Unit was a lil small for us but we made it work it had everything we needed and was clean.

I’ve been coming to AMI for 15 years and the location of this property is top notch...directly on the beach and walking distance to beach bars and food. Based on the current rental costs on AMI, this property is probably priced appropriately. I would not call the accommodations high-end (could use a few updates, noise from upstairs, no pool to speak of, a bit of a musty smell), but everything was in working order, nicely decorated, and clean. Overall I would rent again for a long weekend...great location, IVP staff is excellent and helpful, and we love AMI!

Perfect location, right in the beach! Restaurants are close enough to walk, Wicked Cantina is the best!! Beware tho the folks upstairs can be loud I had to contact mgt about that. Otherwise awesome!!! Beach chairs were always available, my bed was SO comfortable!!! We never used the pull out couch. You just can’t go wrong here!

Location is ideal - right on the beach, views of the ocean from the covered patio which was awesome. Walking distance from many restaurants. Space itself was very comfortable. Bedroom is facing the street but noise was not an issue for us. Would stay here again!

It was great, only problem I ran into was I couldn’t find any check out instructions anywhere. I didn’t figure until after I got home, that I received an email with checkout instructions that went straight to my junk folder.

Read the directions and follow them. Pack extra toilet paper, 1 roll provided. Chairs available as long as other units don't take more than their share. Unit 10 is upstairs & sleeps 10 people, so, very loud, stomping heard all day & night, but it accommodates the bigger families. Water pressure was phenomenal, good condition apartment overall.

Could use more shelves and hooks to put things. Small dishwasher doesn't work well. Could use better cookware. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Check in and out process is very easy. Having a dumpster available is great. Hard to get into this place due to repeat guests reserving for the following year before it is made available online. This seems common on the island though. We have had an enjoyable extended stay 2 years in a row.

Change the gate lock s as some guests had trouble using it and often left the gates open, defeating the purpose.

The condo was very clean and had a good supply of dishes, etc. We did have a problem hooking up to the internet and had to wait a day to get in contact with the office. They were good in responding. The air conditioner worked well but had a constant noise rattle in the bedroom. A queen bed would be nice. The beach was great and chairs were supplied. A restaurant was next door but you never heard noise and it was very quiet. It helped to cut down public access to the beach. The condo on top was being renovated, so I am not sure what the noise level would be with the two bedroom condo above. Overall, we really loved the convenience of the condo and you cannot get any closer to the beach

It was right next to the Kokonut Hut Beach bar and restaurant, and was convenient for a delicious cocktail or meal. Everything was within walking distance. And, the beach was steps from our door. Being able to walk right out of the unit directly on to the sand was perfect and having the screened in porch added extra living space. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A few minor things (that absolutely would not stop us from coming back!) but might be helpful for others is... having the tiki bar/restaurant next door is very convenient and good food.. but you do smell the food frying most of the day when you’re on the beach. The furniture in the living room is nice it’s just not super comfy/cozy. Lastly the unit above is a three bedroom unit and with that there are lots of footsteps above. Again, none of these things would stop us from coming back to beautiful AMI and staying in this unit!! The beach and water are beautiful. We watched gorgeous sunsets right from the front of the condo! Jason and the team at Island Vacation Properties were very helpful and awesome to work with! Hoping to plan a trip back next year!!!

The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We hope to return soon.
