Wonderful property, location, comfortable, clean. Close to beach, town but still far enough away to feel relaxed. Outdoor areas were lovely . House was gorgeous, well kept and maintained.

Suggestions more than dislikes. For a property that housed 10 I felt it could’ve had more in the way of kitchen ware. For dishing up or mixing and making food and maybe more in the way of pot ware. It had the standard motel requirement. Lots of cupboards with nothing in them. For long term use a 2nd shower in the laundry would be great especially for the max pax. Also more seating outside (back yard) would be useful too when the max accom is reached. Lastly and these are only suggestions for future client comforts gleaned from our own observations of living in it, the lounge is long and maybe cushions or sheepskin rugs on the hearth area away from the fire (of course), or a couple of single ottomans encouraging people to sit around, would be more conducive with group conversations otherwise seating is limited unless you move dining chairs which is not ideal, otherwise your group feels quite detached from one another. Just an observation as I say. But the house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, no complaints there. Thank you
