This property should be condemned. It is not fit to rent and is a scam with pictures to make someone believe that you can stay here in comfort. Property owners should need to update pictures at least yearly to continue using a booking pictures. No longer will i look on Vrbo or Expedia for rentals.

the listing price was cheaper per day than what I got charged. the place was so damp that even the beds were stinking like mildew. the toilet was backed up, the AC was not working I could not put my family and kid in a place where they could get sick. Honestly, I don't blame the owner, I blame VRBO for allowing such a deteriorated place to be listed not to mention the only house in the entire town that looked so bad it looked like an abandoned house, weeds growing around it, furniture was old but I will never get how such a rundown property could be listed that I could not stay, we left and didn't use the property and when I asked for a refund, I was told I couldn't have my money back. this has been the worst experience in my life. I sure hope your company does something to refund the money I spent. sorry but can't say anything good about this

The house was nice but kind of tight for a group of 8 since there is only one bathroom available. The owner was incredible and always provided us with useful information as well as good communication. The house is in a great spot being only 2 1/2 blocks away from the boardwalk. If you’re looking for a more upscale place then this property may not be for you, but if that’s not a priority, then this spot would be great for most vacationers .

The stove did not work and was filthy,ants all over the kitchen, the beds were horrible they had to be fifty years old, the bathroom door did not stay closed or lock. This house needs to be condemned. We left two days early .

Anthony was there at a drop of a hat whenever we needed anything! The pictures just don’t do this house justice I would recommend staying here to friends and family and I had a great time.

This house is a con!! Run away.. is everything you can imagine from a dumpster! Please ! Don’t waste your time and money on this reservation.

A couple of our beds were broken and there were ants in one of the beds. The AC wouldn’t work in the living room at times and the fridge was dirty.

The location to the beach is really good! The place is overall clean but not the cleanest to be completely honest. If you’re looking for a place to stay a few nights just to enjoy the surrounding areas this is the cheapest and best option!

They owner very friendly helped us out with anything we needed. Owner is a fantastic guy and is all for making his guest have the best stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Worked out great for our group of friends

My son and 6 of his friends stayed here for “sweek” (senior week) getaway. The property was as described and priced well. They had trouble with AC the first night, but it was quickly fixed the next day. Anthony is quick to respond and closeby for anything that might arise during your stay. The boys said they would stay again.

We had 13 people and it fit all of us, it was a little crammed but 13 people is definitely gonna crammed up anywhere. We really liked the neighborhood and distance from the beach and Wawa's and everything else it's close to everything. The house isn't the largest or nicest but it's gets the job done and I'd book again.

The house was just as advertised and the owner helped us with anything we needed. Really close to the beach and plenty of places to eat close by. Would stay here again!

Honestly the property is exactly how it is described! Every picture is what’s to be expected. It is in the best location literally 2 blocks from everything. There is a corner store located steps away from this unit which was super convenient for all of our last minute needs! Anthony was literally there any time we needed him...we had a problem with our air conditioning unit and he came and replaced the entire unit before we even got settled just awesome. We did do a bit of cleaning when we first got there only because I have a small child (1 yrs) and she gets into a lot other than that the stay was fine! No there is no oven but I also do not remember him even stating there was one lol but he does have a grill to use if you want to cook a bit and a stove and microwave. Yes we did notice a few ants but not anywhere near where we slept! Thanks Anthony for a great wknd!!!!

Great location, right near the center of town and not too far from the boardwalk, close to a dollar store if you need something and mini golf is right around the corner. There is enough room for 5 people, maintenance is there if you need it. Had a few ants and the oven doesn’t work but we weren’t going to use it anyway. Owner is very nice. Had a great time

The owner is very nice and accommodating. The owner is also there for anything you need. The house is exactly like in the pictures, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was an overall great stay!

Very dirty and no appliances that really work except the fridge. No dishes and the beds were shot only worn out pull out couches. Also ants very bad. They were even in the bed

The location of the house was perfect for my stay. I danced at the convention center for DXP nationals and it was only 2 and half blocks away! The owner was very friendly and even told me good luck! The house was exactly as pictured and Anthony accommodated for all my guests. Would definitely recommend and I will probabaly be back at the next nationals . :)

Renting from him was the best and easiest place to get to and to rent. The place was great and super affordable. Definitely would stay there again!
