Appartement neuf vaste et calme avec équipement complet, bien situé par rapport au centre ville, très propre et à un prix défiant toute concurrence.

This apartment is one of the best we have had the pleasure to stay at in a long time, it's modern,spacious, clean, very well decorated and equipped, quiet and in a comfortable secure building in a very good location on a tree lined avenue but just around the corner from shops and restaurants we alternated nights out with home cooked meals so we didnt get tired of eating out .Taxi from the station was €10 but we hired a car for most of our stay and parked in the building carpark ,the park is tight so anything bigger than an intermediate car is tricky but there are plenty of street parks for 0.60 p/h and free overnight.Lecce is a lovely city and staying here made it perfect .

This is one of the largest, most attractive and comfortable apartments we have stayed in over 20 years of travel. It also has two lovely balconies, is accessible by lift and is close to a supermarket and the monument rich, truly beautiful old town. The host’s sister and husband were waiting for us and helped us park the car, carry our luggage and become familiar with the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It has secure parking but as was communicated to us in advance it is only for a small car. Our new Peugeot 308 just fitted and it was very tight indeed. A bigger car woul need to use paid parking on the street but it appeared to only take coins so a great many would be needed.

The hosts were really nice and approachable. They were very helpful. The flat is just in the city centre so very convenient. It also has all sorts of houseware and the ability to cook in the flat and do the laundry, so very convenient.
