Great clear communication with the owners and property just as described. We stayed for a golf weekend and we’re close to TPC Tampa Country Club. Beds were comfortable. A nice outdoor area and Ubered easily into Ybor City and Armature Works. Would Recommend!

Great place for a family stay

Clean home, lots of space, easy access to lots of places- just be ready to pay tolls. We were attending a a women’s conference at the Marriott at Tampa Airport. We also were Able to hit the beach in St. Petersburg in an hours drive. The owners were very engaging and responsive. The home met our needs; we weren’t partying but I was disappointed by all of the rules sent to me after we checked in. I need the hot tub for my back, couldn’t use it b/c it was cold when I would return at 9:45pm from the conference; it automatically shuts off at 10 and doesn’t turn on until 8am. We had hoped to have some discussions about meetings at the house after we had our sessions, but only registered guests allowed. If these rules were posted on web site then I missed it. I get respecting the neighbors, but I hate that other people have ruined it for responsible adults who just want to sit quietly in a hot tub or talk by the pool. I haven’t been to Tampa in 20 years and was surprised by all of the toll roads. They bill your tag- if you have a rental car there is usually a large convenience fee if you aren’t prepared. I know this has nothing to do with owners- just a heads up if you read this.

I have always been honest when reviewing properties. I have yet to write a bad review. But, unfortunately, this is a bad one. The house was nice at first. The house could have been much cleaner. This brings me to the most important review of our stay. On night two we found a cockroach. We only saw it because we dropped a piece of popcorn on the rug. My husband was reaching to grab it and the biggest cockroach I have ever seen in my entire life grabbed it and backed up under the couch. My husband lifted the couch. We found two more, they ran into a light socket behind the couch. We were able to kill the popcorn thief. So I immediately message the owner, which responded fairly quickly. She responded by basically saying they have never had them there before. She said they have regular pest control. She said this 3 or 4 times. She also said that she did not think they were roaches, that they were most likely water bugs. I assure you that is not what these were. It is also very hurtful that she insinuated I may be lying. So, the next morning I was upstairs in the master bedroom and a cockroach crawled between my legs as I was standing by my suitcase. That was open and on the floor! I had to wash my suitcase and all of the clothes. My husband killed it after it hid behind the table. Again, I messaged her and she said that pest control could not come until AFTER our stay! She did say that we should do whatever we are comfortable with. So, we left. She did refund the remaining 3 days that we would not be staying on her property. But we had to get last-minute lodging. For two families. So our refund didn't even come close to covering three nights in two hotel rooms last minute. We went to Florida for my son's 12th birthday and my 31st. I cried as we were leaving because this was not how our vacation should have been. Unfortunately, this review does not allow pictures to be submitted or I would post the pictures I have of the cockroaches.

My family of 8 stayed here and it was perfect in every way. The location is a nice quite neighborhood, that is really centrally located to beaches, activities, food, you name it. We were able to go where we wanted within a short drive. When we stayed in to just relax the game room and pool kept everyone entertained. Beds are comfortable and has plenty of room. Loved everything about this house and look forward to coming back again.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice spacious house perfect for our family. Big dining room table for all of us to eat at, great backyard with a pool and screened in porch which got alot of use. We even used the grilled to barbecue. Overall it's a great place for a family.

We had a terrific time at this house for a girls getaway. Julie and Stan were excellent hosts and the house exceeded expectations.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in a while, not just because of the house, but the neighbors were also very friendly which gave off an impression of being at home.

Owners were wonderful. Strong communication. House had tons of towels and blankets and kitchen fully stocked with coffee and other essentials! Thank you!

We got to the property and I cried it was so nice. A beautiful pool, mini golf, lanai outside. All the bathroom were big with lots of storage for toiletries (a must for women or whatever your gender) and TONS of games and playthings for the kids. There was so many toys we had to hide them because we were afraid they would get lost. The pool area had pool toys, life vests, and a high lock to the pool area so little ones couldn't wander out and get hurt. The beds were comfy and we all slept like rocks every night. The one snafu we had was they had this fabulous motion sensor faucet in the kitchen that suddenly went on the fritz. The water wouldnt stop running. I got under the sink (I am handy) and shut off the cold water, and tried to take the batteries out but I couldnt get the hot water off ( the owner is a burly man and he must have tightened it, yikes) I was panicking that this water was going to be running all day, and was running around looking for the main shut off to the whole house when I called the host (he left his number) He answered as I was freaking out and he was there in like 5 minutes and fixed it. He was so nice and pleasant. I also accidently sent a package to the house after I left and this nice host delivered it to my inlaws around the corner. You couldnt ask for better hosts. The location is so convenient as well, there is a Walmart within walking distance, and the neighborhood is friendly and very well-maintained. Don't think twice, just stay here. You don't even need to leave the house to have a good time. We spent all our time in the pool, cooking (loved the grill!) , playing games, and catching up with family, we didn't even go anywhere, just enjoyed the warm weather and the fabulous amenities.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We loved having access to so many games as well as the hot tub and pool. The space has so much charm and we found everything to be super easy to find. Part of that is because everything is labeled! The owners were so responsive and really easy to communicate with. Definitely a fun stay!!

This is a great house for a larger group. We had 8 adults and we all slept comfortably. Walmart and target less than 1 mile away. The hot tub and pool were amazing as well as the game room. We had a little trouble with the TV but no big deal, I’m not in Florida to watch TV. We had some trouble with the hot tub but the property owner was over there in 10 minutes and he fixed it right up for us. Overall such a good experience. Would definitely book again.

Great communication with owners. Several amenities included that you normally have to supply yourself. Fun for the whole family.

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Florida. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Julie and Stan were very quick at answering any questions I had.

The house was within 15 minutes of the airport, Busch Gardens and Ben T Davis beach. It was also 1 mile from grocery stores which was super convenient. The house had everything to keep 9 people content aged 5 to 41. Clean house. Quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely book there again!

We had a large group stay at this house earlier this month and had a great time. The backyard oasis is definitely the highlight, and the house was very clean. The host was extremely responsive, and worked with our crazy schedule, no problem. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to chill out by the pool in a location not too far from downtown.

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. The house was clean and well equipped with labels and instructions for everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was enjoyable!! Nice neighborhood! Julie and Stan were easy to contact and available for assistance. Definitely will be back soon ❤️

Property was just like pictures. Very clean and delightful.. grandkids couldn't get enough of the pool and hot tub was relaxing..cooked out every night and kitchen was very stocked up with what we needed.. highly recommended.

We stayed here for an adults trip/friends birthday. The house is clean & we would definitely stay again. Walmart is literally minutes from the location, as well as highways making it easy to get to everything. Our only complaint was the hot tub can not come on after 10pm. We understand it’s because of the neighbors & past noise complaints but it really sucked not be able to use it for a late night dip. But overall we loved the house.

Overall my family and I were satisfied. Outside of the roofers waking us up each morning, we were pleased with the stay.

Located close to everything you need for an extended stay. Very helpful hosts.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. 30-50 min to clearwater, st petes etc depending on traffic, 20 min to Busch gardens. We were able to get day trips in everyday and still come back in time to have fun in the pool and hot tub. Stan and Julie were awesome and very responsive. I would highly suggest this property to anyone looking to enjoy all tampa has to offer

Place is great! I had an amazing time with my fiancee and friends. Owners were flexible on allowing us to check out an hr later. Communication was 100%. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the stay!
