We had a lovely stay here. The Villa is super. Well appointed with sea views and no immediate neighbours. The Villa is very spacious and of a high quality finish. Yiannis, the owner was very welcoming and came to the property to meet us and even offered to drive us around to show us where everything was in the area. If you want a quiet relaxing break this Villa certainly ticks that box. We would come here again

On arrival we was greeted by giannis with a welcome pack, the villa is beautiful and well equipped for eight people and was spacious for us ( four adults three children), the villa is about 50 metres from the beach, and about 25 minute walk into polis square, we did hire a car which I would recommend,the pool was huge and kept clean by giannis, the surroundings are fantastic the kid's loved picking fresh fruit for breakfast, would definitely return to this property.

We're a family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) and stayed in villa Ammoyiali late May 2019. The villa itself is new, very beautiful and set within a fruit orchard. It is secluded with the nearest road being about 50 metres away, which had very little traffic. Overall a very peaceful setting. All bedrooms and living spaces have a sea view and, because the villa faces north west on the bay, the views at sunset are spectacular. It was just under an hour's drive from Paphos airport, with a pre-arranged people carrier taxi costing us 35 euros each way. The local beach directly outside the villa is nice and clean but has no amenities, so wasn't ideal for our young children. The nearest child friendly beach we found was in Latchi, a nice and mostly sandy beach about 10 minutes by car. Coral Bay was also a great beach about 40 minutes away. When we weren't at the beach the pool area itself was perfect for both playing and relaxing, with the swimming pool being quite large. Although not heated, the water was warm even by late May. We also had great fun at Paphos water park, about a 50 min drive. Polis town centre is 5 minutes by car, as are various amenities inc large supermarket, butchers, chemist etc. There are numerous restaurants to choose from in the area. We tried traditional tavernas in Polis and also beach front fish restaurants in Latchi and weren't disappointed. Car hire is suggested as the area is quite spread out. Thank you to the owner Giannis who organised a birthday cake for our eldest son during our stay. He was very helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. Overall we felt it a great property for both relaxing as well as exploring the Paphos area. We would certainly consider returning.

Toller Urlaub in einer schönen Gegend mit sehr netten Menschen. Das Haus ist neuwertig und für zwei Familien sehr gut ausgestattet. Großer Pool und die Entfernung zu dem einsamen Strand gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Optimal für Ruhe und Erholung! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr gute Bars und Restaurants in Polis und Latchi. Überall nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Giannis hat uns sehr nett empfangen und kümmerte sich liebevoll um das Haus und Pool. Er ist immer zur Stelle wenn er gebraucht wird und gab uns gute Tipps. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und gut betreut. Wir kommen wieder! Ioan und Family

This villa is tucked away and is private and secluded. It is new, beautiful, and well-cared for. The owner is really helpful and kind. The short track to a quiet beach is really handy. Polis is a lovely town with the Art Cafe one of our favourite places. The access to the Akamas Peninsula and Mountains is excellent and Paphos is a thirty minute drive. This villa and location are perfect for a peaceful quiet break with nature all around. We loved it.

We were 2 families comprising of 4 adults and 4 children who stayed at Villa Ammoyiali over the October half term. The villa was fabulous: modern, clean, spacious and with great views of the sea. Each bedroom has an en-suite and either a balcony or a terrace. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a welcome relief when the temperature hit 30 degrees! The pool was pristine and was great for both the children and adults and was regularly cleaned by the owner, Giannis. The villa is surrounded by fruit trees, I loved picking a grapefruit for breakfast each morning. There was ample seating for all of us, inside and out, and as we ate outside every evening it was a welcome relief to discover that there seemed to be very few bugs around! I can’t praise the owner Giannis highly enough, he is extremely courteous and attentive without being obtrusive. Nothing was too much for him, he even gave us a quick tour of the local area in his car and often arrived bearing gifts of pomegranates and apple cake! Although we didn’t hire a car I would say that a car would be useful, as the shops and restaurants are about a half hour walk away. Overall I would highly recommend this villa as the perfect way to escape and enjoy a relaxing family holiday.
