My family and I had an incredible stay at Tye's beautiful place in Meredith over the 4th of July week this year. Communication leading up to our stay was on point, and Tye was extremely generous with the amenities available to his guests, ranging from use of the dock (we rented a pontoon from Meredith Marina - his suggestion and it was perfect!), the hot tub, grille and countless lake toys. The house itself is impeccable with incredible wood work and an attention to detail that really makes you feel like this is a well planned home, not just a stale or transient rental property which many other lake rentals can feel like. Wifi, AC and all electronics worked beautifully, bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely equipped and the kitchen is as stocked in terms of appliances, cookware, serving dishes etc which was great for nights we decided to cook indoors vs going out or grilling. The grill worked fantastic and in terms of going out, Tye provided great local recommendations for restaurants as well as local markets to source fantastic ingredients. Altogether we had 5 adults and 3 children sleeping there and the house felt massive for our needs, clearly able to accommodate a much larger group if needed. We particularly appreciated that bedrooms are spread across each floor, giving everyone space while also having great centralized entertaining areas for when we all wanted to be together. All in all, a great stay and look forward to going again!

This large house wonderfully accommodated our large family gathering to celebrate 60 years of marriage. We made use of 2 of the inflatable mattresses allowing everyone to spread out throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the family room and dining area is beautiful. We enjoyed our time at the fire pit and the hot tub and the easy access to the lake. Our younger family members loved the upstairs game room. The house came with many kayaks, paddle boards and other water toys that were a big bonus. There is also plenty of parking on the property. Finally, Tye was very responsive to questions before and during our stay.

Gorgeous home and location! We had a mix of ages from 1-65 and everyone enjoyed themselves. The house was in a perfect location and offered plenty to do. We will definitely be back!

Our group of three families stayed for a second year at this great house. It has all you need for a fun, comfortable stay. The owner, Tye, is very responsive and helpful—he seems to want you to enjoy his property as much as his family does. The outdoors is fabulous with a large waterfront yard for playing games, tons of lake toys, docks and a small beach to access the lake. Huge hot tub for warming back up if the lake is a bit chilly. Fun and safe for kids of all ages. The house has also has ample living spaces for hanging together or spreading out. It’s super close to the town of Meredith, the grocery store, and a good marina to rent boats and jet skis from which you can tie up to the docks at the house. It’s a great place to accommodate a big group for a fun-filled time.

From start to finish this home was perfect. They’ve thought of everything and made sure it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The home has unbeatable views sitting right on the water, and also has a big yard with all the toys. Perfect for a boat rental! Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks Tye!

We had a big group of kids, teens, and adults and had an absolute blast on this property! The house was spacious and beautiful (even better than the pics) and had everything we could possibly want and need (indoors and outdoors)! Tye was super quick to respond when we had a couple of questions and he was so kind. We loved everything about our stay!

This property was great! It had everything we could have wanted for our group, which ranged from 1yo-65yo, even on a few rainy days. Tye was very available for any questions I had throughout the week and also shared a lot of helpful information about the area! The beach was great for the 4 little kids and the dock was nice for our boat/the grown-ups. We were there for 4th of July and could see the fireworks in Meredith from the dock. It was an excellent property! Highly recommend!

Being directly on the lake was a big plus. Rented a pontoon boat from Meredith Marina and docked it at the house. Welcome gift basket was a nice gesture!

The house was spacious and beautiful and the best equipped house we have ever stayed in! There were many fun water toys and all the household items we needed. The sunsets were beautiful and the location was great-very close to Meredith center. Tye was also very responsive if anything came up during the trip. Thanks for a great week!

Our family of 10 (ages 9 - 80) had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house is beautiful (just as depicted in the photos) and was very comfortable for all of us. Being right on Meredith Bay and 5 minutes from downtown Meredith is the perfect location. Tye is very accommodating and responsive. We can't wait to return!

Our group of 6 adults 7 kids had a fabulous time at this house. It’s hard to find a place that truly checks all the boxes but this is it! The house and property is as beautiful as shown and described in the listing. The lakefront with sandy beach entry and docks was great for swimming, digging in the sand, fishing off the docks, and playing with all of the beach and water toys that come with the house—it’s fully stocked for lakeside fun with kayaks, paddle boards, floats, buckets and shovels, you name it! And if it gets a little chilly in the lake, just hop in the hot tub to warm back up. The lawn was a lovely space to play games, also provided! Inside is also stocked, with a large fully equipped kitchen made for cooking. The house is spacious with ample room for being together and being apart. It’s located super near to the grocery store, marina, and town. Altogether, this place seriously has everything you and your family or friends need to have a fun and relaxing time on the lake!

This home was absolutely wonderful; gorgeously decorated, perfectly designed for lots of family fun; very private yet ideally close to all shopping, fuel, restaurants…anything you needed. Our grandkids never asked to leave to go mini golfing or to Funspot…they loved it there just as much as all us adults :)

This home was absolutely perfect for our family’s vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us, a beautiful yard and beach, everything was very clean and neat, and it felt very private. You couldn’t even see the neighbors houses. The owner of the property was readily available if needed. We had a wonderful time staying here.

We were together for the first time in years. All 6 grandchildren in one place! Our choice of lake house couldn't be beat. We all had comfortable, well appointed bedrooms. The bunk room had the older boys and the boat room was claimed by the oldest granddaughter. The kids thought the game room was the best! We enjoyed the use of all the toys available....and it was a wide selection. The kitchen was great. Plenty of room for multiple parents dealing with multiple kids! Outside was lovely. The deck with views, the lawn to spread out on, the beach entry ideal for the little ones. We were lucky with weather and had a wonderful time. Tye was very responsive with any questions or issues. A great vacation was had by all 14 of us!!!!!

Fantastic place to stay on an extended family vacation. Plenty of room to be together and/or get away from each other. Tye is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. The house description is accurate including ALL the toys in garage. Definitely a good choice on Lake Winnie.

Perhaps the nicest, well equipped lake house we have booked. The location was very convenient as well. An easy drive, bike ride or kayak run to restaurants, grocery store, movie theater... you name it. Thanks Tye !

Amazing property right on the lake. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We traveled with two young children and the house was very child friendly. Gorgeous views from every floor. Will definitely return!

Beautiful home

We just stayed 4 days at this beautiful property celebrating our parents 80th and we had a ball. The house was perfect for our group of 12, 3 generations....plenty of spaces for everyone to get away or be together! Water toys galore, hot tub, fire pit, wood, docks.....so great for doing lakeside hang. Beautiful landscape and great location.....we are hoping to do it again next year! Thank you Tye for being such a gracious and helpful host!!

My family and I were lucky enough to vacation here for an extended stay and our trip was just SPECTACULAR. The owners are so accommodating and made us feel at home in countless ways (a welcome 'smores package, wine; supplies and toiletries; lawn games and board games and water equipment, restaurant and boat recommendations -- and they were always an email or call away!) The grounds are just stunning and the house so convenient -- just perfection. I highly recommend -- we already miss it!!

We spent 2 amazing weeks at Tye’s beautiful property in June. The location is perfect! The house is very comfortable and fully equipped for every indoor and outdoor activity you can imagine. We have rented many houses and this was one of our best experiences. I highly recommend!!!

My daughter rented this beautiful home to have three generations spend some time together in a fantastic setting. The location is perfect, right on a small, private, sandy beach allowing for a play area for babies and toddlers, as well as easy access for provided kayaks and paddle boards. These home owners have thought of everything- from a S’mores/ sparklers/wine welcome basket to tons of towels, toiletries, hairdryers and bedding!! The garage is full of water tubes, life jackets and trikes. The appliances in the kitchen are amaaazing and the beds are really comfortable. No need to leave the house for three days- we just ran from the lake to the hot tub to making S’mores to playing football on the large lawn, and riding trikes on the driveway. When we had a small problem of our own doing, the owners were more than gracious and accommodating. It really was 3 days in heaven-wish we lived there!!

Beautiful setting for all ages!!! Fun for everyone !! All the conveniences of home in a very convenient spot of NH Location could NOT be better. Owner very attentive to any and all of our needs. Would not hesitate to book again for our family vacation

We spent the week here with extended family celebrating our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. We had a great time! The house is amazing and had plenty of space for us all to spread out and loads of amenities to keep you busy. The location right across the bay from Meredith is perfect. Right across from the Marina if you are renting a boat and only a short boat/car ride into town for shopping, dinner or ice cream. Tye, the owner has super helpful and responsive.

This is the most amazing property ! Beautiful house and grounds, everything you could think of needing is there ! Minutes from downtown Meredith ! Beach, dock, kayaks, paddle boards, funyaks for the kids, fishing poles, plenty of towels and linens and Tye was just a call away if needed ! I highly recommend this property for a summer vacation and I’m sure would be great anytime of the year as it’s close to a couple ski resorts and shopping !
