Immaculate lovely home, exactly as show in the photos. 3 master ensuites suited our needs (ourselves, son & fiancé, friend) attending a local wedding. Additional basement play room/bar, lovely terraces, landscaping and bedrooms would suit family (families) with kids.(we were there just to sleep) The tradition on Cape Cod is that tenants provide their own sheets & towels, soap, etc. Plan accordingly.

This house was totally renovated in 2018 and looks brand new! The fantastic open floor design provided plenty of room for our extended family. The house is located in a private neighborhood with many large, expensive homes on this street. The huge back yard was also a welcomed surprise.

This was a great place for us and our adult married children to get together, engage, relax and enjoy. The space is great for being together and providing space to be alone.

Awesome rental with a huge yard, plenty of space, and close to town center. We stayed here for our wedding weekend with some of our bridal party and it was a blast. Tim was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a group of 11 for the weekend and it was the perfect size. The house is beautiful and in a lovely area in a quiet neighborhood.
The host had really clear instructions on everything we might need to know and communication was very quick.
Only complaint is that there isn’t mention that towels and bedding aren’t provided in the post but the host did help provide options for linen rental.
Overall, I really recommend this property.

We had a great long weekend here. Perfect for two families (10 people). The two upstairs bedrooms fit five kids comfortably and the main living space is spacious, modern and updated. We had everything we needed. The house is a short driving distance to several quiet beaches and Main Street. We loved how quiet and peaceful the street was.
We had a misunderstanding on how to access the door lock and an alarm that needed to be replaced and I heard back from the owner within minutes of sending a message. The local property manager was friendly and helpful as well. You can't always guarantee that you won't need help, but this is amazing service for when you do.

The home is ideal to get together with family and or friends. It has space to make it comfortable and at the same time , it’s cozy to experience moments of togetherness. The outdoors space is perfect to play with the little ones, and feel mature surrounding you. Perfect set up, wonderful place and owners are very helpful with accommodating your needs.

Group of friends used this beautiful house as our base for a reunion. The home is beautiful and is exactly like the listing and description and central to Chatham - both food and shopping. We had a fabulous time.

We loved our stay at this property; the neighborhood was quite, beautiful, and less than 5 mins from Main Street Chatham. This property has an amazing yard with a beautiful atmosphere. Very clean and can tell it’s taken care of. We loved our stay and plan on returning to this spot! Tim was also great to work with throughout our stay; very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed!

Tim’s house was great: plenty of space - inside and out, great kitchen layout for cooking and keeping tabs on kids around the house/yard, amazing location for walks to the beach and short drives around town and beyond. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, great house for celebrating with family. The two refrigerators, ovens helped make it easier. The layout is great for games, movies, fires and time together. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed exploring the Chatham area.

We rented “Over the Moon” for a family getaway over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a very nice time. The house is clean and well cared for. The owner is easily accessible and responsive. The location is perfect; quiet yet accessible to town and a great area for walking. Highly Recommend!
