Long weekend stay. Two blocks from beach access, lake view. Nice pool. Hot tub came in handy. Nicely decorated and equipped. Neighborhood very convenient.

The location was as stated close to the beach. You had a small view of the ocean and the sound. The pool and hot tub were great!
There were beach chairs and some beach gear at the house.
If you cook, there are plenty of pots and pans.
Make sure you bring your own spices as everything is cleaned out completely after each client leaves.
Overall a very spacious house and an enjoyable experience.

We loved the large amount of space that is in this home. We had 5 adults and 6 children all together. There as plenty of space on every level to accommodate! The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. We also loved how close the walk to the beach is. Also- the owners are in contact with you via text as soon as the home is ready and remain in contact with you for any questions all throughout your stay. Amazing customer service!

Wonderful week by the beach! The location is great. It is steps from the beach and the community it’s located it is very nice and private. The house itself was great. The number of bathrooms was amazing for our 5 families.The bedrooms were nice as well, but the sheets and towel quality weren’t very great :( . The pool was amazing and made a huge difference in keeping the kids occupied in the evening. Only recommendation would be to re seal the deck areas as the wood is rough and some nails sticking out. Don’t walk barefoot on it! Better quality linen would be ideal as well. But that’s not a make a break.

We had a great time! The house was awesome - spacious with room for all of us! We all enjoyed the pool and it was just a short walk to the beach!
The only downside was the noise generated by the family staying at the house with a pool right behind us, but even that wasn't that bad.
The one suggestion we all had was that the house needs hooks to hang towels and clothing - particularly in the outside shower!
Other than that, we all loved it!

Our family enjoyed the privacy of different levels for each age group. I appreciated the email and text contact before and during our stay. Liked the decks on each level and the door locking system

The property was not ready at 4pm for checkin. Upon checkin we observed water leaking from the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. Communicated accordingly and the manager sent the cleaning person to assess the issue. The electrician came in same evening and shut the water off. Plumber came by a few days later to fix the waterline. The stay was good with a two block walk to the beach. The house is surrounded by other houses in the community. We requested a later than 10am checkout but were denied. Contractors arrived about 8am on the morning of checkout to fix the ceiling and cleaning people arrived at 9am that morning so we left even earlier than we were supposed to.

We had a great time staying at this location , excellent neighborhood, easy to go to the beach ,had an excellent relaxed vacation ,would definitely be going back😊

Our stay!
We had a great time at this property, location is perfect to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. My only complaint is the cobwebs all over the house and the decks. I know spiders like to live outside and it's hard to avoid but they are everywhere!
Overall would definitely stay again and thanks for being a great host!

Family Reunion
Beautiful property. 14 of us were all comfortable in the home and in the pool! Short walk to the beach. Stores nearby.

Very nice house in the OBX
This house worked out great for our family of all different ages. Booking and communication was top notch. Would definitely stay/book again. My only suggestion would be to make sure to bring baby gates for young kids to help keep them off the stairs.

Great location and communication
House worked very well for our family. Close proximity to the beach, to Corolla, Timbuk II and Duck enhanced our stay. Well stocked kitchen made it possible for us to fix meals on several mornings/evenings as well. Only downside was the closeness of the houses on either side and behind which virtually eliminated privacy. As other reviewers have mentioned, the couch in the main living area is stained/worn but we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great Stay In May
Had a good time. Agree with other reviews that property is really close to other houses. It's not so bad though if everyone respects noise levels. Stayed next to a group of teens who were quite loud at night. Harris Teeter is 1.5 miles away. Walmart and Starbucks are 15 miles away (not too bad). Quiet and clean neighborhood. Beach is really close and clean. House was clean. Pool was clean. Rebecca was awesome! Will return soon!

"Framily time"
Love the location. Minor things needed to be done like needing a broom, light bulbs for bathrooms, etc. May be time to change the light colored couch and making sure cleaning crew is cleaning behind cushions and chairs. Overall it was a great trip and house. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect House for Family Vacation
This property was perfection for our small family vacation to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. Clean, spacious, and updated - the house is basically brand-new condition. Check-in was a breeze, and communication from the owner went above & beyond to ensure that our stay was great! She made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the maximum. Beds are super comfortable, appliances were easy to use, and access to the beach was a quick walk down the street. Plenty of space in the pantry & fridge/freezer to stock up on food, as there are 2 grocery stores nearby. COVID protocols were followed, and I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe, sunny, & stress-free vacation.

Nearly new house. Nice layout. Gathering area somewhat small. Pool small. No hot tub. Biggest negative is that the house is surrounded by other houses close by. For that single reason, won’t rent again

Perfect sized house for 13 people ages 11 to 75. <5 minute walk to beach. More of a neighborhood feel than an isolated house but we’re used to Ocean City NJ so we felt right at home. Rebecca was available in less than a minute whenever we needed her to communicate with her. Highly recommend.

Great vacation!
The house was perfect for us - clean with very comfortable beds, and we loved the pool! The walk to the beach was no problem - it was a short walk for sure. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Five stars all around!
The home is incredibly clean and well maintained - the decor is tasteful and beachy without the typical cheesy feel of a beach rental. The upstairs living/dining room is spacious and appropriately sized for the size of the house. The pool is perfect for a quick dip or to give the kids a fun activity while at the house and the property is just a stone's throw to the beach. The overall location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, a jogging path and anything you might need while staying at the beach. The owner/property manager is incredibly friendly, prompt in replying to communication and easy to work with - they even went above and beyond and mailed us our Apple TV box which we accidentally left after the property! We would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Trip
We enjoyed a short getaway to Rebecca’s property. We were notified by Rebecca of a few issues that were out of her control prior to arriving. She and her husband stayed in contact with us about progress towards repairs the entire time and ultimately made a few adjustments that were fair to all. We would highly recommend this property and Rebecca!

Beautiful Home
My family had the best vacation in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and the rooms were much larger than expected. Rebecca was a joy to work with! I couldn't recommend this house enough! I hope you all have as good of a time as we did!!

Beautiful / Close to beach / Nice Pool
I would recommend this house to anyone traveling to corolla. It is conveniently located near Harris Teeter and Food Lion and it is extremely close to the beach (3 minute walk). You can see the Ocean from the top balcony and there are balconies on all sides of the house. The pool and grill in the backyard are very convenient. The rooms were all very nice and the house is well kept. The owners and managers of the Property have done a great job!

Not to shabby
It was a great place. Plenty of room. Most of the time, in the house, we stayed upstairs, it was perfect for all of us to hang out and plenty of room. Nice to be cooking and still be part of everything. Not a long walk to the beach and easy to carry stuff back and forth.

Girlz reunion 2019 Perfect Outer Banks accommodations!
Our group of 8 ladies who have been friends for 40 plus years gathered to celebrate friendships and most our 60th birthdays!
The home was immaculate and accommodations perfect for our group. Plenty of space for group dinners and game nights. Easy walk to the beach and centrally located.

Beautiful new home a block from the beach
We greatly enjoyed our stay. The top floor living and dining room and kitchen combined with views of the ocean is a wonderful place to hang out and several bedrooms have views of the inlet. Beautifully appointed and Rebecca is very easy to deal with. Hope to be back!

Huge, beautiful house exactly as advertised
Often on rental sites, there's less space than you thought or problems with the house you didn't expect. This was one of the rare cases where everything was even better than advertised.
The home was beautiful, well maintained, huge, and right by the beach. I would absolutely stay again.

Weekday getaway!
I decided last minute to book a short stay in OBX and from the beginning Rebecca was amazing! She was accessible during the duration of our stay and very flexible. The house was beautiful and in close proximity to the beach. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and I look forward to another stay soon!

Amazing house and owners!
This house was perfect for myself and my extended family (8 adults, 6 kids). The manager responded very quickly and was able to accommodate us in short notice (thank you!). The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool especially the kids. The walk to the beach was less than a few minutes. Everything in the house was brand new from furniture to appliances. Even the dining table, chairs, and dishes etc. were of really good quality so they went all out to make sure this house was furnished really well. Every room on 2nd and 3rd floor has a balcony which is a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

New home with ideal location
We loved our stay in this beautiful, new home. It was an easy, 1-block walk to the beach in this newly developed neighborhood. The kitchen, bedrooms and living room areas are all very nicely furnished. Everything is new and linens are included. We're not really pool people, but we ended up using it every day, especially while we grilled dinner. The beach was less crowded (for the first week of August) than other places we have stayed on OBX. It's a quick trip to the Harris Teeter or Food Lion malls. Overall there is a really good family vibe to the area and so much less hectic. We loved this house and definitely would come again!
