What a beautiful home! My family and I had an amazing time. We would absolutely come visit again!

Robyn: The property was only marginally clean. Also, please be aware: the small toaster on the kitchen counter is a fire hazard. It is quite difficult to confirm when you turn it off. I had left it on and quite by chance realized it. The house is truly overstuffed with stuff that only makes it look extremely cluttered. Suggest you do a thorough de clutter of the place, especially the dozens of pillows that really don't add to any comfort and the endless nick knacks. The controls to the dishwasher are broken, one has to guess as to the cycle chosen. Could not find the switch to turn on the lights over the kitchen table. Suggest you label the switches for ease of use. On the positive side: thank you for providing linens and towels and the many other amenities (dish washing soap, etc.) Regards.

The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and a dream to cook in. Plenty of room for a large family. All of the furniture was so comfortable and a TV in every room. Comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The deck was amazing with a lovely view of the bay. The neighborhood is very quiet. With all of the trees we felt as if we were in a tree house. Every evening and morning we would see deer walking through the property. We went for a bike ride using the bikes provided in the garage every evening. The surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful as well. Just a short drive to the beach. A parking pass was provided which made parking easy. Robyn was incredible to work with and a wonderful host. Robyn really goes out of her way to make you feel welcome and to have all that you need for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and hope to return again.

Great house for a large family. Convenient location.

The house was very spacious for our group of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs. Lots of room to have your own space as well as to be together. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and it was a short drive to the beach. And, we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. Robyn responded to all of my questions quickly and was a great host.

We loved staying there and there was also lots of wildlife in the neighborhood like bunnies! Close to the beach.

Safe neighborhood. Lovely property. The host was prompt in her communication and instructions. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time

Nice area, home is nice. Needs some tlc from owners. Not much but does need some care. Basics but necessary. Home is very spacious and is away from the craziness of Route 1 but close enough to get to anything you need. I would recommend folks to stay at this home.

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed several beautiful walks. Only 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown Rehoboth shops in one direction and outlets and movie theater in another. Robyn was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed and more. From cold lemonade in the refrigerator to all the condiments, coffee, and even our favorite teas. Robyn was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our needs. The living room was very cozy and conducive to spending time as a family. Great stay.

The house had great appliances so we had no problem cooking our thanksgiving dinner for 12. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils we needed and more. The dinning room table was large enough to seat everyone. The We have a family of soccer fans. The TV's all worked well. The owners provided sheets and towels if we wanted to use them. The only requirement was washing and folding what we used. The heating system worked well. There was plenty of off street parking for our 5 cars. Overall it was a great rental unit and we would consider renting it again. Bing Hobson

What a wonderful property! My two sisters, Lucy my Westie and I spent a week at this beautiful home. Loved the coziness, but so much space for everything. Great kitchen, and the water views were lovely. We hated leaving. Great walks, lunches, shopping were amazing, then home cooked dinners and wine. We put together a 750 piece puzzle. All so relaxing, and the weather, wow just perfect.

We stayed mid October and had beautiful weather. This is a wonderful home for families. The home was well equipped for all of our needs. We were busy with our church festival all week but we always found ourself wanting to go back to the house and relax by the fire. Nice home to entertain guests as well. We made great use of the well stocked kitchen as we love to cook. The beds slept very well. The home is in a very peaceful neighborhood and the deer came to visit each day. The owners as well as the property manager were always available if you may need them, but there was never a need to bother them. We would definitely come back. Let's just say....You can't go wrong staying here.

Myself, a few friends, and their 2 pups spent a long (off-season) weekend here recently and we all had a great time. The house is very spacious with a great kitchen. It’s within a 10 minute drive of all the local beaches and set back enough from the Rt 1 highway so it was very quiet as well. We did have one minor issue, but the host, Robyn, was extremely accommodating to us, offering to correct immediately. We would definitely consider staying here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Robyn was very easy to communicate with! We loved waking up to our view every morning and having our coffee on the deck! We will be sure to comeback!

The house has everything!

Myself, my husband and my four sons had a great stay in this home. The boys made good use of the bikes provided and rode to the beach every day. We made good use of the parking pass and found parking close to the beach in the suggested streets. We had one little glitch on our first full day at the house and Robyn sent someone to address the problem right away even though it was a Sunday. The home was spacious and well equipped. We loved the kitchen! Thank you!

We loved the house and neighborhood. It was far enough away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but close enough when we wanted to do something. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach/boardwalk. The neighborhood is breathtaking. Everyone is so friendly, especially the next door neighbor. There were 9 of us there, and it was big enough to separate when we wanted to. We loved having family dinners at the beautiful dining room table. We would definitely return to that property!

This was our fourth time staying at this property. We absolutely love it, it is very quiet, safe for bike riding, walking and walking pets. We loved the update to the bed in the master bedroom. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We can't wait to go back.

The house, especially the kitchen, is extremely well equipped, with everything you need, although we would’ve liked to have a toaster. There was a convection oven which we generally don’t use for toast. Not exactly the biggest complaint in the world! I would definitely return to this home for another visit. Thank you Robyn
