It was exactly what we expected from the pictures. The beds were super comfortable. I really liked that it was a simple place, not a lot of ornaments (nothing to break lol), great location, excellent view, and the kitchen utensils, glassware etc were spotless and I didn't need to clean everything first before use. It's the little things that matter. I can't fault it really.

Quiet position close location to central shops petrol station n Fishing Co Op Otways n Beach/Ocean clean surroundings fresh air Wa La.The home is spacious provided with complete needs beds are comfy hot water TVs in every bedroom n open plan lounge linen provided n extra blankets elec blankets for choice The reverse cycle air con was super cool n warm on rainy change of weather.Views of the Ocean beautiful .The home is light inside n gave good privacy with the blinds.The deck was a morning breaky break wonderful to start the day . Queen beds very uncomfortable, too firm. Remote controls for tvs in all three bedrooms didn't have batteries. Some supplies missing including bin bags and chux to wipe the kitchen bench. Place is more run down than we expected, towel rail in bathroom fell off the wall and toilet door handle came off.

The property was in a great location and well resourced as far as kitchen supplies go. The main bed was very comfortable however the second bed opposite was not so comfortable. Unfortunately the split system wasn't working. There were panel heaters in the bedrooms which we took to the living area to use which were ok. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped holiday home. The bath was perfect for soothing sore muscles from the Trek.

We had a great time, heater worked really well and the kitchen had a good supply of dishes, utensils & appliances. Because we had to turn everything on when we arrived there was no hot water until Saturday morning & we had to use the gravel driveway because the other one had a 6 inch drop from the crossover. But otherwise a wonderful weekend.

A well fitted out property with very comfortable beds and hot showers. The little extras -coffee/ soap / shampoo/detergents etc made for a comfortable stay. On the outskirts of town so not really walking distance.

Great stay but the bed in the room with the en-suite was terrible. It was extremely uncomfortable, rock hard. Also the bunk bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise love it. Please do something about the mattress as we want to return. Wendy

The property is very comfortable with a large number of bedrooms. It is very good value for money.

Very clean, close to beach and plenty of space - easily have 2 families of 4 with no hassle

The location was quiet and peaceful with great views, yet was within easy walking distance from the beach and Apollo Bay central. The property was quite spacious and very well appointed and kept in excellent condition. Overall the property made for a very relaxing time.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we had another great stay. We enjoyed - lots of space to spread out including the huge couch & large dining table - nice view of sea from the house and deck - eating al fresco on the deck - walking distance to beach (a bit under 10m) and town (probably closer to 15m) - David was very accomodating and responsive to all messages and Covid uncertainty. He has also recently purchased an outdoor table so that guests can enjoy sitting out on the deck which has a lovely aspect - we think the house is great value for its proximity to town/beach, amenities etc, although some people may prefer to be slightly closer to the town. We would stay here :) Note: while some coffee pods are provided if you are staying a long time or like lots of coffee, bring some extra Aldi ones w you as we couldn’t get replacement ones that fit in town at the Foodworks

Property exactly as described. Very easy walk to beach and shops. Property is perfect for couples and families. Property is on stilts, however there is a gate to close off the stairs making it safe for small children. Plenty of crockery and cutlery which is great and a dishwasher to wash them! Will definately book another stay

We have been coming to Apollo Bay for many years staying in various places, first time at David's house and it was by far the nicest! First impression was how clean it was and how inviting. It was well appointed with a great kitchen,very comfortable huge lounge,comfortable bed and I just loved the bright decor.I really cannot fault this place. Great location also.

We enjoyed our visit, the house living area and kitchen were generous in size. The TV is huge with large lounges to sprawl out on Bed was comfortable and we were able to do some washing- unlike most places we have stayed in

Came over from WA. Fantastic place to stay, very clean, comfortable, great location close to town. We were able to totally relax for our 3 days between events in the area. Cannot fault this place, we will make it a regular stop for us in the future. Owner very helpful.
