Easy public parking nearby The owner takes care of a lot of details that make the difference: shampoo and soap are available, she borrows some slippers, you find tea bags, a welcome snack and water bottle.... The house is spacious, the kitchen and living room are actually just for you which was great for us since we ended up having a rainy weekend.

Everything was great except that the air conditioner was extremely loud and under powered. But the room / house was great with lots of space! We’ll cleaned and maintained. Nice to have a proper gas stove to cook some pasta on as well! :-)

PERFECT! The house is very clean, beautiful and spacious. The landlady (Francesca) is really helpful and is always available via phone or messages. The decoration was very nice. All the facilities are complete and almost new. It’s located very close to a supermarket (2 minutes walk), and would be a very good place for staying with family.

Very welcoming. Convenient for airport and main train station (each a ten minute walk). good shower. excellent value for money.

Location of the property is very good, no more than 20 minutes of a very slow walk from the airport. Communication with Francesca (host) is great, she replies to all messages via Booking.com very quickly; picking up the keys was very easy as Francesca met us and explained everything, there's also a safe at the property where the keys can be picked up from in case Francesca would be unavailable to greet guests in person. Torre di Pisa is 35 minutes of a slow walk from the property, there's Eurospin supermarket nearby (3 min walk), Pisa train station is about 10 min walk away. Property is spacious, well equipped, big dining room with table for six people. Two bedrooms, one master with double bed and another one with two single beds, small toilet and bathroom. Generally house is very clean and guest friendly, however lack of Wi-Fi can bother some people. Overall cannot say a bad word.

Pavements leading to the property are in really bad condition but I'm afraid that Francesca can do nothing about it. Portable air con in the master bedroom is great during the hot summer, but during the winter months is not really good so a unit with heating option would suit it better. Otherwise one has to use central heating.
