Modern style and clean room. Nice cafeteria just around the corner

No staff, automated check-in placed outside in the cold, check in panel didn't work so I had to call the hotline, but a nice person helped me to check in finally. Room was cold, no carpet, bed was very simple, felt uncomfortable and cancelled my planned second stay

• Laut website (und booking.com) hat das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Hat es aber nicht. Sitze jetzt in einem Zimmer an der Trauner Kreuzung (sprich LAUT, weil viel Verkehr) und kann das Zimmer NICHT abkühlen! • WC hat kein Licht - aber ein Telefonanruf bracht nichts. So ist das halt, wenn keiner vor Ort ist. • Dusche hat auch kein Licht - ist noch zu verkraften. • LAUT: Das WC wird mit einer Schiebetür vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt. Diese Schiebetür schließt aber nicht bündig => man/frau hört jedes Geräusch aus dem WC. • LAUT: Weil es ja wie erwähnt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gibt und das Zimmer einfach zu warm wurde, um gut zu schlafen, habe ich ein Fenster geöffnet. Aber selbst wenn die halbstarke Dorfjugend vom McDonalds nebenan mit ihren röhrenden BMWAUDIBENZ weg ist (McD schliesst um 0:00), ist der Strassenverkehr noch zu laut, um bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Man kann sich auch nicht unterhalten bei offenem Fenster. Und das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Hörsching. • Obwohl ich darum gebeten habe, haben wir keine Extra-Kissen im Zimmer. Service wird hier nicht geboten

I liked the location, the room, and the cleaning. The breakfast was really delicious.

I would improve the communication: I had to ask for the invoice two times. There is only one QR code for information about breakfast. You can have breakfast at the cafe/ bakery on the ground floor, but that is a separate company. They do not know about the breakfast was included in the price. On the second morning the staff asked for the invoice, and I was lucky, because i already got it, so i could present it. It is also recommended to book a table for breakfast, which is also not communicated, and can cause unpleasant surprise, if you do not have too much time in the morning. All of the other services, and the meal was perfect.

I liked the room size. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the coffee that we had in the morning in our room. I liked the nice smell in the hotel.

The hotel location is good for my tasks. The room is relatively big

I had flys at my room. They came from sewer of ventilation.
