The house was definitely a 5 star house. The beds were all large and extraordinarily comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with ample water, coffee, and everything that we needed except that neither of the ice makers worked in either of the two full size refrigerators. A major asset for the house was the hand held shower wands, and they are so valuable as I have a handicap and have to shower sitting down. The floors in the kitchen and dinning room area were exceptionally dirty. The bathrooms were dirty with visible hair in the tubs and all the bath mats were also obviously dirty. One of the commodes had not been cleaned. There was not enough hot water to accommodate when several of the group needed to shower at the same time. It would have been nice to have had tissues and trash cans in the bedrooms. Also, when we arrived there were not enough hand towels or wash cloths for all the bathrooms; however, to his credit, when we informed him, the owner responded quickly to supply them for us. We feel that cleanliness is the most important factor in determining the 3 rating. All the negative issues can be, in our opinion, easily corrected and be brought in line with the standards we have experienced in our previous stays at Vrbo properties. If you charge a 5 rating price we expect a 5 rating experience. It is really a very nice house. It is worth a try. Maybe our week was just an exception. We will look elsewhere next year, but we might try it again in the future.

The host was great. There was water and some condiments in the fridge, and the place is huge! I’d recommend this place for anyone with a bigger group.

We showed up late at night probably about 8:00pm. The front door was unlocked. The mechanism to the front door didn't work the entire visit. House was clean and the perfect size for our group. Location was "right" and all things were a "good fit"! Appreciate the water in the one fridge. We figured out to use the garage door opener to secure the house when we were gone. The one shower upstairs has a massive amount of long black hair on the wall. Not a major thing, but just a few areas that weren't entirely "clean". Most of our group didn't have any hair....so we could rule out our team! :) Overall, 4 out of 5 stars!!

The home was perfect and we had everything we needed for our Holiday with the family. I was so excited to notice there were two refrigerators, we were able to store our food and all our beverages perfectly. The communication was very effective and my family enjoyed the stay.

House was just as advertised. They had to rush to get it cleaned from last guests, but they got it done. Very easy to communicate with.
