My wife fell ill on the day we checked in and was unable to leave the room for the first two days. I want to express my gratitude to Denise from customer relations for her exceptional assistance. Thanks to her, the hotel management kindly upgraded our room without any additional charges, and they consistently checked in with us during the recovery period.

Booking restaurants was not always easy...

This hotel is beautiful, we stayed here for 6 nights and didn't want to leave. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, from the moment we arrived they helped get us checked in and took our bags to our room. Denise showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked, which was really nice. The food really is something that this hotel does well (especially for an All Inclusive) namely the Meze lunch bar which we couldn't believe was included in the all inclusive 😍 great cocktail menu, recommend the Hugo!! Hopefully we'll return again!

It is a very beautiful hotel at the beach!

The hotel has a good location with a beach a few 100 yards away which is great. You can walk to different restaurants on the beach close by

We were put in a wrong room it was a better room than what i paid for with sea view at first i thought i had a free upgrade but when i noticed a welcome card in someone elses name i knew it was a mistake. We highlighted this to the reception and after waiting again we were moved to another room with 2 single beds when i booked a double. When i raised this concern we were told they could put a mattress topper which we declined. They then offered us another room but had to wait for it to be cleaned this was now a couple of hours into the stay. We were taken to the room which had not been cleaned then were told to just see the dirty room and whether we liked it . The staff were apologetic but at this point we were already so disappointed with this treatment I would not book there again

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff and just a lovely atmosphere all round. Food was great, Drinks were awesome. We had a very enjoyable time and would 100% recommend.

We cannot say one negative comment on our stay. The staff were amazing (especially Talia), she made everything perfect. W e cant wait to go back. All the staff were 10/10

Ease of going to restaurant for food.

The worrying cases of chest infections and coughs in the hotel. Myself and my family have been very very unwell since returning and im sure its related to the Air-conditioning unit in our room.

Hotel have very nice location, with delicious food and a big variety of cocktails in Bar! You have a AMAZING STAFF at this hotel! 10 stars!

gorgeous shallow beach perfect got children, with warm crystal clear waters and almost no waves. room are nice and the sofa bed option is perfect for families, although I wish the curtain which separates the sofa from the main bed was a bit thicker. Service was great and the cocktails in the all-inclusive bar were amazing. Our son loved the self-service ice-cream bar at the pool and the lovely nannies at the crèche.

the food on offer at the restaurants got boring after a few days. The menu has changed while we were there and got better but still didn’t include seafood or fish variety, which was weird since we were a stone throw away from the beach. We ended up eating out quite a lot although it was great to know that we can always it at the hotel. the territory was not as well developed as we would have liked and some of the facilities (adults only pool and bar) were nowhere in site, which is a shame as it would have made our stay much more exciting. lastly, I would say please add some sort of a play ground for children. ideally somewhere close to the bar! all other hotels in the area how some sort of play ground/soft play next to their bars and it makes for a much better experience for everyone.

Cleaning of the rooms. Our bin (full of eaten fruit - skins, stones etc) was not emptied unitl I asked on the 3rd day. Bathroom floor mat not replaced daily, lack of complimentory shampoo/body lotion.

The hotel was beautiful on the inside, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, always. The pool area is gorgeous, and the hotel beach is lovely too.

We did have a bad experience when we were there, due to negligence on behalf of the hotel. However, they took full responsibility, helped us out where needed, staff were exceptionally helpful during and after the incident and upgraded us and gave us spa treatments to offset the negative experience

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. We firstly were not aware that the hotel was brand new as this was not advertised anywhere on their website or booking.com (we arrived on the second day after opening, the taxi driver told us). The hotel was not ready to open. Things that weren’t ready or not as advertised: ⁃ Construction of our room and other areas of the resort was still taking place ⁃ Finishes on the property itself such as paint, tiles, gardens etc weren’t upto standard ⁃ On our arrival 1 restaurant was open, by the time we left 3 out of 4 were open. ⁃ The award winning spa was not open. ⁃ Air con was not working, had to sleep with a pedestal fan ⁃ The website stated we had a bath in our room (we didn’t). The website also states things like exclusive access to a cool living selection manager and 24/7 concierge - no one explained / could explain the CLS manager and concierge was virtually non existent. ⁃ The website in general needs to be updated as it is misleading. When we arrived our room was not clean or prepared and the second room still had trades working in it. Guest relations had no idea about a second room. After an hour of waiting, guest relations showed us to our room (the one next to our original room which had trades working), the room was still like a construction site - it hadn’t been cleaned or finished. It took over 24 hours for housekeeping to clean. Therefore, the experience we received was not as advertised on the website/booking.com and extremely disappointing for a 5 stay resort and the cost we paid. However, the hotel staff (particularly Nikos, Lena, Tahlia, Antonis, Alex and Andreas) made a huge effort to make our stay a lot better and we really appreciated this! We saw the hotel slowly improve over our four night stay also with more things opening, grass growing etc. We left feeling relaxed and not bitter about our experience.

The hotel was not ready to be open when we arrived, there was a delay of 24 hrs to get our correct room we had to spend the night we arrived in a room covered in building dust. There was 1 restaurant open out of the 4 advertised when we arrived 1 other did open during our stay, the service in the buffet was hit & miss probably needed more staff, only 1 pool open our of advertised, gardens round the hotel still being landscaped as looked a arid, no information provided on hotel facilities, timing's etc. The photos and descriptions of the hotel on marketing materials did not match the actual hotel . They acknowledged the mistakes and agreed to refund us

Great location, amazing beach. Bar was above expectations.

Not all restaurants are included in all inclusive. Low variety of food in the main restaurant (buffet).

Staff extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Beach location fantastic, away from noisy nightclubs. Short taxi drive from airport. Plenty of sun loungers and seating areas. Food excellent.

Took too long to check in. Beach restaurant changed to a booking system so could not just walk in, made it difficult to plan. Hotel unfinished (couldn't use beach toilets, no information in rooms re opening times and facilities. Safe box, TV & corridor lights not working).
