First of all, the smooth process of checking in and out without even meeting the host. This is something that needs to be pointed out. The location of the apartment close to the underground as well as close to the main sightseeings. The apartment has everything that a traveller might need.

There was the road maintenance near the apartment building. It doesn't have direct influence but makes the way from/to the apartment a little bit longer. I hope that it will end soon as we would love to come back in the summer to spend some time in Tbilisi again.

We loved our stay here. In fact, we ended up booking an extra two nights because we didn't want to leave. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious. The wifi is strong and the entire apartment is clean. Would stay here again.

A lot of space, nice Wi-Fi. It is a good place for a big company.

It was a little bit cold there. Also, there was not enough kitchen essentials (there were basic ones, but it may net enough for a long trip).

We love the apartment because - (1) all 3 rooms with a big bed, tv, and a sofa, and a clean toilet and bath; (2) it has a big terrace which all 3 rooms can access through the big glass door; (3) a good view of Tbilisi and lake from the terrace; (4) the security access to the gate and elevator is noteworthy. We will surely stay in the same apartment when we go back to Georgia.

Its located in the center of the city easy access to basic needs such us grocery, exchange and resto, just a little struggle with entering the unit, as the instruction guide is a little confusing, but so far everything is perfect!

Everything was awesome. Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in each room. Perfect for a family of 6. The balcony is huge and it can be accessed from all bedrooms. The host was amazing, she allowed me to check-in 3 hours earlier than we had agreed. I strongly recommend it.

Modern Avlabari is by far the best apartment we have ever booked (not only in Georgia). It's so spacious it fitted our family of 8 with ease. We liked that each room has its own bathroom. There are all amenities you could possibly need, including a washing machine which is so useful during long vacation. The check in/out process was straightforward and the apartment itself immaculate. We loved the balcony, it's enormous with superb view. The apartment location suited us very well. It's at a walking distance from metro station (which unfortunately didn't function due to covid). Last but not least, the contact with the owner was excellent, thank you.

Not in the center, but the place is very nice and cozy, supermarket is near behind, underground station in 5 minutes of a walk. In apartments you can find detailed information about everything you need as a guest. Pleasant owner to communicate and solve any inquiries immediately. Thank you for our time in Tbilisi!

The studio has all important facilities. Communication is fast.

Some parts didn't work well, but staff quickly fixed it.

We really liked this place! If you are an introvert or really care about your health now during Covid - it’s perfect place, you don’t need to contact with landlord :) Everything is modern. There are an air conditioner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. And a nice balcony!
