Beautiful spot on the water. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed cooking out and spending lots of time outside. Would definitely stay again! Very comfortable home.

Loved everything about this home. Clean had everything we needed and wanted for our quiet family vacation. Short distance to clearwater if you want to do tourist stuff. Would definitely stay there again!

Home is in great shape for its age and is immaculately clean. The pool is amazing and looks very custom. Location is nice, we walked everywhere. An added bonus is the "fish lights" in the water around the dock. We saw all kinds of things swimming around them at night! Great place!

A beautiful property with gorgeous views onto the Clearwater Harbor. The living area and bedrooms are very spacious. The house is nicely stocked with necessities. The beach is just a 10 minute walk. One small inconvenience was super slow wifi speed, we couldn't use it at all.

The property was amazing and just like it was described. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and appliances, and not with cheap items you can’t cook with either. The beds were comfy and the rooms had plenty of storage space. The kids loved the pool. We made plenty of memories and would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for Memorial weekend. What an incredible place. Very clean and fully supplied besides trash bags for kitchen. Pool was clean, dock was incredible. Neighborhood and neighbors were nice. Walking distance to beach and gulf Blvd. Would stay again if we visit Indian rocks again.

This property did not disappoint. Very easy access to the beach and easy driving to other beach towns, including Clearwater beach, Treasure island beach and St Pete’s beach. Our family loved the private dock and spent a lot of time on it. We saw dolphins every day we were there. We also enjoyed the pretty sunsets. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, with only one exception. We communicated with the property manager that we were bringing our boat & asked questions regarding the dock. Upon arrival we realized that we were not able to use the dock. This meant that we had to take our boat in & out of the water everyday. The driveway was barely big enough for the trailer & the street is quite narrow. It was very disruptive to our plans. If you don't plan to bring a boat, it is a great property.

I’ve stay at some other rentals before and this place was be far the cleanest and well maintained. There were starter items(toilet paper, dish soap, etc) available, most that lasted the whole stay. I have nothing bad to say about the property. Just an awesome home and location.

This is a property managed by a rental company. Communication is a huge problem. Be it via email, text, phone call. They do not pick up the phone, They do not return text, nor emails. Left three text messages ,an emai, voice mail none got returned. VRBO perpetuates hidden fees and skyrocket charges. They do not promote transparency in the rates. VRBO prevents reviews from posting those ridiculous rates, thus I can't tell you the charge for 2 days of pool heat The house is not worth the premium price. Was not equipped with sponge nor soap in the kitchen. Bathroom windows are shut with no way of opening. Pool heater was not sufficient as the water is still very cold (despite the costly charge), since the sun only hits part of the pool for a few hours. The retractable awning was not working.Views and the open concept are very nice in the home; however it's not worth it.

I was pleased with our stay. We chose this as our Valentine’s weekend trip. He enjoyed fishing off the private dock. The pool did cost extra to heat but overall everything was worth it

Clean, modern home in excellent location. We walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool and caught fish off the dock everyday. We had to contact the property manager to address the pool temp and door key pad and they were extremely responsive both time. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is in good condition and was sparkling clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Took us less than ten minutes to walk to the beach. Pool was lovely overlooking the water. Paid extra to have the pool heated. We saw dolphins two days of our visit. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The house and location are amazing! Perfect for a getaway. Communication is the biggest area of opportunity for this location (we were messaging about the pool heater and no one replied until the next day so we were unable to pay to have the heater turned on), but other than that the house is perfect and we had a great experience.

La casa muy bonita y acogedora, pero en el precio no esta incluido el calentador de la piscina se cobra aparte por usar el water heater de la piscina, para mi no es justo porque la renta de este lugar no es barata y me parece que debería incluir todas las comodidades para estar a gusto ya que el clima en la florida varía mucho yo lo necesite porque llovió todo el fin de semana quería usar la piscina estaba fría y el jacuzzi por gusto tampoco se podía usar, estoy muy en desacuerdo con esto creo que lo pensaría más antes de rentar la o buscaría más opciones.The house is very nice and cozy, but the price is not included the pool heater is charged separately for using the pool water heater, for me it is not fair because the rent of this place is not cheap and I think it should include all the comforts to be comfortable since the weather in Florida varies a lot I need it because it rained all weekend I wanted to use the pool it was cold and the jacuzzi i could not be used either, I strongly disagree with this I think I would think more about it before renting it or look for more options.

It was good, but it would be a game changer if I could use the lift. That would make it great. After my boat was in the water for 5 days the bottom was stained. I have my own boat when I stay, and its 23 feet a lot smaller than the one that was there during our stay. I have mine own lift. I have installed lifts. So I would really like to use the lift during the stay, or I might have to stay somewhere that has one. Thx Mike

House and location were perfect!

Very clean. I had a BBQ here for my Husband’s birthday. When we got there the gas tank had run out of gas. We contacted the property manager who sent someone out right away to replace it for us. We were also trying to make the pool and the hot tub warmer. I did attempt to contact them again regarding this, however I did not get any response. Overall it was a clean house and the views from the backyard are really pretty.

Water Lover's paradise was absolutely amazing! We didn't want to leave this little slice of heaven. The entire property was wonderfully well maintained and had everything at our fingertips. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!
