Очень чистые и аккуратные номера, есть всё необходимое. Проводится ежедневная уборка, даже если живешь два дня как мы. Отличное месторасположение, до центра 10 минут пешком. Потрясающий вежливый персонал. Очень рекомендую!

-All the hotel staffs were helpful and provided good recommendations. One of the staffs Diana is our favourite, she speaks fluent English, is extremely accommodating, tells us that we can request for tea/coffee anytime and offers to call the Yandex taxi for us after she finds out we don't have an Armenian phone number.
-Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Room cleaning service is offered daily.
-Excellent location 5 mins walk to republic square.
-Street side parking in front of the hotel is available. However, due to close proximities with the market and a bank, parking space is limited during office hours. It is much easier to find parking after 5-6pm.
-Room is on ground floor, if you open your windows you can hear people talking and people walking by - nothing too crazy. If you are sensitive to sound, you can always use the AC and shut the windows.

Very nice staff, good location, nice smells in the lobby. Great breakfasts at a nearby cafe with a discount for hotel visitors.
The bars on the window are little bit embarrassing, but that's probably the way it should be - first floor, the windows face the street.

The location was good, the personal was friendly. We liked that there was tea and coffee as we arrived.
It was too dirty for us in the room, especially under the bed.

Good location, friendly staff
This hotel is just around 5 rooms on the ground level, so it is very small and you have to keep curtains closed all the time because otherwise all people outside can look inside. When we checked in we were given towels that had some brown stains on them (they were changed but still). Wi-fi is very weak. Because of the size of the hotel it is not open 24/7 and if you need, for example, to check out in night you should agree it with employees before

Great location, great staff
A very cramped room, especially in the shower, where when closing the curtain you hit the back of your body - a shower faucet, after which boiling water or hot water flows, and when you turn back, you open the curtain and water pours onto the floor. The room was on the first floor, through the window you could hear men smoking in the yard near the entrance on the porch, their conversation was heard through a napkin.

The flat is beautifully furnished with all the facilities you will need. Perfect for a couple of days stay in Yerevan.
You don’t even need to get a taxi to/ from the station as it’s only a 10 min walk to Republic square and just opposite the Vernissage market and restaurants close by!
The host allowed us one-hour early check-in upon request and provided tea/ coffee on the premises. Overall, we were happy to stay at L'image Art Hotel.
The room size is ideal for couples only and there was no breakfast provision at the hotel.

All the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The complimentary Armenian coffee is a real bonus. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the important sites of Yerevan, on foot or by metro, without forgetting the immediate proximity of the "Vernissage" market where we found very beautiful objects made in Armenia.
For a perfectly calm room, you may avoid the room directly facing the street.

Very clean rooms.
The owners and staff are very hospitable and helpful. The location is also very convenient as it is a walking distance from republic square.
If I ever come to Armenia again I would definitely stay here again.
