sofa pullout gave everyone ample room to relax and enjoy a good night’s rest. The beach, dining and shops were a short, pleasant stroll away. Beautiful home, great location and very gracious property owners. We are looking forward to a return visit!
