Awesome house. Plenty of room. Right next to the tram stop.

The location, and house were very good. We went there to vacation not to clean. The appliances were dirty, mold in the shower and hair balls on the bathroom floor. We did call house keeping and they came back and cleaned. It should be clean the first time. I never write poor reviews. I don’t feel it’s right to pay a lot of money and come into a place that hasn’t been cleaned properly. We pay a lot to have it clean. The space in the house was nice and the bed were comfortable.

We had our entire family of 6 plus several teenage friends. The property was excellent, plenty of room, and the amenities were great for a larger group, you could dine in without feeling your were on top of people and separate yourselves to different areas of the house. the neighborhood has a lot of facilities and even the tram service to the beach was a nice surprise.

This house was perfect for our group. We had several adults that needed separate rooms and the layout was awesome. Property is located in the back of the neighborhood and has a great view off the back porch. Well maintained and clean. We liked it so much we’re booking it again!

Carson made this vacation a success from the time we booked it until the time we left. This property and it’s owner will not disappoint if you have a large group of people and want to maintain your own privacy. The property supplied all the necessary things to make this stay comfortable. We will definitely return next year for the thunder rally.

Great stay. Understand this is property is under new ownership/management and is undergoing some changes, that were not major issues for us, and expect they will be addressed shortly. Icemaker stopped working, Cable TV only worked in main living room (cable co called to come fix but could not come until after our lease ended). Friendly support staff was responsive and helpful

Our three generational family of 12 enjoyed our stay at “Footprints in the Sand”. The community pool was wonderful as well as the beach. If you go mid to late afternoon, you can usually find lounges at the pool and a spot near the water at the beach using our own chairs. Having the large table in the open dining area accommodated all of us for meals and playing card games. The house was very comfortable for all of us, especially the beds. TV and WiFi worked great. Plenty of towels were supplied, but bring your own beach towels and chairs if you’re not planning to rent them at the beach. Extra soap and toilet paper was needed, but the supermarkets are only 3-4 miles away. We thought check-in time 6:00-6:30 was rather late, since most of our party arrived at Seacrest Beach by mid afternoon.

The house was great other than a few minor issues with the televisions in the game room and on the third floor and the air conditioning in the bedrooms on the 3rd floor and the room on the second floor not getting really cold so it was a little hard to sleep at night.

This home is perfect for a large group. The layout is very functional, and everyone has their own space. Great for families with kids as well. A few minor maintenance issues, and it needed a deep cleaning, however, I would stay here again based on the home providing the space we needed in a fantastic location.

We had a wonderful time here. It’s in a great location with an awesome pool/lagoon and close access to the beach, shops and dining! The house has everything you could need and fits so many people. Highly recommend!

The house was roomy for a large family and we loved the tram stop right outside. The carriage house had lots of problems with fuses blowing and the door lock. I would recommend a keurig in addition to the coffee pot. Also a Schlage lock instead of two keys. Also balcony doors need a rod to lock one of the double doors - very unsafe for kids when it would just open too easily. Also could not find compactor bags so recommend a trash can in the kitchen to hold 13 gallon bags. Loved convenience to pool and shops and all the king beds. Also instructions on three way locks on doors - never stayed anywhere with these. Thank you for a great week

We had 8 adults and 3 children under the age of two. This home was spacious enough that everyone wasn't on top of each other. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will be back.

This property was in a great location. House needs a little tlc but other than that it was awesome!!!

Overall house was okay. Needs to be cleaned better prior to next guests coming in...the kitchen was filthy. Back deck/s were not usable due to broken boards on 2 levels. Needs to have a Keurig...who doesn't have one these days?!

Relaxing at Footprints in the Sand was a cherished experience. My entire family, 15 of us, was able to relax comfortably in this beautiful and spacious home. Plenty of beds, restrooms, tv’s, toys for the children, and porches to accommodate us all. Cook inside, grill outside, or eat out. Enjoy the pool or the beach, strolls on the walking trails, or have a refreshing bicycle ride. All is available. Memories were made that we’ll always remember whether its watching some of our little ones learning to ride a bike or enjoying a walk at sunset on the beach. Our experience was one we will treasure for years.

This house was incredible! It had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked with dishes, bedding, toys... great for families with a lot of children. The space was perfect, there were 10 of us and weren’t lacking for space at all! I would highly recommend booking this property and would definitely return ! Location was also great, easy to get to several restaurants that were walking distance.
