Debra is a gracious host with a wonderful property. The view of the beach is spectacular and property is better than the pictures. Our group had a great time!

Situated on the beach for easy access. The sunrise in the morning over the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. Beds comfortable. Water pressure was amazing. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Easy and beautiful drive to Galveston when you feel like a night on the town. Owner/Manager easy to contact and answered any questions we had. We had a couple hiccups like ants inside getting on all our food, mosquitoes were the worse downstairs under house, they will carry you away, water was a yellow/brown the entire stay. Even with those hiccups we enjoyed our stay overall.

Excellent communications and very nice beach house. Worked perfectly for 7 adults with plenty of space. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Surfside!

House is older but updated. Cute decoration, comfy beds. Especially loved the large dining table where all 8 of us could eat our meals together, and the game table for small groups. Location on beacg is excellent!

With the exception of a cork screw this rental has all the utensils needed and more. Bought one David, it’s in the far right drawer. 2. The location of this rental is perfect. You are literally steps from the beach. 3. There is Plenty of room under the house with three picnic benches and room for games should it decide to rain. Plenty of places for hammocks too!!! 4. Minutes (like two) from Restaurants . 5. Lots of water pressure for showers (my favorite). Nothing worse than getting under a dripping shower!! 6. Spacious deck to view the ocean and beach. You get the sunrise every morning out both back bedrooms!! 7. Nice tv when you want to watch a movie. 8. Linens and towels were very nice and we felt like we were at home. 9. Owners communicated very well and made us feel at home. 10. Surfside Police patrol beach. One came by every hour like clock work. Very safe for families. 11. Camp fires and metal detecting allowed on beach. You can burn the driftwood but it was wet so maybe bring some of your own. 12. A great new bar b que grill. Perfect size!! Best rental we have had in years!!

Perfect place! Perfect location!

We had a great time at this rental. The linens were all taken care of, the beach is super close and the beds are comfortable. Kids loved it too!

We had a blast at this beach house. It's decorated so cute, and is quite spacious. Even with 13 of us staying there, nobody felt cramped. The front deck is in the shade during the evenings and absolutely great for hanging out enjoying the view. If it's too hot, you can even sit inside and have a great view from the comfort of a/c! The short private walk down to the beach was the best part. The convenience of being able to walk back and forth as often as needed (no loading up coolers, kids, and sand in your vehicle, or hunting for bathrooms) is worth more than money can buy! Definitely would recommend.
