We stayed for a facility reunion form all over the world. The hiuse and hospitality exceeded our expectations and it was enchanted to say the least. We would go there again and try to create opportunities to go back. Thanks to Valeria and Be who kept us in a good mood and brought fresh fruits and vegetables every day! Thanks again

We stayed at the property to attend our son’s wedding at nearby Tuscania. There were 14 people staying at the Villa. Five apartments allowed each couple/family to have their own privacy. We loved being able to get together outside every evening for a group dinner. When we arrived, the Villa was exceptionally clean. Everything in the villa worked well and we had everything we needed for cooking However, being North American, we were not prepared for the moka stove top type of coffee makers, or the complete lack of condiments such as salt and pepper. This was easily remedied by a quick trip to the super Conad in Viterbo which has a amazing selection of fresh food. The smaller Conad in Marta, only six minutes away, is also a good place to shop for necessities. The groundskeeper Bi, was very helpful and treated us to baskets of fresh vegetables from his garden. Perhaps our favourite part was the pool which was kept exceptionally clean and had enough chairs for everyone to hang around the pool. Communication with Valeria and Bi was superb.

The twelve members of our family all agree that our two week stay was unparalleled to any other vacation that we have experienced. From the beginning, communication was easy Any questions that we had were quickly answered by Valeria. The accommodations were as described. The setting was very tranquil. In short, it was just what we were looking for. The villages in the surrounding area were quaint and picturesque. The estate worker, Bi, who was on site, was kind and friendly. He provided us with fresh vegetables and fruits almost daily. For us it was the right place to spend our vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Abbiamo organizzato un week end con amici in questo meraviglioso casale immerso nella campagna laziale, curato nei minimi dettagli, dotato di tutti i comfort, consigliatissimo!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön. Die Villa hat viele schöne Zimmer und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Außenbereich ist riesig! Im großen Garten sind viele Obstbäume. Der Pool ist auch groß und angenehm. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Dieses Haus ist genau das richtige für Freundesgruppen, für Familien aber auch für jede Art von Gruppen, die gemeinsam an einen Ort fahren wollen, wo es genug Platz gibt, um seinen Freiraum zum Genießen, wo man aber trotzdem die Möglichkeit hat zb gemeinsam zu kochen, grillen oder den ganzen Tag am Pool zu liegen. Das Anwesen selbst befindet sich abgelegen, sodass man sich nicht wegen Nachbarn o.ä. An Lautstärke Beschränkungen halten muss. Wenn man aber unter Leute kommen möchte ist man in 10-15 min mit dem Auto in Marta oder Montefiascone, wo es wahnsinnig schöne Restaurants gibt. Der Bolsena See ist super nah und eignet sich perfekt für ein schönes Abendessen am See oder einen Tagestrip. Direkt hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen Außenbereich mit einem langen Tisch, wo die ganze Gruppe platznehmen kann und gemeinsam essen kann. Zwischen Haus und Pool Area gibt es einen Wiese mit vielen Obst und Oliven Bäumen. Das Obst darf einfach gepflückt und gegessen werden und es hat hervorragend geschmeckt! Bei der Pool Area gibt es viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme, der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem kam jeden Morgen jemand vorbei, der den Pool sauber hielt. Das Haus von innen ist ein verwinkeltes, schön eingerichtetes, klassisch italienisches Landhaus. Es gibt 5 Küchen, jede war super schön auf ihre eigene Art und Weise. Es gab einen Ofen in der Hauptküche. Wenn es eine Sache gibt, die man bemängeln könnte, dann dass es (aufgrund wer Aufteilung im Haus in einzelne Wohnungen, die aber nicht zwingend einen eigenen Eingang hatten) einige Durchgangszimmer gab, wo bei unserer Aufteilung 4-10 Leute durchlaufen mussten um morgens aus dem Haus rauszukommen. In unserem Fall musste jeder mal im Durchgangszimmer schlafen, so war es letztendlich kein Problem. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war vor und während der Reise problemlos. Wenn etwas im Haus kaputt ging, haben sich die Vermeiter sofort drum gekümmert und waren immer erreichbar. Wenn Tipps für Sightseeing oder Restaurants in der Umgebung benötigt wurden, haben die Vermieter einen Vorschlag für jeden Geschmack. Alles in allem hätten wir uns kein schöneres Haus für unsere Reise vorstellen können. Für diese Unterkunft gibt es in jedem Bereich 5 Sterne, die es das Haus, das Grundstück und die super lieben Vermieter wirklich verdienen! Ich kann dieses Anwesen nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen und wünsche allen einen so unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, wie wir ihn hatten! :)

Posto e casa stupendi, parte esterna molto verde, molto curata e con una bellissima piscina. La proprietà è dotata di tutti i comfort. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, per qualsiasi cosa anche durante il soggiorno c’è il supporto di personale in loco. Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici.

I honestly don't know where to start when reviewing this property....... from the moment of booking through to our last few days the commuication was excellent!!!! On arrival Olimpia made us very welcome (although we were delayed), gave us tonnes of information and introduced us the the gem of a man Singh! On first impressions the house and grounds far exceed expectations from the pictures online...... if you are a large group or two separate families like us I cannot recommend this place enough!!! 5 separate apartments housed 10 of us with plenty of space and privacy. Each apartment was very well equiped and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay including toiletires, slippers and even toothbrushes! The only downside for us as a group was we had to pool all the crockery together from each apartment and use the sole dishwasher for everything which was located on the second floor (we still will not be complaining). The surrounding area is beautiful with plenty to do. Lake Bolena is gorgeous and has lots of little towns on its shores for exploring. The more adventurous can hire speed boats, pedalos and much more. Now back to Singh........he showed absolute discretion when maintaining the vast outdoor space and pool yet was there in minutes if you needed anything (as was Olimpia via WhatsApp). Through our stay we would awake to a basket of goodies from Singhs garden and these veggies became a delicious barbeque staple so thank you Singh. If you are looking at this property then do not hesitate in booking!! We cannot wait to go back X
