Great weekend getaway staying on the Current River with no phone service or Wi-Fi. The 3 bedroom, spacious country cabin has a fully stocked kitchen. The large deck overlooking the river was shaded and comfortable for our group to play cards and listen to music. We drove our truck to the rocky river bank for 2 full days of fun in the sun. Bruce and Sheri are wonderful hosts who personally welcomed us. Bring all that you need to the cabin for your stay because the trip to town isn’t worth missing time at this beautiful location.

This cabin was perfect for us. We have a large family and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space-the kids loved the huge loft area. It is stocked with just about anything you could possibly need. Bruce and Sherri were very welcoming and informative. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

This beautiful property is nestled in the forest on the crystal clear current river. Perfect for a family getaway. Our family was needing a re-bond. We had an amazing weekend together. Three days and we were closer than we’ve been in years. I recommend this for family getaways.

We had a single Mom's getaway weekend and this house was perfect for us! They had 3 private bedrooms and 3 beds in the loft area so plenty of space and we all had our own bed. Such a beautiful location! We sat on the huge deck and enjoyed the view!! Their kitchen had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything was perfect, they had more stuff to accommodate than we could imagine! Next time our packing list will be much smaller 😁 we can’t wait to come back! Perfect for all ages!

This is one of the most beautiful VRBOs I have ever stayed in. The host out some of the nicest and informal people I have interacted with as well. The Stewart’s have everything you will need for a great weekend and more!

We loved our stay and enjoyed our time on the water. Very peaceful. enjoyed the wildlife (especially the coon fights), mistletoe in the trees and of course one of the prettiest rivers in the country. no Walleyes but did catch some smally's. Owners were great and made us feel at home.

Bruce and Sheri's cabin was everything we wanted and so much more. We didn't have phone service the whole weekend and it was amazing. The air was clean, the river was beautiful, and we were able to see the stars at night. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful weekend! The cabin was just as expected-beautiful, and stocked well. Our group had 8 people-adults and kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone to have there own space, The river is just close enough to hang out at and the view from the porch was beautiful! We filled the humming bird feeders and they came-so many! It really was a great weekend-Thank you!!

My family has been very conservative in staying at home since the pandemic began. I booked our trip before covid was a thing and became very nervous about going. After talking to Sheri, she made me feel very comfortable with how she cleaned everything. And it was VERY CLEAN! And so beautiful!! Our four kids were over the moon excited about the AMAZING loft space! The bedrooms are so cute and the kitchen was extremely well stocked and so big! I cooked every meal and it felt like being at home. Communicating with Sheri beforehand was so easy and helpful. Upon arrival, Bruce met us and showed us down to the cabin where Sheri was waiting. They were so kind and showed us the ins and outs. The river and sandbar is right there and we had so much fun playing in it! We loved our stay and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their beautiful cabin in the woods to everyone!

This cabin was everything and more than we could ask for. Economical, family oriented, not only very clean but also well stocked. I would recommend this property.

We were two families (4 adults 4 children) who wanted a cabin on the river and this cabin was perfect for us. The cabin was just as advertised and more. They have everything you might need plus more. The kitchen had everything including condiments, spices, oils, and even a crock pot. There were floats to use on the river and an air compressor to blow them up. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each couple had their own room, our friends daughter used the third room, and we put the 3 boys in the loft which they just loved. The back deck was perfect for relaxing on and enjoying the view of river. We spent a whole day just playing on the gravel bar on the river which is a short walk from the cabin. Bruce and Sheri were very easy to deal with and great hosts. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to enjoy a place which is a little remote and off the beaten path. There is no cell service or wifi (as advertised) which was perfect for us. We would all go back in a heartbeat.

We planned a girls weekend in this cabin and it was amazing!! They pretty much have everything you need. The area was nice and great river access and gravel bar. Owners are super nice and made the process very easy. We will for sure be coming back :)

Enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the fact we couldn’t get any service so we had no music to listen to. Every trip needs music!

The cabin is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. The weather was perfect and the current river is clear and tube, kayak and raft rentals are near by. We would definitely stay again!!

Great stat plenty of room

One just can't take in enough of this peace and privacy. It's the kind of place that makes you want to close your eyes and take a long deep breath. Surrounded by hills and deep forest on 3 sides, the gentle rolling river will make you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cabin is perfect. It's clean, cozy and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. The owners are not only welcoming, but very informative of the area as well. The only negative of this place is that our stay didn't last near long enough. I would not hesitate to book with them again. Two big thumbs up!
