The house fit everyone perfectly

The house was good size for us. It was extremely dark in the common area & bedrooms with small lamps. The kitchen was not very clean. I did express my concern to Vacasa and they did offer for Someone to clean it again but at that point it didn’t work for our schedule. I did have to contact them to get cleaning supplies but still wasn’t provided with what I needed. The hot tub could not have been cleaned properly prior to arrival as it was extremely murky and the blue chlorine bobber thing smelled like rotten eggs. The location of the house was great, they had plenty of bikes for everyone, the house DOES have AC even though we were told it didn’t which was a plus!

Did not like the 10:00 am check out.

We had a great time, and your property exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable furniture and beds, quiet safe location, clean and well stocked with the basics. Loved the Hot tub.

The only issue we all had was that we didn’t plan on the vacation to end so soon! What a great time at this beautiful home. Spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable with 6 adults and some littles running around. Bikes and helmets were an added bonus! The SHARC passes were plenty, the kids loved the amenities!

3 king sized beds and 4 bunk beds in another room, great bikes and nice place !

Two excellent and well-situated master suites that allowed privacy. The bunk bed room was perfect for the children. The kitchen was nicely supplied. The assortment of bikes was amazing. The hot tub and passes to the aquatic center were icing on the cake. Everything was perfect.

Great location and the house was very nice. Loved having 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms. We had a couple hiccups in the beginning of our trip and they were very fast and efficient at getting things resolved. Vacasa was amazing. First time using them and they were top notch! Highly recommend.

This home is located in a semi-private location at the end of a culdesac and offers an open living/dining floor plan. The fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of storage space for food. We enjoyed the hottub and back patio seating and utilized the BBQ grill when the weather was nice.

Very clean and a great layout for several families. We loved the large table so we could all eat together. Great selection of bikes. We will come again!

We had a great time with three families at this house. The layout was excellent for little kids and great to have three bathrooms. The bikes were awesome and a nice quick ride to Fort Rock Park. The only thing from the pictures we found different is that the deck/patio no longer has a railing around it. This is pretty insignificant but good to know if you have young kids. Overall loved our stay and would recommend!

We loved the location, my kids bikes all over the cul de sac and the trails in Sunriver. The resident neighbors were all really nice. The house had a great layout with three bedrooms on one side, and one on the other. The hot tub needed cleaning and it was fixed right away. This was the first Sunriver house we stayed at where all bikes were functional, well labeled and had helmets. There was also ample drawers and closet space, I hate living out of suitcases so it was great to unpack. We will stay here again for sure.

This is our second stay at 8 Filbert Ln. We love the proximity to the park and store. The 4 bedrooms worked great for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. The grandparents loved having their own master on one side of the house. The bikes are in good repair. There are plenty of small appliances to make cooking easy, including two coffee makers. We also enjoyed the SHARC passes.

We loved the house! It was perfect. Having the bicycles were so nice! My small issues were only two: I called ahead to Vacasa and asked if there was a blender in the house for margaritas and they said no, so I brought one with me and I asked if there was a Keurig machine and they said no, but there was one there. This is not a reflection on the house at all, but more just noone knowing the specifics of the house contents. It would never stop me from staying here again. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

Good property with plenty of space and activities for the whole family.

This house was perfect for 2 families of 5 each. I asked the property manager if the house had a crockpot. They responded with “no” but upon arrival there was actually 2! Would have been nice if the manager knew that so I didn’t have to bring mine from home. Despite this, this kitchen was very well stocked. Had a griddle, plenty of pots and pans, and 2 crockpots. They do need a few more coffee mugs. The refrigerator is tight. We stayed for 10 days and cooked all our meals at the house due to food allergies in our group. It was not possible to fit all our groceries in the fridge. We had to use our ice chest as well. Keep in mind we had food for 10 people for 10 days. The location is great. Right off the Main Street called “Beaver” and only a quick 1.5 miles into the Sunriver Village. They have tons of bikes! Even a 2 person bicycle! The house was very clean, and we would definitely stay here again.

This property is the perfect amount of coziness, in a great location. We had more space than we needed as there were only two of us, but it was a great getaway. The internet worked perfectly the entire time, which was great due to my work needs. The only thing I wish I would of known is how long it takes to heat a hot tub! That was me not knowing, but I didn’t have time to hot tub until the final night, when I went to check it out, it was 75 degrees. It took hours to get it up to temperature, so I wasn’t able to enjoy it as it was the last night. I know now for future. I would stay here again.

Kitchen is nicely equipped for preparing large meals! More food storage containers would be nice. Love the large dining room table for meals and playing games! Back yard is Very nice. Hot tub is great! Walking and bike paths are great too!

We enjoyed the layout of this home. High vaulted ceilings, all on one level, 2 master bedrooms with baths and a 3rd king. Would be great for 2 or 3 couples vacationing together. We had a great time!

We had a lovely time here for a quick weekend getaway with friends. The first night the hot tub shut off a few minutes into use, but a quick call to the sunriver office and they had someone out to fix it in a very timely manner. Overall great experience!

Our 3 familes, 9 in total, had a comfortable stay in this roomy single story 3 bedroom home. The home has a well stocked kitchen with everything from cookware to wine opener. I appreciated the sharp knives for prepping vegetables and cutting our thick steaks off the onsite propane bbq. Nice patio area shaded in the evening. Home was very clean and all in good working order. Plenty of bikes for adults and kids. Will return in the future.

We had multiple issues once we arrived and had to call Vacasa. They immediately sent out a manager to take care of us and unfortunately it wasn’t the only issue to come up throughout our week. We had a shower backup, ants, cable went out and the propane ran out. However, they took care of everything immediately and professionally while being very friendly. I’ve never stayed in a rental where some many things came up but Vacasa took care of all the issues. Our group really enjoyed the house and especially dealing with the entire staff from Vacasa.

We have stayed in many properties during our trips to Sunriver and this home was one of the best we have stayed in. Very clean and the accommodations were great! Definitely keeping this on on our list for future stays. The only thing we noticed is that someone had been smoking and left several cigarette butts on the front porch. Maybe the cleaning people? Otherwise very wonderful!

We had an amazing time! The house is absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need and the beds are all wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay in this family friendly house! The king size beds were very comfortable and the kids liked the bunk beds! The hot tub was a nice feature as well! The carpet was nice and clean as well as the main parts of the house. The only thing that We could find to complain about was that there were crumbs and garbage under the furniture and in the pantry closet. Other than that, this house fit our family of 7 very nicely!

Lovely, well cared for home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, the well-stocked kitchen (tons of spices, olive oil, etc), and bless this owner for providing a food processor. SHARC passes, as always, are mandatory for us when choosing a home in Sunriver.

The minor nits our group would pick are the softness of a couple of the beds, and the fact that the living room entertainment system (TV + Cable box + Roku + Soundbar) creates an odd zoom effect which cuts off the edges of the broadcast. For us, staying over the christmas/new year period, this meant we could watch football in HD, but couldn't see the time and down... An odd experience indeed to watch a close game without a view of the play and game clocks. (And our group includes a couple of tech folks and an a/v geek, so i'm confident it's not a settings issue)

Overall, we'd definitely stay again.

This home was well stocked, great layout, king beds in the 3 rooms, and this is always a fun location.

Loved this particular property. Great floor plan for three families. Well stocked and nicely furnished.

We needed a one level home with a safe fireplace area for our young granddaughter and this home was everything we hoped it would be after looking at the photos. The location is great and the hot tub nice and private. It was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic home with nice amenities. There were ten different bikes to use. Nice to look out the back window to watch a family of deer pass by.
