Had a great trip with my wife staying at this location. Condo has a full kitchen, was cozy and the location is fairly centralized on the island so we could explore the various areas of Maui!

Cute condo across the street from an awesome beach (we saw sea turtles right there!). Walkable to the whale museum - highly recommended attending a lecture. Well appointed kitchen, and really appreciated being able to use the beach gear (cooler, beach chairs, etc.). Also, the shower is roomy, and so nice to rinse off in after a day of swimming in the ocean. All in all, this condo had everything we needed and was a perfect base camp for our adventures. Would stay here again for sure.

Well built and maintained condo in a friendly and inviting condo community. Great location and condo had everything we needed. We would definitely stay at Roger and Olive's condo again.

Unit is clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. Second time staying at this location, and will definitely be back. Rodger is a great host, and even took the time to stop, and visit with use on our last day which we really appreciated.

We had a lovely time and merci for the treats! The gift of the nightly sunset was priceless.

We had a great experience staying at this property. There was an unforeseen issue about the fire alarm battery running out causing it to beep continuously on the first day. Roger was very easy to reach and he ensured that the issue was fixed promptly. The rest of the stay was perfect, would totally book again!

This property and the owners are A1!!! Close to the beach and everything in Kihei! Immaculate condo which is beautifully kept and great owners to communicate with! Would give it more than the 5 stars if I could! Mahalo for letting us share your place!

Everything was perfect!

This is probably the best location in the Kihei Bay Surf complex. Lanai is always shady which allows the unit to stay cool all day. We never needed to use the A/C and only used the ceiling fans when we came home in the evening. Whenever we’re in a studio suite I always worry about refrigerator noise keeping me up at night, but this fridge was so quiet and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. We slept until the roosters crowed every night. TV has a ton of channels and internet was great. Kitchen appliances and utensils were great as well. Thanks Roger and Olive!

Not our first time to Kihei but this was our favorite place to stay!! Perfect for 2! Cozy, comfortable and quiet. I can’t wait to book our next stay!

Everything was good except I think you need a new bed. My back hurt a little.

Had to go to Maui for a quick work trip. Condo was very comfortable and quiet. Managers were quick to respond and helpful. Would love to stay here in the future.

online pictures are accurate, looks just as it does in description. Is located directly across from the beach with a convenient crosswalk for easy street crossing. Literally 1 minute walk or less and you are on the beach. The turtle sanctuary is an added bonus, you are guaranteed to see the turtles everyday. Condo entry was easy, detailed instructions that were easy to follow were provided and owners were terrific regarding communication, fast response time. It was clean and spacious, we lived very comfortably for the week we stayed. Bed comfortable and loved how kitchen was so well stocked with everything you need for cooking and more! There was a nice welcoming basket when we arrived, which was very nice and just a few mile drive to grocery stores, an array of shops, and more amazing beaches all one the same road along the beach. For an amazing breakfast the Kehei Cafe is the best and has so many options. Hot tub felt slightly cool, laundry facilities are under repair and a few things were missing like boogie boards and beach umbrella, but none of but those were minor things and I am not complaining. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!!

This is such a nice condominium in an excellent location. This place was in a great area for exploring the island, the drive from the airport wasn’t too long, and there is a nice park/beach right across the street. The facility’s pool was also clean and well maintained. Roger the host was really nice and easy to communicate with. You can tell that the hosts really care about this condo and that they are good people. This place is a wonderful value for those of us that get to stay here. As a person who’s body temperature runs higher than almost anyone, my biggest concern (based on other’s reviews and all time high world temps) was with the air conditioner. Overall, I’d say the A/C performed adequately for me so it’s probably excellent for normal people who don’t run so hot. I highly recommend this place and didn’t want to leave.

We had a lovely stay at this quaint apartment which was the perfect size for us. We loved the beach that was across the street and found the location perfect for everything we wanted to do and see. Thank you for the treats and hospitality.

Great location, we loved being steps away from the beach and being able to watch the turtles each sunrise and sunset. Only a 15-20 min walk to town with lots of great food options. Great and easy location to explore the rest of the island as well. The road to Hana is a must - we would definitely recommend and be back one day - thank you!

We enjoyed the privacy of the condo. The location was also near perfect, with easy beach access. Pleasantly surprised with the sea turtles so close to our condo. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Title says it all, great place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the ninja to make iced drinks and the full kitchen and fridge made it convenient to plan meals for the days on the beach!

The Condo was clean no bugs. We had everything we needed and more. A nice gift basked on arrival, with coffee, chips, cookies and chocolates. We could open up the deck doors and the entrance door and let the breeze flow through, no need for the AC. We had no communication with the Property manager to rate.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted with a welcome basket of coffee, cookies, candy, and chips. Also, the location is great. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning barely worked. We used 3 ceiling fans, 2 floor fans, and a window air conditioner and it was still uncomfortably warm inside.

Pool is great for the kids and the beach is right across the street. Roger and Olive are great hosts!

This well appointed unit was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for any meal prep. There's a nice pool and BBQ area. The cherry on top was a lovely welcome basket containing various island treats! Roger and Olive are very welcoming hosts that embody Aloha.
