Arriving to the condo we found ample unassigned parking. There are carts/trolleys near two elevators which we loaded all our luggage and a week's worth of groceries all in one shot. The elevators were operational but did appear to still be under some renovation. My wife and I spent 7 wonderful nights in this condo. We found it to be perfect for the two of us. Check-in was very easy with the information the owners provided. The Inside was clean and well stocked. The bedroom area is separated by a corrugated canvas "wall" that pulls across half way. It doesn't close off the bedroom completely but does provide some privacy from the rest of the unit. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of bedding with more bedding in a chest near the foot of the bed. The bathroom was clean, well lit, good water pressure, and drawers for your toiletries. There is a full size tub with curtain. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, dinnerware, and includes a dishwasher. It also includes a toaster, Keurig, and a drawer full of utensils. The balcony is offset to the beach but there is still a beautiful view of the beach, pool, grounds, and surrounding area. We could hear and see the waves but there is vegetation growing on the beach that limits some of your view. Just an observation. The pool was great with lots of chairs and warm, clean water. There is construction on the grounds during the day but found it minimal. Some noise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Sadly FMB is still in the works of coming back and not alot of activity or shopping available.

We were looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect. Nice beach walks and great sunsets. The condo was very clean and the owners are wonderful!

Property was as anticipated. Enjoyed the month on beach. Only disappointments were that we were not able to reserve for next year. And need screens on the sliding door and windows to have them open to enjoy fresh air.

Even though there were some repairs being done exteriorly & the pool was not open yet we had a lovely time. The condo was well equipped & clean & a beautiful view from our balcony. The location was good & enjoyed the Henry Ford Edison museum nearby. We definitely would stay here again! The owner was very responsive to any of our inquiries.

This was a great location and stay for our spring break. Regardless of the rebuilding from Hurricane Ian, the place was well kept and a great quiet place to relax for the week. We'd certainly return again.

Such a great property! Spent our Honeymoom here and it was perfect for the 2 of us! Super clean, stocked nicely, up to date, great views! Lots of wildlife to watch; Dolphins, lots of birds, and the bunnieswerr adorable!! Already reccomended to a few people!

We really enjoyed the condo, it was clean, convenient access to groceries, restaurants and specialty shops. The beach was nice and private. The only downfall was the security guard, he told us to turn off the balcony lights and to make sure our shade that overlooked the ocean were drawn. Just thought that was a little much. But everything else was great. Hope to be back soon.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in this EBTC condo! It started with awesome communication from the owner prior to our arrival providing any information we would possibly need to stay here. The condo was super clean when we arrived. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The king size bed is very comfortable. The shower water pressure is great which is a big deal to us. There are several restaurants and gift shops right across the street in a shopping plaza. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The grounds are extremely clean and I enjoyed taking long walks on the sidewalks in the morning. Although we had a rental car, we felt one was not necessary since everything we needed for the week was within walking distance.

Second time staying at your condo and first time away from our daughter for vacation and we had a wonderful time! The condo is clean, well stocked with all the beach essentials and right across the street from the beach. We’ll be back to your beautiful condo!

Not a crowded area, 4 or 5 restaurants right across the street. The condo had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was great. Grocery store within a mile.

I have stayed in Ft Myers several times and this location has been the best. It’s close enough to everything but not crowded and much less traffic. It’s located right on the beach. It was a perfect size for me and my 2 daughters. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, anything you need it’s there. Owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Quiet stay on the beach. Small strip mall across the condo and restaurants down the beach. Easy drive to downtown Fort Myers. Great river district. Our condo was great. ( building A 603)Beautiful views and the condo had EVERYTHING! Incredibly comfortable and the balcony was perfect. Only issue I can think of : Maybe think of safety bar in bathtub. My 72 yr old Mom needed a little bit of support I wholeheartedly would recommend this condo to anyone!!!!

We went to Ft Myers Beach to spend time with our son and family who we. Hadn't seen much during covid. This unit was 5 minutes from them and unit was amazing sixth floor, great ocean view and super clean and well stocked. Not super fancy but well worth renting

This condo is all that is pictured and more! The owners have thought of every detail in having a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is beautifully decorated and the location is awesome. There are wonderful shops and restaurants right across the street when we took a break from relaxing on the beach. Highly recommend!

This condo has everything you need & more! The location was great! It was clean, beautifully decorated, & the view was amazing. The owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. On the semi-private beach we made great use of the beach bag, towels, chairs, & umbrella they provided. The pool had plenty of seating to chillax. The kitchen had a blender perfect for making strawberry coladas to sip on the balcony while we watched the sunset. The owners contacted us with details & gave us a number where they could be reached for any questions. Would book this condo again in a hearbeat!!

Host was quick to respond. Condo was very cozy with beach theme. Air conditioning worked great. Nice pool with private beach access. People at the property were all very nice. Very quiet community, 10 minutes from the hustle & bustle of Fort Myers Square. If we're in this area again we'll definitely stay here.

This was a great condo right on the beach. It is small but was perfect for the two of us. The pictures area accurate and it is very nicely decorated. You do have a gulf view and the sunsets are amazing! It has a second portable A/C unit in the bedroom if needed for the summer heat. The unit is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The complex is very well maintained and is super clean. Location to the south of the island is quieter and there is a nice shopping center across the street with restaurants and shopping. The owners were great to deal with. Responses were fast and they just seemed like nice people. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Condo was wonderful. Can see sunrise, sunset from balcony. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Condo was just like pictures. Can't wait to get back.

This property was amazing - it was decorated like walking onto an HGTV location; the owners shared beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and cooler to use; the balcony gave direct ocean front views with spectacular sunsets and the building was completely secure with a coded door to even enter the building. The complex was superbly manicured and there were some great restaurants directly across the street. I would not hesitate to rent 603A in the future & hope to be back soon!
