Great apartment, exceptionally clean and very helpful host. The added touch of umbrellas and adaptors available for guest use was a thoughtful touch. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

We were impressed with all aspects of this beautiful studio, inside and out. Excellent mattress on our double bed,lovely decor, spotlessly clean, easy to access, it’s surrounded by eating places and there’s a lovely palm tree studded promenade about 10mn walk from the appartment. We didn’t find our room noisy at any time and we felt very special using this beautiful flat. Nothing was forgotten- they even had birthday candles in a drawer in case we needed them. Would definitely return there again.

A lovely spacious apartment in the Gate of the town. It was nicely decorated, there were plenty of clean towels and the host Filip was great! As the place is in a car-free zone, Filip texted us where we could park our rental car. The clear and good instructions made it very easy to find both the parking place and the apartment. The apartment was fully equipped, including a small kitchen with everything you need. Also, the shower was great!! What also should be mentioned is that the place is above a restaurant. Their staff is really friendly and they also make delicious pizzas. Would definitely go to the apartment again :)

Stunning location and views, positioned right in the walls, such a unique place and we will never forget our stay. Our host Filip was so lovely it was a pleasure dealing with him, his communication was fantastic. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, we could have stayed for longer!! So great being in the centre of Split so close to everything and amazing restaurants nearby. Just a stone's throw from Diocletian's Palace. Thank you Filip! We can't wait to be back sometime!

The apartment had a really nice, modern design and feels very new. It's done to a high standard and details have been thought about. The quality of the bed, sheets and towels are high which is appreciated. Didn't actually meet with the host but he's available by text and was responsive.

The stairs leading to the property are shared with next door restaurant. Unfortunately a stray glass was left on the steps which was dangerous and caused an accident on arrival. Host assured me that this was a one-off.

The studio looks great and it has a superb position inside the wall of the golden gate. The host provides everything thats needed, no matter when you call him.

Everything. perhaps the highlight stay for our time in Croatia. Easily accessible, within the old town walls of Split. Great restaurant right below us. You can tell the host/owners really cared.

The location was excellent! Right at the gate of the old town, hence the name Golden Gate! Very clean and cosy apartment, fully equiped with taste and stile all IKEA, and the host Filip... a kind and involved young man that wad at our disposal 24/7!!! If you go to Split...this apartment is IDEAL to book...close to everything and extra extra comfortable and cosy!!! Thank you Filip! There is a Pizza Place right under the apartment....(excellent restaurant, excellent staff, excellent food and drinks), but if you want to go to sleep earlier, they can get a little noisy somentimes, and at the opening and closing of the restaurant.... the metal gate at the restaurant will wake you up no matter how deep of a sleeper you are 😅
