Matelas posé par terre sans sommier les draps toucher le sol au niveau de l’hygiène. C’est pas très propre, voir déconseiller pour ma fille de 13 ans, Manque de professionnalisme,pourtant j’avais réservé 3mois avant. Personnel pas très accueillant au restaurant, petit déjeuner pas très appréciable

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier où l'on trouve restaurants et boutiques. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Le must de mon séjour c'est RYAD, un jeune homme très serviable qui m'a été d'une très grand aide. Grâce à lui mon séjour n'a pas viré au cauchemar, en raison de l'absence de mes bagages restés à Paris dans les combles d'Air France. Un grand merci à Ryad pour sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

L'accueil à la réception le premier jour. Les autres jours c'était mieux.

Superbe accueil, disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel de l’accueil en passant par la restauration et le personnel d’entretien. L’équipe de l’accueil journée et soirée est très professionnelle, souriant et disponible (merci Mehdi, Ryad et les autres ...) car tous étaient compétents et agréables . La propreté de l’hôtel et des chambres impeccable ! (Merci Hadjer et Wafah ainsi que la gouvernante qui veille au grain). Restauration petit-déjeuners plats copieux beaucoup de choix le café est très bon ! La salle très propre (merci Sofiane). L’hôtel est lumineux, chaleureux et accueillant nous reviendrons !!!!! Tous nos encouragements continués à entretenir cet hôtel car il est vraiment beau, bien placé et à taille humaine ! Bravo et merci 😊🙏

Juste quelques points de vigilance pour garder le standing de l’hôtel : Certains joints douche mériteraient d’être changé Support brosse toilette qui commence à se dévisser Les doubles rideaux également pourraient être changé ceux de notre chambre étaient usés. Sinon tout était parfait !!!! 🙂

I stayed at Hotel Sidi Yahia recently, and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and located in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also close to many embassies, which adds to the security. Although it's a bit far from the city center, you can easily get there using affordable taxis. But what I liked the most about the hotel was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They even let me check in late and check out very early in the morning, and they helped arrange a taxi to the airport. They also spoke English, which was a big plus. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfy. There was some construction noise across the street during the day, but it didn't bother me because I was out exploring most of the time, and the noise stopped at night. Overall, I would definitely stay at Hotel Sidi Yahia again. It's a clean, safe, and friendly place to stay with helpful staff and good amenities.
