Sandy was the best host ever and made our two week stay a pleasure. She had everything there and ready for our stay, which saved me from packing a lot of extra stuff!!!

The co do was as show. In the photos on the VRBO site. Beautiful 7th floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool was heated throughout our stay and the residents of the building were very friendly and fun. Sandy (condo host) was excellent. She was always accessible and responded very quickly whenever we needed to talk with her. Some parts of the kitchen were in need of cleaning (cupboards) as a result of frequents rentals I’d suggest. We would be very pleased to recommend this unit and look forward to returning.

The condo was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. We had a relaxing couple of weeks. The beach is fabulous - wide, flat and wonderful for walking (also no drive). We would definitely rent again.

We completely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Sun soaked mornings with coffee watching the Ocean - wonderful way to start your day. Walking the beach collecting shells or riding our bikes or playing Pickle Ball we had an amazing stay. The condo is just as you see in the pictures. Very well done and super comfortable for all humans.

Beautiful, well kept unit! Everything anyone could want for the perfect beach vacation. The owner was easy to contact and immediately took care of any concerns we had. My family also rented two other units at this location, that belonged to the same owner. All her condos were just what we wanted. Planning on renting them again next summer. Thanks for making our family vacation special

enjoyed all aspects of the condo. Many nice features and many accommodations. Great location- plan to be back in the fall.

Location was amazing, far enough away from the crowds but close enough if thats your thing. Condo was clean and had everything you would need for you vacation. View was beautiful and even saw dolphins from the balcony most days. Sandy was quick with responses to my questions and we didnt have any issues with the condo.

Had everything we needed and more!!

If you are looking for a two-bedroom condo rental in Ponce Inlet, look no further. This updated unit had great kitchen accessories, lovely furnishings and my favorite--great interior illumination. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The property manager, Sandy, responded quickly when a question arose. She has set the benchmark very high for property managers. This was a great experience. We highly recommend the unit to anyone who is searching for a Ponce Inlet unit rental ...but do not delay--the unit is always in high demand. Five stars out of five starts without doubt!

This place was nicely decorated, clean and had an amazing view. Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the pool and beach with all the beach supplies you need. I called the property manager twice with questions (prior to arriving) and she was quick to reply and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this unit. We will likely rent this one again.

The property is a perfect location for Ponce. The orchestra of waves lapping the shore relieves all the stresses and rejuvenates you. A wonderful pool and pool deck on 1st floor along with beach access. The unit has it all for inside and beaching. You need only your suit. Umbrellas, chairs, towels, even the drill to dig for umbrellas. It was close to perfection. The tv in master was not reliable, but owner will probably correct. Host was there to fix all that went a rye, fairly and promptly. The noise was minimal, the building is clean and safe. Best VRBO ever. Large enough for 4 adults. We will be back

This was our first stay at Ponce Inlet as well as our first stay at a condo on the beach. We were very satisfied with the condo. The location was great. The condo itself was amazing. So quaint and decorated so cute. It has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and stocked with cookware, containers, silverware, beach towels, beach equipment, etc. Access to the beach was very easy. Elevator access was never a problem. I have nothing negative at all to say about our stay. Sandy was so attentive to our needs and questions. This was, by far, our favorite stay at the beach. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sandy!!

Awesome Condo...Awesome Location...Awesome Owner!! Don't get much better!

We had the best vacation at our favorite beach, Ponce Inlet! Our condo at EastWind was the perfect location and totally suited our needs. The unit is modernly up to date with lovely furniture and bathroom necessities. The kitchen has a huge countertop space that was perfect when cooking and entertaining our family. Also loved having the bar stools for extra seating. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need. We loved the heavy curtains in the living room and master bedroom to help keep it dark in the mornings if we wanted to sleep in. One of our favorite things about the location of East Winds is that it’s right next door to Racing’s the North Turn. Such a fun restaurant for lunch or dinner on the beach. We also love that Ponce Inlet is less crowded than other beaches in the area but still only a few minutes from any food or entertainment you could imagine. Our renter was so easy to communicate with and did a great job keeping us up to date on any information regarding the Covid restrictions. We will definitely be back next year

Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. The location is great with lots to do! Easy access to and from the beach and was not busy at all! There are games to play and plenty of toys to use. The appliances were very nice and new. The view alone is worth the booking!

We had a spectacular view of the ocean and beach, the condo is absolutely beautiful and the furnishings were excellent. We felt right at home and the kitchen has everything we needed and them some and we liked having are favorite restaurant right next door. And we loved the saltwater pool. We would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to come back soon.

Condo was very clean and had everything you needed! Great location and close to many restaurants. We really enjoyed our time there and didn’t want to leave!

The condo was exceptional, view was fantastic, beach was perfect, owner was terrific!

Everything was exactly as described. All the creature comforts you could want while away from home...and a few extras. This is prime spot for viewing sunrise over the ocean and sunsets over the Halifax river. All the local restaurants were very good! We were able to run every morning down to Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and back for our 5 mile run! Enjoyed several kayak excursions on the spruce Creek, and the Halifax. The condo kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking/baking wares. Plenty of beach toys, chairs and towels. We loved the open layout and unobstructed view from kitchen to balcony. Great comfy chairs on balcony. Enjoyed coffee every morning on balcony. Also, felt the community here was very friendly and we played organized bingo and dice games in the community room. The tennis courts were also in great condition and we made use of the racquets and balls provided by the condo owner.

My husband and I have stayed in rentals in this area many times over the last 30 years, but I must say, this one is the best! No junk here - dishes, pots and pans, even cutlery were very nice. Looked like new. Kitchen cupboards were the soft close. I like that you opened up the kitchen wall to make it appear more open, rather than just a pass through. Beds were very comfortable. Even went so far as to include very nice toiletries in the bathrooms. Nice touch. We like the location on the no drive beach. East Winds is an extremely well kept property even in the public places - floors were kept mopped, pool furniture was cleaned and straightened daily. I could live there!!!

Great condo in an ideal location. What a view!! I couldn't have asked for anything more. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms stocked better than any top hotel. The owner responded immediately when we had a slight problem understanding the thermostat. Would defintely stay here again!!

Our experience with renting this condo was totally effortless . The condo was immaculate , the view was spectacular . Morning coffee on the balcony looking out at the ocean was unbelievable . It was comfortable and very cozy . Everything that you would look for in a getaway is covered here. We will definitely be back .
