The property was just as described and it was super clean and comfortable. It more than enough space for my partner and I. The location was perfect as we were in the middle of everything and most places was just a short walk away. This was my first time staying in a Vrbo sponsored apartment, and everything went great. The owners were kind enough to give us restaurant recommendations and leave a to do book as well. I would stay here again!

I am so glad I booked this condo and this unit. This unit is updated and felt clean and had everything we needed. We only had to buy food. But there are plenty restaurants nearby as well so you don't need to stock up your fridge. On check in day, the remote control didn't work for tv even though we changed the battery. Ty offered to come and fixed the issue same day. He was so helpful. I will book this condo again next time I would be on Maui.

Moderately inconvenient issue at check in that the host was very responsive in resolving. Overall, it’s a lovely place in a great location with a solid host. Stay here if you get the chance.

The property and my unit was true to the description ! Very clean and well maintained ! The unit was thoughtfully and well stocked . The view is beautiful with garden , pool and a glimpse of the ocean . The location is a short walk down the path to the cross walk to the beach . During my stay the building was quiet . South Kihei has most amenities within walking distance . I loved my stay!

We had an amazing stay at this accommodation in Maui. The location was excellent, just one block away from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the ocean and beautiful views. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail as we found everything we needed for our beach outings: chairs, umbrellas, fins, and even a portable cooler. This made our beach trips even more comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to the convenience of the beach gear, the accommodation itself was very well-equipped. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay, allowing us to relax and make the most of our vacation. Wonderful Kihei visit! Fabulous location close to great beaches, restaurants, and stores. Loved the unit! Tastefully decorated with quality furniture and appliances. Very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the small pool surrounded by lush tropical trees and plants. Was a quiet 3rd floor unit overlooking the pool. Always knew when to head to pool for cool dip. Appreciated that it was a non-smoking location which had designated smoking area(s. Great communication with owner.

We love our stay in Maui Vista. Great location across the beach and close to a couple food trucks and ABC store. The one-bedroom condo was well stocked with all the necessities for our family of 4, it comes with all things you need for the beach (sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards etc.). In suite laundry is very handy so we were able to pack light. Kitchen has everything we needed (even a rice cooker) for our stay so we didn’t have to eat out everyday. We can’t wait to come back. Mahalo Maui!

Clean, comfortable condo in a great location - easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops, and several beaches. The condo was well equipped, including beach equipment and towels. Was plenty big for 2 people. Only downside was the pool was pretty small, but not an issue if you are a beach person. We'd stay here again.

The property is in a very convenient location, right across a beach and around stores. The place itself was very clean and well supplied with beach items. Ty was also super accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here, and I will also be looking to return in the future!

The condo is clean, very comfortable, has a nice kitchen, and a very convenient location.

The Condo location is great with a few mins to the beach! The Unit is well-stocked and clean. The condominium itself is very outdated. I've had some concerns and suggestions to the Landlord regarding the Unit: all soap dispensers were full but not working and leaking; the Bedroom doesn't have windows and via the portable A/C duct opening you can hear everyone talking by the elevator which is close by. The Unit has 2 very loud portable A/Cs so you can't even sleep even though some other Units in the building have perm A/Cs. The ceiling Fan in the Bedroom is very loud and you can't even fall asleep with this Fan and portable A/C on. The bed in the Bedroom is very old and uncomfortable with worn-up bedsheets. This Unit doesn't fit quite 4 people since the sleep sofa in the living room is not suitable for 2 people to sleep in (it's very tiny with the folding angle across). You can put a kid or 2 kids there but not 2 adults. I am not trying to bring up all the complaints, but I'd like to suggest changing the Unit description to make it more realistic. I think prospective renters would thank you for doing such a service. Wi-Fi is very slow with some interruptions. Also, please note that a Check-out time is 10.00 AM so make your plans in advance if you have a flight later in the day (some flexibility would be appreciated for future tenants) and Check-in is at 4.00 PM. Was even able to see the ocean and sunset colours

We had a great time. The condo was just like the pictures and was very clean. There was plenty of supplies and even some spices. The proximity to the beach is only a couple minute walk. There are many beach supplies including chairs, boogie boards and a couple of coolers. Ty was very accommodating and generous. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ty’s apartment over Christmas. It was very clean and well-equipped with beach toys and chairs, coolers, ice machine, smoothie maker, washer and dryer, and other items which made our stay very comfortable. It is a short walk to Charly Young beach and we could see the ocean and pool from our balcony. The check in and out procedure was seamless. Overall we had a very nice time on our Maui vacation. For us, a comfortable bed and cleanliness are the most important and we chose this property because many past reviews mentionned the cleanliness and a few mentionned the comfy bed. Well this property exceeded all my expectations by far!!! The bed was the most comfortable I’d ever experienced in a vacation rental (or any 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in), the condo was impeccably clean and equipped with all we needed to cook and chairs, coolers and more to fully enjoy the beach. In addition, we were at walking distance from our favoyrite beach! And last but surely not least: after our flight to go back home was cancelled, the host was quick to reply even if I messages him late at night and generously accommodated us! I will never book anywhere else - it was a PERFECT stay and experience!

This condo was very clean and is centrally located in Kihei close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing simple meals. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly.

I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency, but my partner was able to stay at Maui Vista condo and he very much enjoyed it. It was clean and quiet and he loved listening to the birds when sitting on the balcony. The location was excellent, easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, stores, and beaches. He would definitely stay there again and I'm looking forward to staying there in the future.

The property is located within a few minutes walk from Charley Young Beach and a short walk to the Kamaole Beach parks. These beaches were beautiful, with calm waters, and the sunsets here were spectacular. Furthermore, the property is a 10-minute walk from a lot of good restaurants and food trucks. The property itself had all the equipment needed to enjoy the beach or pool. This includes pool noodles, cooler, snorkel gear, body boards, beach chairs, and even water proof cases for your phone. The kitchen was fully supplied with cookware and dishes, as well. The view from the balcony includes one of the pools in the complex and a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. We got to enjoy the pool whenever we didn't feel like dealing with the sand. It was never crowded. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future!

This was a beautiful condo that worked perfect for us. Ty even had the condo ready early for us and their was water in the fridge which was much appreciated! It was a very easy check in process and accessible to many resteraunts and activities. There was a fun booklet put together with different activities, shopping, and eating to look at and beach gear available too! Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely use this condo again!

Great condo in a great location in Kihei - less than a 5 min walk to a relatively uncrowded beach, close to restaurants, and an easy drive anywhere else. Unit itself was very nice and had a nice view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days! The property was fairly close to everything. It is within walking distance to restaurants, the beach, and gas stations. The property was very clean and it was so convenient having the beach chairs, coolers, and boogie boards in the room for us to use. The pool was also very nice to have. We would highly recommend and hopefully we will be back again someday!

I told Ty I want to come back for a longer period of time next time. It was a very nice experience.
