I cannot say enough about the absolute perfection of this property. The pictures do not do it justice. Every detail in the home is well thought out and it is spotless. It is well equipped with many extras you do not typically see in most rentals. The location was perfect. The house is right on the beach and easily accessible to many restaurants, supermarkets, attractions or activities while still being quiet and private. The support team for the home was easily accessible and incredibly helpful. We hated leaving and we cannot wait to return again.

This is our second time in CR, but first time in Potrero and first time renting from Equity. We loved the location directly on the beach and enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night. We cooked at the house a few times as the grocery in town was convenient and the kitchen was very well stocked! Nice grill out back too! Plenty of restaurants nearby as well. If you want a relaxing stay in a less touristy area, this is the place. Travel during Covid is a hassle, but this trip was worth it!!

This property was all it promised! It had so many amenities, including a lot of cook wear. Alonso was so helpful and very responsive to our questions. Madai, the maid kept the house extremely clean! Location is great, so peaceful! We would highly recommend a rental car to get around to the different towns and restaurants nearby. Truly a wonderful place to come, we will definitely be back!

This house was everything we expected and more! Great location, incredible beach. The house was very clean. We'd highly recommend this house to anyone who loves a private location that's near good restaurants. We also recommend Chef Frank at Fed Better Belly for chef services - he was amazing!

Perfect spot to stay. Very clean and well maintained. Sailing club down the beach was great for rentals of boats, paddle boards, kayak etc. Very good restaurants nearby and beach bars right down the beach. Alfonso makes sure your visit goes smoothly.

The property was very comfortable and clean. It's located close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough away to experience the real Costa Rican experience. It's also convenient to most area attractions.

Wow! This property exceeded my expectations in every way. Having such a modern property directly on the sand is a rarity in this part of the world. I loved waking up with a run along the beach and a swim in the calm, warm bay. Not to mention the service! The staff (especially Alonso) will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need including the freshest local food. We will be back to Playa Potrero; a growing town that screams "Pura Vida."

This house is amazing. Room enough for two families with kids. location can't be beat. Alonso was very helpful and nice.

The Equity Premium residence is amazing. We have rented many homes over time and this was one of the best ever. It is in pristine condition and with an amazing beachfront location. It is as brand new with high end furniture and amenities. On staff maid ensures you really fell like you are in a resort. The black sand beach is very quiet and great for the teens to play. Many great beaches a short drive away. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a high end property. Alonso, the property manager is great and very useful.

The house is spectacular. Beachfront on a beautiful bay. The house has a lot of privacy in its own small gated community; but we were super close to the restaurants in Potrero and Flamingo, and I got a massage at the resort. It's the perfect home to watch the sunset in, too. Very clean home, brand new appliances, beautiful interior. It was great having a maid for our stay, too!

This home was extremely well designed to maximize views from every room. The location is also great with direct beach access in a beautiful bay. We woke up early every morning to paddle board the bay before breakfast and the scenery is fantastic, it is the perfect way to start your day. I love that Potrero has the feel of authentic Costa Rica while still having the restaurants and other amenities you look for on vacation. Alonso was also extremely helpful in booking excursions for our trip. We are already planning our return trip.

This is house exceptional. It is super clean and the amenities are all above expectations. Areas to improve are limited however, we have two suggestions. 1) It would have been nice to have the pool heated, we would have paid for that. 2) The back yard could use some smooth steeping stones as walking in bare feet is not good and rock paths. The location is very good. Close to great restaurants and beach bars. Over-all the house, the cleaning staff, the concierge and gardener were all exceptional. I would highly recommend renting this luxury house. We are super fussy and this place met all of our expectations and then some. We will be back!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this home on the beach! It was perfect for our family of 4 children ages 3-12. The kids spent hours in the pool and then would run to the ocean literally steps away from the home. We enjoyed our meals in the outdoor kitchen while watching the sun set over the ocean. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. The property manager was great and communicated with us before our trip and during. He helped us work out rental car issues and gave great recommendations of places to visit and eat. Definitely rent a car so you can explore and visit the area. There is so much to discover. We can't wait to return someday soon! Pura Vida!

We were so impressed with this house! I walked all of the beaches in the area while I was on vacation and I couldn't find one I liked more. This home is brand new and luxurious. Everything in the house is top notch. The location is also unbeatable. It's in a cute little gated community so you feel very safe; but there are restaurants and shops very nearby. The beach it's on is beautiful and great for swimming. We watched some phenomenal sunsets from the balcony. Definitely ask the hosts about having a chef cook dinner for you. It's so much fun! There's tons of other activities nearby and they can help you set those up, as well. Can't recommend this house enough!

Property is just as advertised, in pristine condition with ocean views from each of the bedrooms. The setting is beautiful for a private retreat or for families and friends to celebrate a slice of private heaven. I highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful and spacious new beach house right on a private beach on the Pacific. We body surfed waves every am, hiked on trails at neighboring Las Catalanas, spent a day enjoying the surf scene at Tamarindo , and caught fifteen 25-30 lb mahi mahi on a 3/4 day charter. And it was a spectacular place to watch the sunset with an end of day cocktail from the backyard! Restaurants in town were excellent and had a nice variety. The pool was very refreshing too after a day of travel too. House is nicely located to access a variety of outdoor activities/adventures and is just a easy 1 hr? drive from airport. The local Costa Rican’s in the surrounding towns were very warm and helpful. We will return as it was a great low hassle getaway!

Wow. This house exceeded all expectations. The outdoor living area with private pool steps from the beach was perfect. The master suite with outdoor shower and sweeping ocean views was another highlight...we slept with the doors open so we could hear the waves crashing at night...priceless. The local manager was very helpful in coordinating activities for us and ensuring our stay was perfect. The deep sea fishing they coordinated was world-class. We went fishing on Thanksgiving day and caught 6 Mahi Mahi...quite the Thanksgiving feast! The daily maid service was also a nice touch as the house was always spotless. We'll be back next year!

This home is so modern and sleek! The views of the ocean are spectacular! There was plenty of space for our family. We had a great time lounging by the pool and the best part that it was only steps to the beach! We felt very safe and comfortable with the gated entrance to the house. Kenny is the onsite property manager and he was extremely helpful with anything we needed. It was a great vacation and we would recommend to anyone traveling to Costa Rica!

This luxury house was right on the beach, brand new, spotless and perfect for our family get away. Close to activities but very private and secure. Views of the sunset over the bay from every room. The area was perfect for paddle boarding and snorkeling. With a well equipped kitchen, private pool, outdoor lounge, grill and eating area we had everything we needed for a very relaxing vacation. The manager was great in setting us up with day trips and assuring we had everything we needed.

This home is laid out to accommodate comfortable cozy family gatherings. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor living space is a natural gathering spot. The ocean is your backyard and the sun sets are stunning. The property manager helped us line up great excursions. We toured volcanos, went white water rafting, saw a sea turtle migration, chartered a morning of fishing (and grilled fresh caught tuna!). We hired a chef (Estefania Tasara) to come in and cook a great family meal (Mahi Mahi in creole sauce) and we also enjoyed a visit from a masseuse. Some of us enjoyed reading books while listening to the surf. The more adventurous went surfing. The tour guides we hired for friendly and helpful and, yes, they managed to find monkeys for us to see. A great week at a beautiful home in a location which offered endless exploration possibilities!

We loved this house! It's truly a gem. It's very modern, with all new appliances and fixtures (It was built very recently). You can tell there was a lot of thought put into the details. The design is beautiful and luxurious! It's also in an amazing location. Potrero is a lovely town. The house is right on the beach, which was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. The sunsets were breathtaking overlooking the bay the house sits on. Playa Flamingo is very close, as well which made it easy to get an in-home massage from a resort masseur. There are several restaurants nearby that we loved. Definitely go to Coco Loco - awesome seafood! The owners provided an outstanding experience, as well. We felt like we had our own concierge. Alonso provided us with a ton of options for day trips and then set them all up for us. It was so easy and affordable! I recommend getting the in-home chef and taking advantage of the great fishing just offshore. Overall, my family loved our visit to this home. The beachfront experience was unrivaled, making me fall in love with Costa Rica even more. I will definitely be staying at this house again in the future!
