Condominium was clean and spacious. Host was friendly and very responsive. You carry a key tag which gives you access to the pool, gym etc. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. 30-45m mins away from south beach.

There's only one elevator that takes you to the parking lot/pool area and the whole building uses it, making it slightly inconvenient due to wait times. If you can, use the stairs.

Lots of room for storage

The building facilities are not nice and it is not in front of the ocean. The unit is outdated and it doesn’t have a washing and dryer machine.

The lights above the dining table did not work. Wish there was a lamp that could be used to light up the living room. An air freshener inside the bathroom would be a nice addition. I would give this a 4.8 stars out of 5, as everything else was just perfect ! Really, really bad front desk support !!! 1. Front desk staff failed to inform us that Valet parking is typically used for car parking, it took me about an hour to figure that out. 2. Front desk also did not inform us there was a FOB (key) that could be used to lock the main door. Outside of a really lousy front desk receptionist support, all good and I'll definitely be back !

it was the best reservation, they have everything for beach, cooking and lining. very beautiful view and access to the city.

The property and apartment was: clean and secure. The amenities in the unit and property were great. Very clean sheets, new/fresh bath and beach towels. Beach chairs and other beach supplies in the apartment. Easy and fast access to the beach across the street.

The apartment bathroom was pretty clean, but it could use some grout cleaning (TLC) around the tub tile.

The location was perfect, it was so close to the Beach and the area was beautiful. Our condo was nice and had a balcony overlooking the pool and part of the city.

The washer and dryer was a little challenging to use as you had to purchase a card in order to use it. The desk up front was not too friendly.

Nothing at all!

The Ac is was broken in the apartment. Reached out to the owner 6 times via phone, no response. Sent several emails and they responded with change the thermostatto 67°, which we did. Stil no changed. Email them back to let them know that didn't work. Crickets! No reponse!!. This is by far was the worst vacation experience ever. If I could have left and found somewhere else to stay, I would have, but because I went through a third party, booking.com, I wasn't able too. Never again!
