We love Paula’s place! It’s so spacious and has everything we need, also it is just steps to the bay beach, has a lovely outdoor space, etc. It is in a quiet area and it’s an easy walk downtown.

This is our second time staying at this property. It's lovely! Very quiet, clean and comfortable, with an included parking spot! Everything one needs in the the well equipped kitchen. Out door patio with grill (we didn't use). Walking distance to everything. We hope to return again soon!

We just spent 4 nights in Paula’s two floor condo. The outdoor table with umbrella and lush landscaping greeted us as we walked around from the reserved parking space. The two entrance door locks were user friendly. Paula made sure to communicate with us before our visit to clarify any questions we had. There was a lovely bottle of white wine waiting for us.
Every inch of the 1000 foot condo was spotless. Any supply you might need was provided, including laundry detergent, beach chairs and even a beach bag. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked great. It felt very private.
It is located on the quiet East End Art District and is a 15 minute walk to the main wharf and Pilgrim Monument with many restaurants along the way. Paula was always available to contact if needed.

Nice location on the east end with a cute little deck & patio. We had fun coming and going. Air circulation isn’t great so there’s a mildew smell lurking in corners, closets, etc. The place is thoroughly cleaned, which keeps any mildew in check but people with allergies might be uncomfortable.

Can’t wait to go back!
What a perfect place to stay! The condo is comfortable, beautifully decorated and has everything you need! Quiet gallery district location just steps away from the bay. Paula was excellent to work with and even takes the time to call all of her renters before their stay.
Having the second bathroom, two outside areas and a washer and dryer really makes this condo stand out. We will definitely be back!

Not our favorite place
This apartment has two floors.
The first floor located on the ground level and has
musty smell in the bedroom coming from the walls.
The second floor level has height restrictions so if you higher then 5'11 you may have a problem.
Apartment has dedicated parking with very limited space, so if you have minivan or midsize SUV or larger
then you need at least two people to help with parking otherwise you may damage your car. On a positive note the apartment is clean and very well equipped with anything.

Location and clever space design
Great spaces, indoor and outdoor, from gazing at the water from the upper deck with a coffee in the morning to playing canasta or watching a movie in the evening. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen, cozy furniture.

Perfection!
My family and I could not have asked for a more perfect home to spend our week in Provincetown. The location was spot-on for hopping over to the beach or strolling down the street to galleries and restaurants. Not to mention the cute playground across the street and East End Market a stone’s throw away. The home’s immaculate grounds and the unit’s private yard set the stage for the dreamy interior. Cozy, comfortable, and clean! It was everything we needed to feel truly relaxed. And the owner, Paula, was excellent with communication. We hope to book this treasure next summer!

Don't think twice.. just book!
We absolutely loved our stay at Paula's home. The house is as pictured and then some more. Spotless clean (we are OCD with cleanliness) and has all the amenities that you can think of. We especially liked the modern decor in the house. The location is great, walkable to all restaurants and great beach access as well.
Paula is a great host, super responsive and thoughtful (we had a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival). She also called us in advance about a fault switch in the bathroom which was nice.
This was our first time venturing out of the house since the pandemic started and we totally felt safe and will absolutely return!

Sweet coastal getaway from the city
The property was quaint, clean, and perfect for a cape cod getaway with the girls! Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and beach gear! Paula was also extremely communicative! Would recommend.

A lovely person to talk too, Paula said check in would be seamless, the property spotless and every amenity we needed was here at our disposal. Yes, yes and yes!! Check in was just as smooth as she said. The place is gorgeous, cozy and comfy. Not a single appointment missed. It felt like home and the energy here is so positive and peaceful. The beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby! We went to the beach with the beach chairs provided. Cooked all meals in and didn’t have a single need! I would highly recommend. A gem in the east end, quiet, perfect peace.

A true sanctuary
Paula's condo is just lovely. We vacation in Ptown on a annual basis. This is the first year we have used VRBO. It was private, with a water view and onsite parking with all the amenities we needed. And, many we didn't use. For instance, we always bring our own beach chairs, even though she provided them. We are seasoned travelers and like a certain amount of comfort at this point in life. Suffice it to say, this checked the boxes. We hope to return next year!

The perfect escape
Paula’s place was perfect for us. We have stayed in numerous places in PTown, and while we’ve been happy with all of them, Paula’s place provided some amenities that became particularly important to us through the years, such as: parking, bike racks, a village location within walking distance of everything but far enough away to have quiet nights, a washer/dryer, full cooking kitchen and a sunny, airy space. Everything in the apartment worked really well, including water pressure, the appliances, TV, comfy bed, etc. Bonus: water view from the 2nd story, beach across the street and lovely private yard with a grill and umbrella table. Paula was very responsive and easily reachable. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Get-a-Way
The home was perfect for our week long vacation in PTown (wish we could have stayed for the month)! We Celebrated my wife's 50th Birthday! I loved the bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. AMAZING!
I would come here again in a heartbeat. The home is beautiful (even better than the pictures), the location is awesome, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are luxurious, and Paula is extremely responsive. The patio area is truly private and lovely. My toddler daughter especially enjoyed running in the extremely well manicured garden and smelling the hydrangeas. I especially enjoyed reading the house copy of LANDS END by Michael Cunningham. My mom especially enjoyed the 90 second walk to the beach! Thanks for a great stay, Paula!

Amazing beach escape
We can’t wait to rent here again. We loved this cozy beach escape. We grilled and enjoyed the patio, as well as lounged inside doing puzzles and games. Paula was helpful and lovely. Even fresh hydrangeas from the yard for our dining table when we arrived.
Definitely a perk to be able to use the house’s beach equipment.
We loved being in walking distance to everything in town.

Perfect getaway lodging in a beautiful location
When my family of 4 had to cancel our visit to Hawaii because of Coronavirus concerns, we looked instead to a more local site and decided to visit Provincetown. Considering all our choices, we settled on this attractive 2 bedroom condo because of its proximity to the center of town and more importantly a beach. We were not disappointed.
The condo was easy to find, parking was convenient, the owner answered all of our questions, check in was easy and the condo was spotless upon our arrival. We immediately felt welcome and started to relax.
Everything was just the right size for our family to enjoy our vacation together, or to find alone time. We played video games and watched movies in the cozy living area, cooked together in the well apointed kitchen or alone in the brand-new grill, sat in the beautiful garden, walked across the street to the small beach, rode our bikes in the Provinceland trails, or just walked into town and enjoyed the nearby restaurants (most were open with outdoor and some with indoor seating).
For those considering a spontaneous, last minute vacation as we did, I encourage you to consider Provincetown, and more importantly this property.

Old-World Charm with modern amenities & privacy.
This property is indeed one of a kind and it really took my breath away! This is a condo but it actually feels like you are staying in a private house. The main entrance to the property is simply magnificent with meticulously landscaped grounds. The condo is extremely comfortable. I have to emphasize that this feels very much like a home and not a vacation rental. Great attention to detail was put to work here. My favorite highlights were the huge master bath with spa-like shower, the private deck with a breathtaking water view, incredibly comfortable mattress, great tv, exotic flowers, ambient lighting and gorgeous patio. We also had our own private entrance which gave this place a very exclusive feel to it. The location is pristine and super convenient. Did I mention that there is a real parking space as well. Many of these things are rare finds in Provincetown. I can hardly wait to plan another trip. Paula, our host was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. What a GEM!

Excellent PTown accommodation
We really loved this stylish apartment. Lots of space, great location, a private bathroom in each bedroom, and a great kitchen. And being a 10 minute walk to the core was perfect for being able to escape and relax. We loved it all.

Charming condo on the east end. Very responsive host
Nice property with a private patio, and small deck with ocean view. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Easy walk to the gallery district. A bit farther walk to the west end bars if that’s your scene. The side street has delivery trucks going by, so I would recommend closing the windows before going to bed.
Paula was super nice and responsive. We had issue with the AC unit on the second floor and her regular handyman was out of town. She went through a lot of trouble and found someone to come and fixed it as soon as she could.

We've stayed in Provincetown many times and this was the best property by far! Beyond expectations!
This was such an easy process and Paula is amazing, she even arranged for our schedule which was beyond our expectations. The property is amazing, convenient while maintaining an appeal to the most discerning eye. We were close enough to the town center without being overwhelmed by it and the location to the beach access was literally less than a minute away. It was a short walk to the East End Market and Angel Foods. The area was quiet when we needed it and exciting wanted it. I highly recommend this property, there were zero negatives, just perfect!

Fabulous two level property in east end
Paula was gracious and organized . The property was clean and newly done . We had everything we needed were only a short walk to town . The privacy of beds on separate levels was nice and the outdoor space is lovely . Would highly recommend it

Perfect Stay for July 4th
Paula was so great to work with, she was very communicative and accommodating. The house was just far enough away to be out of the fray, but close enough that we could be in town in just a few short minutes. Being on the parade route really made our trip special, as we simply had to step out onto the front lawn to have front row seats.
