Good place to be for an overnight stay. Close to the airport, comfortable bed, good internet, close to restaurants.

A bit difficult to find. Address doesn't show on google maps. Parking is a ten minutes walk away. Keep in mind, I'm terrible with directions so this is not their fault.

Excellent Location. Room well equipped but a little small with only roof windows. Good breakfast included in cafe at quayside. Plently of outside patio areas to sit and relax.

Lovely apartment with a small balcony overlooking the harbour. With beautiful views, very central and easy to get to everything. Comfortable bed and very clean. Easy to reach Dubrovnik by boat or car and of course the airport. The resort was lovely with walks around both headlands and lovely bars and restaurants.

It was overlooking the part of the bay where the large yachts moored and we had the largest yacht moor in front of us on the first morning after we arrived; completely spoiling the view, It also kept it's engine on with fuel contaminating the room for the first few hours and then again a couple of days later when it appeared to be leaving but didn't. In the mean time it had some kind of generator running which was noisy and meant we had to keep the windows shut over night. If you are a yacht spotter this would be the place for you, but unfortunately we aren't and it spoiled what would have been a lovely stay. This would have scored a 10 if it wasn't for the yacht.

the rooms are too small for the price that is charged. for example, the wardrobe cannot be opened fully because the bed is in the way. our room was above a restaurant and we could not have the window open because of the noise and fumes from the kitchen. the extractor was directly below the window

Location was superb. Ideal for Dubrovnik airport. Breakfast in the sea front restaurant was good.

Room was dark and claustrophobic, ideal for a couple of nights only. Offer of transfer to airport, was inconsistent between guests. Would advise checking options.

I was in Room #2 and it was so lovely. There was a beautiful view of the harbor, there was musicians playing at night and there was a small balcony. It sits above a fantastic restaurant and the people were very welcoming.

I think its helpful to know that you definitely do get street noises at this hotel!

This was my second night at the hotel but in a different room as I got my travel dates mixed up. It's in a great location and it is a safe feeling spot for a solo traveler.

I didn't realize I hadn't booked the exact same room again. When I arrived I asked about it and offered to pay the rate for the other room but it felt like there was a communication barrier and so I just stuck with this room as it was just one night. Unlike my experience the first night, the second night in this other room started to give me a headache and I felt nauseated in there. I was trying to figure out what it was and could smell something kind of smoky so I contacted the property management. They said smoking was strictly prohibited and to open my door/use the AC and "it will be fine". I did as they asked and was still experiencing the same issue. Finally I found that it was the air freshener they had in there was bothering me so I moved it out of the room to see if it would help. An hour later I messaged them to say it was still an issue (makes sense, its a small room) and asked if I could switch rooms since I didnt have that issue before. They said all the rooms were booked and that wasn't possible. I asked if I could get refunded so that I could find another place to stay and they said that wasn't possible. I told them I would ask Booking.com for some help with this and I booked a stay at Hotel Seventh, to which it showed they had a room still available at this location. It felt like they didn't want to help and once I said I was seeking further assistance and was wanting to leave they messaged me after I already left to asked me to wait 15 mins for them to come there "and see what they could do." Booking.com helped but in the end they refused to give me a refund. I was so disappointed by this and felt like my concern was not taken seriously and they were trying to avoid more work when they could have easily fixed this issue. When I got to the second hotel, I didn't have any issues with these same symptoms and my headache went away, which felt like a gaslighting experience.

Excellent location in middle of Cavtat bay with plenty of excellent restaurants close by. Swimming possibilities also close by. We had to leave very early but were provided with a take-away breakfast.

it was very dark- I think the window opened up onto someone’s courtyard and the window was blocked by their planting. Also the Wi-Fi was very poor- we ended up getting a drink in a bar further down the street to make use of their Wi-Fi

Beautiful renovated B&B right on the quay front of gorgeous Cavtat . Rooms delightful decoration and facilities . Breakfast lovely at restaurant on front . Good choice and lovely coffee ! Water taxis to Dubrovnik right outside and plenty of restaurants / beaches / bars to entertain

No nearby parking . Park near bus station ( 150 kuna/ 20 euros for 24 hours ) You have to walk for 10 minutes and B&B one floor up . no access by car . Aircon temperamental in room

Beautiful B&B in the heart of the Cavtat promenade central to many restaurants, shops, swimming, and taxi boats. Tea is very knowledgeable about the town and gave us great restaurant recommendations. She also provides discounted tickets for one of the water taxis. We will definitely be staying here again!
