My in law's moved down to SJP about 15 years ago and we have outgrown their house when all of us visit. This was the PERFECT spot for us. Close to their house, a wonderfully clean condo and perfectly appointed. If you have a family of four or six, DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE. It's great. Property owners were wonderful about communicating as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was clean, well stocked with linens and kitchen supplies, and had a cozy vibe. We felt at peace in the space, and our kiddos enjoyed access to the pool and to their streaming TV accounts on the provided fire stick smart TVs. We’d love to book another stay in the future!

This place looked exactly like the pictures. Loved the area and all the recommendations of things to do. We had a great time. The condo had many little extras that made our stay wonderful. Very clean and I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Southport area. So much better than a hotel.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. My parents live in St. James, but my friend and I wanted to have our space while visiting Southport/Oak Island, and this condo gave us just what we needed.

A great stay in this St. James condo. Kim the home owner was so good to communicate with. Although it rained most of the weekend we still enjoyed the area and the condo to the fullest. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Beds were comfortable.
Nice to have a Keurig for K-cups.
It was great being on the first floor for transferring luggage.
It would be nice to have the following improvements for older people:
Cable TV instead of a firestick. Or a roku and cable.
Showers that you can walk straight in and not be stepping over a bathtub.
Toilets that are higher.
These are just suggestions for ones that are older.
All in all.......the villa was really accommodating.

My wife and I have stayed at Kimberly’s place several times over the years. Her home is always very clean and the decor is warm and inviting. Kimberly is very pleasant and responsive. She provides recommendations on where to eat as well as local activities. Saint James is a great location to stay for access to local beaches yet offers a quiet respite at the end of the day. I highly recommend Kimberly’s home if you need a relaxing getaway. Thanks again Kimberly!!!

The condo was fantastic. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and had clear instructions for check in and out. She provided us with everything to make it easy to enter the property. The condo is in a great spot and had everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Amazing Vacation
We are very familiar with Southport and St James and this was the perfect stay. The property was a dream for my husband, myself and our two kids. Great amenities and the kitchen was well stocked for whatever our needs were. We will come back again soon!

Everything went perfectly except we were unable to operate the coffee machine and the TV. Technically uneducated. We still had a great time with family at St James Plantstion and Southport.
